The plant lifeform's soul resembled a heart-shape in his entrapment. Its cries sounded more precise than ever and miserable than ever.
He momentarily became soft-hearted as it cries sounded like a human baby's, but his eyes flashed with a ruthless momentum as he felt like he had been bewitched.
*Bzzz!~*
Instantly, he completely engulfed it with his death-like soul force, and its heart-shaped soul disintegrated into nothingness, leaving only its long ravaged body and flower behind.
Davis noticed the plant lifeform go silent while all the vines returning to kill him plunge to the mountains as if they lost the weight to support themselves.
Torrential wind storm erupted, and dust spread throughout the mountain as each vine hit the ground, creating an unsurvivable zone for a few minutes as the vines crashed above the mountains!
He heaved and took in breaths as he held the black-gold spear in his hand. Using his other hand, he pulled it out from the wound and felt it to be extremely heavy.
Even with his Body Tempering Cultivation at the Peak-Level of the Sixth Stage, he found it extremely heavy as if he was holding a mountain!
He momentarily cast a glance at the weapon he used.
The spear's imposing golden-rod gave him the feel of holding a dragon while its blade appeared jet black and wickedness, seeming to possess an enormous amount of sharp yet deadly might!
This spear was none other than one of the nine treasures he obtained from the Emperor Grade Treasury of the Earth Dragon Immortal's Inheritance!
A Low-Level Emperor Grade Spear!
The Golden Sheen Obsidian Spear!
In reality, he knew that its weight is around a million kilograms, but with his Peak-Level Martial Ascension Stage Cultivation, he could still hold it and swing it with one arm!
Staring at its sharpness and power, he knew that it was one of the stronger Low-Level Emperor Grade Armament!

"Human! Let me go!"
A voice echoed abruptly from the spear in his hands.
"Shut up!" Davis coldly spoke as he surged it with his death-like energy, not caring if it acknowledged him or not.
"AH!"
The Golden Sheen Obsidian Spear let out a fearful groan and became silent, no longer speaking up despite its majestic undulations flaring like no other armament he had seen.
'Desire causes one to be lost, and fear causes one to stop...'
His eyes flashed as he couldn't help but momentarily compare himself to desire, and fear with the spear and the plant lifeform....
He flew up for a few seconds and reached the flower. The petals looked utterly ruined, but he glanced at its tender nectar. Feeling its unique aura, he knew this was what caused him to desire and forgo his mental caution.
As for the Golden Sheen Obsidian Spear and the plant lifeform, the former obeyed him out of fear, and the latter couldn't even properly defend itself out of fear!
His Death God Eyes regrettably failed to help him this time.
Fortunately, his mind worked speedily to formulate a viable plan.
To pierce a hole with the Low-Level Emperor Grade Spear and kill the plant lifeform's soul with his death-like energy flooding into its body...
Only a single Eighth Stage vine was probably required for him to be turned into a meat paste, and not only did it fail to strike him to death, but it also hit its own body numerous times, causing damage to itself in fear.
Although his plan was crass and straightforward, its soul feared his energy so much that it started giving out its hiding place to himself. That quickly ended its life. Otherwise, perhaps he would've been the one who lost his life here.
Davis stared at the closed opening of the nectar before he came beside it and floated. With a slash of his spear, he cut the opening, and a viscous liquid shot out from it like honey.

He instantly took out a medium-sized cylindrical container with a big opening and held it with his soul force, collecting the nectar that was pouring out like a tide. A few drops poured on his face and hand, but he didn't pay it any heed and continued to collect it in the small container which he stored spirit water.
The container had a sixty liters of capacity, so he wasn't worried since it was getting filled up in liters per second as it spurted like a water hose.
In a minute, the nectar had been completely spurted out by the body, and he tightly closed the cylindrical container, which contained fifty liters of nectar. He even sealed it in an unused high-grade jade container used to seal herbs from losing its potency.
With his sapphire eyes concealed in a dark shade, he swung his arm with five and cut the stem of the flower from the plant lifeform's and stored the hundred-meter flower in his spatial ring.
As for the enormous kilometer-long vertical body, Davis could store it, but the two hundred fifty meter long vines that have mostly already settled down on the mountains made him hesitate since it would be consuming more space. Nevertheless, since he had four extra Mid-Level King Grade Spatial Rings with a storage capacity of 40,000 cubic meters each, he felt that he could store this massive lifeform in one of those spatial robes.
The Mid-Level King Grade Spatial Rings were all, of course, obtained from those whom he had made his slaves. The Blood Arc Mercenary Leader, and the four Imperial Protectors!
With a swing of his hands, the enormous, sprawling yet dead carcass of the plant lifeform disappeared into one of his Mid-Level King Grade Spatial Ring!
It was as if the mountain suddenly lost an enormous part of it. The vines that looked as if almost stretched towards the ends of the mountain and the sky simultaneously disappeared along with the dead body, leaving a massive void that wind rushed in to fill!
It momentarily caused a wind storm that lasted a few seconds, but Davis's attention wasn't there, but he looked the Sunset Tear Mountain, which was completely devastated and utterly ruined.
Of course, the part that was devastated could only be considered a little region in the Sunset Tear Mountain, but since this side was the face of the mountain to humans, it was as if the mountains were rendered asunder and struck by thousands of lightning!
But then again, his attention wasn't on the destruction of the mountain but the rapidly fading life essence of the hundreds and thousands of Magical Beasts below him. Their bodies were giving off a deathly aura that invoked some kind of response from his soul.
Death was all around the corner of the world, and he had massacred an army of more than two million before, but this was the first time he literally felt the presence of death.
He suddenly felt his soul resonating with heaven and earth energy; the tainted heaven and earth energy were filled with the aura of death!
It was as if a moment of comprehension had arrived...
Davis didn't think much and tried to comprehend this sudden sensation as he closed his eyes. He went deathly silent, similar to a corpse as his aura of life almost receded like a cultivator who is going to die in seclusion.
