The security rushed Dino to the hospital. The man was still unconscious. His body was limp. One of the security guards informed Lala that the man was injured because he was attacked by robbers. The Royal Malaysian Police immediately intervened to investigate the robbery and violence. The nurses are cleaning Dino's wounds and the doctor performed a minor operation to stitch up Dino's gaping wound. There is a deep wound under the ear where the shards of glass got into his scalp so the doctor needs more time operating on Dino.

Lala breathed a sigh of relief when she saw the operating light was turned off, the sign that shows Dino's operation is finished. Lala ran to the doctor who came out of the operating room.

"How is my son's condition?" Lala asked the doctor.

"He is fine. Although we need to observe him first before he can go home."

"Thank you, doctor."

Lala entered Dino's treatment room. The doctor has not allowed Dino to go home because he is still under observation.

Lala touched her son's hand. "Dino," she called him softly.

"Mom," Dino said still with closed eyes because he was still dizzy from the anesthetic.

"Yes. I'm here. How do you feel?"

"I'm fine, Mom. Earlier I was on a video call with Rere. I don't want to make her worry."

"Are you sure she's worried about you?"

"She is affectionate and kind, mom, it's just..."

"Just what? Have you caught the love slave virus?" Lala teased her son.

"You speak like the younger generation, you even know the term love slave, mom."

"You think I'm too old to understand those?"

"I forgot that you are indeed so cool, mom." Dino didn't want to argue because his head was still hurt and dizzy.

Lala's cell phone rang loudly. The woman took her cell phone from her bag.

Dila Calling...…

"Yes, Dila?"

"Aunty, how is Dino?" Dila called while glancing at Rere who was pacing back and forth. The woman was worried about her husband's condition.

"He is fine. he just got some stitches."

"How about the robbers?"

"The Royal Malaysian Police are investigating it."

"Aunty," Dila said in a whisper. Afraid Rere would hear her.

"Why are you whispering?"

"I don't want my sister-in-law to hear me."

"I understand." Lala nodded. "What is wrong?"

"How is Dino's condition? Rere was grumpy and worried. She's been pacing back and forth since earlier."

Lala smiled at Dino. The man asked with a sign.

"Just tell Rere to leave for KL on the first flight."

"Noted, aunty. The secretary has taken care of everything."

"Is Dino okay, aunty?" Dila glanced back at Rere. The girl was sitting on the sofa.

"He is okay. There are only a few stitches on his head," Lala answered quietly.

"Okay then, aunty. I just wanted to know about that. Thank goodness Dino is fine."

"Rere doesn't want to talk to her husband?"

"Her pride won't let her do that, aunty. We teased her and said that she was worried about her husband, but she strongly denied it. Saying she wasn't worried, although her action shows otherwise."

"She did not realize her own feeling at Dino. When I was young, I also acted the same way with Dino's father. It's just a matter of time until they start to love each other and make Leon's little sibling." Lala teased while glancing at Dino.

"Okay, Aunty. I'll hang up first."

"Who was calling, mom? Is it Dila?"

"You know the answer, why keep asking?"

"Is it wrong to ask?"

"No, son."

"Why did you talk about me and Rere?"

"Don't pretend to be deaf."

"The little girl who is your wife is worried about you. She paced around worriedly but ashamed to admit it. Dila said she will come to KL with the first flight tomorrow to take care of you."

"Seriously?" Dino laughed. He cannot believe that Rere is worried about his condition. "Isn't she going to be free from me if I die? Didn't she want to be a widow?"

"Don't overdo it, No."

"I'm not just not sure that she's worried. Earlier, before the thief came in, we were on a video call and she's angry."

"Why did she get angry?"

"I peeked at her when she was dressing up." Dino couldn't help but imagine Rere's beautiful body that teases and pampers him. Her plump breast, long legs, and voluptuous ass fill Dino's brain. He was in a daze remembering that perfect sculpture.

"It is a long story."

"Then what are you waiting for!"

Lala couldn't help but laugh out loud until her stomach was in pain when Dino told the incident that made them fight.

"It was understandable since she was still not aware of her status. If Rere really comes here, it means that I have to go to Jakarta."

"Why?"

"I will let you guys spend time together. You can take the opportunity and seduce Rere therefore you will be closer to her. You definitely haven't slept with Rere yet." Lala made that silly statement.

"Why are you saying that, mom?" Dino turned his face to the window. He saw someone passing by, hope it's Rere. Dino cursed his stupidity. How could Rere be here, she was still in Jakarta.

"Are you waiting for your dear wife's arrival?" Lala teased again.

"Yeah, I'm waiting for Rere. Are you satisfied, mom?" Dino smiles cutely.

"May Rere be your last spouse," Lala spoke in a serious tone. Holding Dino's hand and patting it. "I hope you, Rere, and the children can live happily. You would love and care for each other so there is no need for me to see the sadness in your eyes. I can see that since you are marrying Rere, you became more cheerful and lively."

"Really?" Dino looks embarrassed. The man's face turned red like a boiled crab. "Is it obvious, Mom?"

"It is," Lala said with her hand on her hips.

"I am so embarrassed, I must look like a teenager who just fell in love."

"Just pretend that you're 17 years old." Lala teased again.

"You are not fun at all." Dino scowled.

The door to the room was knocked from outside before the doctor and nurse came inside.

"Mr. Dino Putra Chaniago," called the nurse.

"Yes."

"The doctor will read the CT scan results."

"The result of your CT scan shows no sign of blood clots and concussion in the brain, therefore since your CT scan results are great, you can go home. You will feel a little dizzy and get a headache but it's normal."

"Thank you, doctor," Lala said quietly.

"You're welcome."

The doctor and nurse left after that. Dino and Lala breathed a sigh of relief since there was nothing to worry about.

"Thank God. I'm afraid something will happen to you."

"Yes, Mom. It would be too regrettable if Rere became a widow when I haven't done anything to her."

"Your brain." Lala wanted to smack Dino's head but she stopped it when she realized that Dino's head was injured.

"What's wrong with my brain, Mom?" Dino teases his mother.

"Your brain isn't right. Rere should come here soon to fix that."

"You must go to Jakarta immediately so you will not disturb us," said Dino with a grin.

"Without your reminder, I will be going to Jakarta. How long will you keep Rere at home?"

"I am not sure. If she's bothersome, I will tell her to go back."

"What a naughty boy. I will take care of the administration for your return first."

"Okay, Mom." Dino gave a thumbs up.

Rere ran as fast as she could to the parking lot. She couldn't wait to meet Dino. From afar, she saw Uncle Mutu's red car approaching her.

"Uncle Mutu," Rere shouted, calling Uncle Mutu. The Indian man was her personal driver when he was studying in KL.

"Rere," Uncle Mutu replied cheerfully. The man immediately got out of the car. Approaching his former employer. Since he stopped being Rere's personal driver, the man has worked in one of Rere's late father's companies in KL.

Panting heavily, Rere stood before Uncle Mutu, "Uncle let's go quickly. I have to meet with Dino soon," Rere said as she tried to catch her breath but a glimmer of a smile appeared on her face.

Uncle Mutu looked at Rere with an expression of disbelief. From Bara's story, he heard that Rere did not love her husband. Why is it different from the story? Has she fallen in love with her husband?

"Come in, Re." Uncle Mutu took Rere's suitcase and put it in the trunk.

Uncle Mutu swerved through the streets of KL. The man knew Dino's address as they headed to block R, the residence for rich people in KL city. This is not the first time Rere has been to Dino's house. The woman had been there when she pretended to be Bara's wife.
