Divine Emperor Of Death Chapter 935

"You dare!?"
The Aqua Flood Dragon echoed as it looked at the formation encompass above it. It seemed provoked and even seemed surprised that these pesky and cowardly humans would even dare to fight it. Its blood rushed to its head before it no longer thought of anything and unleashed a powerful attack as it opened its mouth!
*Shzzzz!~*
A torrential wave of massively compressed water shot out from its mouth aimed right at the human who brazenly stood before it!
"Hmph!" Ancestor Dian Alstreim snorted in displeasure as he waved his hand again.
Law Rune Stage undulations spread around the area as his essence energy soared out of his body. The essence energy transformed into a torrential wave of flames raged as it descended towards the incoming attack!
*Boooommm!~*
An explosion occurred upon impact as the wave of flames increasingly disappeared before the immense pressure of the compressed water passed through the expression without impediment!
However, Ancestor Dian Alstreim was no longer in that place as he disappeared.
The torrential wave of water was about to hit the Volcanic Crystal Wall Barrier, but the eight hands of the Eight Ashfall Arms Formation simultaneously descended in an unbridled manner as they swung towards the attack!
The eight hands attacked at eight places of the water cannon at the same time and simultaneously cut the momentum of the torrential wave of water from striking the barrier, and the end result was that...
*Sizzle!~*
The torrential canon of water that survived the momentum-kill struck right at the Volcanic Crystal Wall Barrier, but it was not even able to make it explode upon impact. It was like water splashing on fire, making it sizzle for a moment before the fires lit up again anew.
Its attack had failed!
*Roar!!!~*
The Aqua Flood Dragon roared in rage, not from its technique being disrupted and killed but from the huge, condensed three hundred meter round fireball that was launched right at its face by the wretched human.

It didn't hesitate. It twisted its long body and swung its tail with a blinding momentum at the incoming technique that it split the fireball in half!
*Rumble!~*
The fireball being no longer able to maintain shape, trembled before it erupted into an apocalyptic explosion like a mini-sun that split and exploded!
*Boooommmmm!~*
The force of the entire explosion blew apart anyone who was near, or below towards the land.
The surrounding area became flooded by a sea of flames that constantly spread towards the distance, covering almost a hundred kilometers before it stopped extending as it reached its limit! Space was engulfed in a sea of flames, but fortunately, the Volcanic Crystal Wall Barrier stopped the destruction from spreading towards the Grand Alstreim City.
Davis's jaws went slack as his expression became dull behind the mask. The essence energy and the power behind that fireball were enough to kill him a thousand times, and the remnant force of the sea of flames some can burn him to death more than ten times if he remained at that air-space. He expected the Ninth Stage to be powerful, but he didn't expect it to be this enormously powerful.
...He inwardly gulped as his instincts warned him to retreat, but he knew that he was safe since the barrier held up, deflecting the dangerous forces on the other side.
"Level Two Abstruse Intent of Flame Laws!"
"Dian Alstreim has increased his might once again..."
Ancestor Xanbas Goldsky and Ancestor Tirea Snow arrived beside Davis as the former exclaimed in shock while the latter sighed with complex emotion. She didn't know why, but she felt both upset and happy. She was able to perceive her conflicting emotions, but she didn't understand why.
Ancestor Xanbas Goldsky looked around before his gaze fell on Tirea Snow. He sent her a soul transmission, "Want to sabotage the defensive formation?"

Ancestor Tirea Snow frowned. She didn't reply but coldly stared at Ancestor Xanbas Goldsky before moving out of the Volcanic Crystal Wall Barrier Formation.
Ancestor Xanbas Goldsky frowned at her actions. He knew that she would abide by her words, but to not get a profit while having an opportunity to make the growing Dian Alstreim grovel in front of them came off as naive to him, but that is what also what made him like her in the first place, wanting her to become his woman!
She was pure as a heavenly maiden in his eyes!
'Who would like a backstabbing, deceiving, and scheming woman in the first place!?' He inwardly laughed as he followed suit.
Davis stood behind the defensive formation, not taking a step forward. He didn't know what kind of plot they concocted with their soul transmission, but he knew that these two Ninth Stage Powerhouses would just head into the fray but only concentrate on defense. Knowing that they wouldn't actively help Ancestor Dian Alstreim fend off the Aqua Flood Dragon, he looked at the formation with the eight arms, stretching outward from inside the barrier.
Yes, the Grand Elders who controlled the Eight Ashfall Arms Formation were all inside the barrier. None of them went out as they all knew that they would become a dead body within seconds if they were to head out. Instead, they all did their best to control the Eight Ashfall Arms Formation. Originally, it just required a single Law Rune Stage Powerhouse to control it, but since existences at the Ninth Stage were essential and couldn't be restricted to a single place, they made this formation compatible with Eighth Stage Experts! It required eight Eighth Stage Experts to activate it.
However, the Eighth Stage Experts should possess the power of a Peak-Level Law Sea Stage to be able to control it.
*Rumble!~*
*Rumble!~*
The sea of flames in the space on the other side was still present, and Davis couldn't see what was going on other than the vague outline of the powers and the resulting explosion that scorched the lands and split open the clouds as seconds passed. Furthermore, the clash of fire and water generated mist over the place, making him unable to see the things he was able to see before. If he sent his soul sense into the fray, he mused that it would get easily disrupted by the ninth stage undulations and disperse into nothingness, making him sense nothing.
He was unable to maintain his soul sense to watch the battle as the remnant forces of the ninth stage attacks were just too strong for his soul to endure.
*Schwing!~*
The sound of ice forming before piercing past the wind could be heard.
*Clang!~*
The sound of metal clashing and grazing echoed, causing Davis to be taken aback.
He wondered what was going on with new sounds emerging, but when he abruptly saw Ancestor Xanbas Goldsky fly like a kite that had its strings cut and was almost about to collide with the defensive barrier. However, before he could collide, the barrier opened and let him in as if someone was controlling it.
"Fuck! It's too strong! Its scales are like metal, and I'm unable to harm it before I got sent flying by its tail..." Ancestor Xanbas Goldsky pitifully spoke as he lamented.
Davis's eyes twitched.
If he's going to act, shouldn't he do it better?

The times and struggle of a orc cook in the Demon Lord's army. (On Hiatus due to reasons seen in summary)
Title needed a change. So a full honest update to you all who are reading and following this story. I'm putting this story on a Hiatus not only because of I'm trying to improve my spelling and grammer (which is slow going) but also due to other reasons listed down below. 1) The story is getting a full re-write as these last months have given me time to see what I have already writen and what else I have planned is not gonna work no matter how much I've tried with what I call 'test chapters' to see how what works or not. 2) I don't really have the time to write, mainly thanks to life deciding to throw a bunch of stuff and leaving me exhausted both mentally and physically. And what little free time I have is barely enough for me to do anything that other than sleep or play a game for maybe 15 min. 3) I have a job and bills to pay. Some of which are overdue. It also dose not help that thanks to the new inflations in prices, I've been struggling to get things in order. So now you all know. Once things have calmed down and gotten somewhat in order again, I'll be posting the new first chapter as soon as I can along with a new summary for the story. Until then, I hope you all have a nice day and enjoy all the other stories you can find around this wonderful site.
