"Wah, such cute huskies! Lingchen, you're planning to have pets?" Zhang Yunxi ran over excitedly to look at the two adorable wolf pups.

Meanwhile, Little Green and Little Gray cocked their heads to the side, checking out the surroundings curiously.

"The green one is Little Green, while the gray one is Little Gray. I'm keeping them as guards." Ye Lingchen replied with a smile, then placed both the wolf pups on the floor.

Once they got out of Ye Lingchen's arms, they turned active immediately. The pups scrambled all over, smelling around the floor and walls in the house excitedly.

Back in the university, they only had the cramped space of the dormitory's balcony to move around. Given the sudden growth in space, they ecstatically ran throughout the entire house tirelessly.

"They should be hungry. Come have some meat." Zhang Yunxi went off to the kitchen to get them a piece of meat and placed it in front of Little Green and Little Gray.

The pups started by smelling the meat and licked their snout, but they did not eat. Instead, they looked towards Ye Lingchen.

"You can eat the food she feeds you from now on." Only with Ye Lingchen's nod they finally yelped happily and started wolfing down the meat.

"Didn't they say that huskies were stupid? They can identify people?" Zhang Yunxi was surprised that they would reject food from strangers.

"I train them occasionally. It's rather successful."

"Is there anything in this world that you don't know?" Zhang Yunxi threw Ye Lingchen a resigned look.

"However what?"

"The rent is too high," Zhang Yunxi said with a frown. "I just saw a shop unit for rent today. It was around 80 square meters. Each square meter costs RMB400!"

RMB400 per square meter. With 80 square meters, that would total to RMB32,000 a month!

That rental rate was unimaginably high for an average person.

However, in Capital City, every inch was worth its value in gold. Ye Lingchen was not surprised.

"The price is not unreasonable. I think we can go with that. It's better to start a business sooner." Ye Lingchen was confident about his store. With a wave of his hand, "You can go sign the contract tomorrow. We'll start in three years."

Zhang Yunxi stared speechlessly at Ye Lingchen. She hesitated for a moment before speaking, "Lingchen, there's another thing I need to discuss with you."

"Should we change the store's name? I've made a survey. The cosmetic industry has recently been monopolized by a few named brands. Our Y-Cosmetics can't compete with them. Why don't we join an established franchise?" Zhang Yunxi had done her research. She continued, "I know of a popular brand online. It's very popular amongst younger folks. The franchising fee is not too expensive as well. It's only RMB600,000 including the renovations."

"No!" Ye Lingchen rejected firmly, "We have to run our brand. Not only that, our Y-Cosmetic will only grow stronger in the future and aim to be the top of the world!"

That was the only thing in Zhang Yunxi's blanked out mind.

She found it difficult to understand where Ye Lingchen's overwhelming confidence came from.

With the current cosmetics industry being saturated and the well-known brands in the market. Each store was fairly similar. It was difficult for them to outperform each other.

After going through a set of each of his fist techniques, Ye Lingchen stared at the birds in the park. A mischievous thought entered his mind.

"Little Green, Little Gray, go get that bird!" He pointed at a little bird about 500 meters away from him.

Little Green and Little Gray immediately turned serious. They arched their bodies and stealthily approached the bird in the grass.

Their eyes were glowing. Although they were still young, they were already displaying the might of a wolf.

When they were about 100 meters away, the bird was still blissfully pecking on the ground.

Dash!

Little Green and Little Gray zoomed forward, stretching their limbs. Their little bodies were filled with a burst of power, allowing them to quickly reach the bird and lunged at it.

However, they missed it.

Their overall development was still far from ideal as they were still wolf pups after all. Strength, speed, timing, and the sudden burst were all insufficient.

The bird spread its wings and took off, flying past in a quick blur, chirping incessantly.

"Aiya, look at those wolf pups. You're too young to catch me."

Little Gray and Little Green barked and howled at the bird, seemingly understanding its insults.

Unfortunately, Ye Lingchen had yet to learn the wolf language so he had no idea what they were saying.

A man and two wolves began their mischief in the park. Ye Lingchen used this chance to utilize his Animal Training skill, slowly improving Little Green and Little Gray's abilities.

That went on until 8:30am before they reluctantly headed back.

After some distance, Ye Lingchen picked up snippets of Bird Language.

"Big news! There are two women in that bed! Humans are scary!"

"It's bad enough for the act of public indecency, but of all things, it's between two women. Aiyo, so shameful!"

"Ahhh, they are featherless and without clothes! They're naked!"

Following the voice, he could see a few birds perched outside a villa's window. They were chirping around, exchanging words while taking occasional glances through the window.

'F*ck, such big news?'

Ye Lingchen's heart pumped quickly, then looked at the window with a weird expression in his eyes. He fell into a battle with his conscience.

'To see, or not to see? That is the question.'

'Will I get a sty1 if I peeked?'

In the end, Ye Lingchen calmed himself and slowly made his way towards that villa.
