Both of them were panting. Dino released their hot kiss and stabilized himself. He was driven mad and acted out of control. Dino was shocked, he just made a mistake. Rere must have been furious because he had kissed her. Dino is confused about whether he needs to apologize or not. After thinking for a while. Dino decided not to since Rere was not angry. Rere seems to have enjoyed the kiss and returned it.

The two of them stared at each other with irregular heartbeats. Both of them looked away nervously. Rere cursed herself for not being able to refuse. She was even hypnotized by Dino's kiss, sadly, she actually enjoyed and returned the kiss.

Both of their hearts were beating wildly. The sound of the bell caught their attention.

"I got it," said Rere nervously. Not daring to look at Dino's face because she was nervous.

"I got it"

"Just let me

open the door."

"Stop!" Dino waved his hand in the air. "Let's open the door together."

"Good." Rere agreed as both of them walked towards the door.

They saw three police officers and one Dino employee when Dino opened the door.

"Boss." Faisal greets Dino.

"Please come in." Dino let them in and sat in the living room.

Rere went to the kitchen, making drinks for the guests. She made five cups of hot tea and bring some snacks.

"Please enjoy," said Rere, putting down the tea and snacks.

"Thank you, madam. Sorry for bothering you." Faisal feels embarrassed. He watched Rere for a moment, the man could tell that his boss's wife was young. Dino is very lucky to have a wife as young and beautiful as Rere.

"It is okay." Rere smiled before sitting next to Dino.

"How are you, sir?" Faisal made small talk.

"Thank God, I am better now. I recover faster since my wife is here." Dino embraced Rere affectionately. The woman was clumsy and nervous.

"What about the investigation results?" Dino looked at the police officers.

"CCTV is turned off when they broke into your office. Looks like this is a planned robbery since they seem to know the location of the CEO's room. The result of the investigation shows that this is not a robbery. They have a motive to break into your office."

"Then what is it if not a robbery?" Dino is confused.

"We are on that. We suspect that they have an insider that knows the condition of your office." Dino was getting more astonished and furious when he heard that. He clenched his fists in anger.

"Do you have enemies?" The police try to take Dino's statement.

Dino shook his head, "I have no enemies."

"Business rivals?"

"I have business rivals but they can't commit such a crime."

"For now, that's all we can say."

"Thank you," Dino said.

After that, three policemen left. Faisal stays behind.

"Something is odd," said Dino to Faisal.

"I also feel the same way."

"Hire a detective, I want to know who did it. I'm sure there is something behind this."

"Okay, boss." Faisal nodded.

"Are you sure you don't have enemies?" Rere looked worried.

"Why do you ask such a thing?"

"I don't know why, but I have a bad premonition."

"Why?"

Dino brought Faisal to talk to his study since the man didn't want Rere to hear their conversation. For some reason, Dino didn't want Rere to be involved in his predicament and Rere was very upset about that. Rere wanted to know what really happened to her husband.

Dino looked around, making sure that there was no one around his study. He didn't want his wife to worry. Although her lips said that she is not worried, actually Rere cared the most about his circumstances.

"What is wrong, sir?" Faisal felt strange, looking at Dino's odd behavior.

"I don't want my wife to hear us. She was extremely worried about me, but I don't want to add her burden." Dino spoke.

"You are so thoughtful, sir."

"Don't laugh at me," Dino replied with an ultimatum.

"Sorry, sir. I didn't mean it." Faisal could see Dino's concern for Rere. "You're very lucky, sir."

"Lucky?"

Faisal nodded, "Your wife is young and very beautiful."

"Did you have a crush on my wife?" Dino's possessive nature appeared.

Faisal just laughed out loud. "I have a wife, sir. How dare I do that! You will definitely hang me."

"Well, glad that you know that."

"I'm just teasing you."

"Damn you."

"Sir." Faisal's tone became serious.

"Yes?"

"I think this incident is still related to Prince Ahmed."

"Why did you think so?"

"He is crazy, sir. The man was removed as crown prince and replaced by his younger brother because of your kidnapping case. I think he wants revenge on you. Remember, Prince Ahmed has a mental disorder. He's a psychopath."

Dino was stunned. He never thinks of that.

"It's still too early to say that the crazy prince is the mastermind. What's his motive?"

"Maybe he told the thief to break into your office and set it on fire. Our company is growing rapidly now, I'm sure Prince Ahmed wants to destroy you."

"I won't accuse him until the evidence is found. Ananya is dead so I don't think he still wants to continue his revenge on me."

"Don't be naïve, sir. Because of you and Gesa, he was stripped of the title of the crown prince. The kingdom can't withstand public pressure and doesn't want to have a psychopathic king candidate."

"Tell our regular detective to find out about that."

"The CCTV suddenly went off when the incident took place. I suspect that the criminal has an insider in our office."

"What makes you say that?"

"Sir, this isn't the first time you've been attacked."

"But it is not necessarily him. Isn't he in prison?"

"Sir, don't be naive, sir. He's a prince. He definitely gets special treatment. He can't serve in a real prison. You must understand what I mean, right?"

Dino let out a shaky breath. He tried to think about Faisal's assertion. After pondering for a long time he thought that the man's analysis made sense. Dino rubbed his face roughly. For some reason, he was suddenly afraid that Prince Ahmed would disturb his family.

"Find the evidence. If your analysis is correct, I'll challenge that crazy prince. I won't stay silent if he bothers me again."

"I'll look for evidence, sir."

Faisal bid his goodbye and left Dino alone in the study. The man brood over the thought of prince Ahmed. Why is that man still bothering him? Dino opened his drawer and took Ananya's photo out. The girl smiled while holding the two-year-old Hanin. They are the two precious women in his life. He misses her when he sees the photo. Suddenly, the tears just fell without his permission. Dino cries remembering Ananya.

"Dear, how are you?" Dino stroked Ananya's photo as if talking to Ananya.

"I hope you are happy. Wait for us in heaven." Dino was stunned while wiping away his tears. He should be strong and stop crying.

"I've been through a lot without you. Forgive me that I spent my time drinking at the nightclub when you just died. I drank alcohol to forget the sadness of losing you. Ananya, I'm used to losing precious people around me. I've lost my father and my brother. Losing you is the biggest loss of my life. I always cry and can't accept the fact that you are gone from this world. I lost my way and friends to share the joys and sorrows. You left our child. Hanin was so small when you died. You are like an angel to our daughter, she has lost her angel, Ananya. I don't know what to do. I was devastated when you died, moreover, you were accused of being drunk while driving a car. But, everything has passed now, I can finally clear your name. I have avenged you. I never thought that Prince Ahmed was the one behind your death. That crazy prince even set me up. Luckily Rere helped me that night, but unfortunately, I ruined the girl's future. I snatched her chastity and impregnated her. I feel like the worst man in the world. I even slandered her that made her hate me. She never told me when she was pregnant. She gave me a son. I'm a bad guy now, dear." Dino wept silently. He didn't want Rere to hear his cries.

Dino stroked Ananya's photo.

"I'm married to Rere now, dear. I didn't mean to betray you, but I need someone to accompany me in my old age. I started to love her. At first, I married her just for the sake of my child, but then I fell in love with her instead. Forgive me, dear, I didn't mean to forget you. For me, you will live in my heart forever. No one can replace you in my and Hanin's hearts. You have a part of my heart."

Unbeknownst to Dino, Rere was eavesdropping on him. The girl was touched to hear Dino's confession. Rere could feel that Dino really loved his late wife.

"Give me your blessing to build a household with Rere. I'm sure that she will be a good mother to Hanin and Leon. She is a good woman despite her arrogance and pride."

Rere pouted, annoyed at Dino's words. She really wanted to pinch Dino's ear because he had bad mouthed her in front of Ananya.

"You aren't mad, are you, dear?" Dino asked. Of course, he didn't get the answer because he asked an inanimate object.

"I promise to you. I will be a good father to our daughter Hanin. She will grow up to be a cheerful and energetic girl like you. Rere and I will educate her properly. Trust me, Rere will make a good mother. Rere will love Hanin like she loves Leon. Rest in peace, dear. You don't have to worry about me since Rere is by my side now." Dino then put Ananya's photo back to the original place. Dino deliberately kept away all of Ananya's photos to protect Rere's feelings. He didn't want Rere to feel dejected because there were still memories of his late wife.
