Hill Spring Residences was the place Ye Lingchen found most suitable.

Just as the name indicated, it had hills and water. Unlike other locations, this property was built right within a park. More accurately, it was part of the park, right at its base. Within the property was a river as well. Needless to say, the environment was excellent.

Furthermore, there was a train station right outside Hill Spring Residences' main gate, only two stations away from Capital University. The surrounding was not as crowded as the city area, yet it was not as desolate as the suburbs, making it an ideal location to stay.

He walked to the sales office, and just as he had expected, the salesperson had only uncaringly glanced over Ye Lingchen without bothering to greet him.

Ye Lingchen entertained himself with the property's model as he carefully observed the internal layout of Hill Spring Residences.

The layout of Hill Spring Residences was even better than what Ye Lingchen had imagined, with a greening rate of over 60 percent. There were no highrises within the property where the majority of it was made up of villas. The worst of it was an eight-story bungalow. That was definitely an area for the affluent.

The villas came in three styles. Single-family, semi-detached, and townhouse style. The single-family villas were naturally the priciest with the best location, with choices of either lake view or mountain view.

"Hey, scoot over, move aside!" A cold voice erupted. A uniformed woman pushed Ye Lingchen aside with a condescending look on her face, "Don't interrupt our business."

That woman had narrow eyes, pronounced cheekbones, and a slender figure. Along with her screechy voice, it gave others an impression of impoliteness.

After pushing Ye Lingchen aside, that woman instantly put on a different expression. Her eyes forming a line, speaking to the customer beside her with a flattering tone, "Mr. Wang1, our residence has the best environment within the entire Capital City. All the trees planted within are also of high quality. One could even consider this as an eco-park. Furthermore, our residence is connected to the park. It's not easy to come by!"

She continued to promote the benefits of the residence, then moved on to the houses, "Take a look at this bungalow with an area of 110 square meters. We're recently having an event that would allow you to have a 10 percent discount from the base price of RMB7,500,000. It's a worthwhile purchase!"

Beside her, a couple was quietly listening to her promoting. The couple felt moved by her words yet still had some hesitations.

After some time, a salesperson finally walked up to him, "Sir, are you looking for a house?"

"You're here in Capital City, so near to me. Why didn't you let me know?"

It would seem that she was in a bad mood, most likely due to her failure at her previous sales pitch and was venting her frustrations on Zhang Yunxi.

Doing dishes? Laundry?

Ye Lingchen frowned slightly. No wonder he did not see Zhang Yunxi when he first entered.

"Manager Huang, it's done." Zhang Yunxi replied frightfully.

"Then go clean the toilet!" Manager Huang snapped coldly. She then swept a glance at Ye Lingchen, "Such bad eyes. To entertain this type of poor loser. What a waste of time! It's because of this jinx my fortune was blocked. Otherwise, I would have sealed that deal. What an unlucky day!"
