The battle against the Seven Stars Iron Winged Bug was destined to be tough. 

Wu Yu entered once again, and it had recovered much since before. The puppets in the Floating Dreams Pagoda were hard to defeat unless he could smash them into pieces. 

However, he was approaching the Immortal's Capital and there were even assassins after him. Wu Yu determined that this wouldn't end so quickly. There would still be people accepting the mission from the Stygian Devils. Therefore, as long as there was a glimmer of hope, he wouldn't give up on challenging the puppet. 

The Stygian Devils had a modus operandi. When they failed an assassination missions, they would announce it to all the assassins and increase the bounty. As long as people accepted the mission, it wouldn't end regardless of how many assassins were killed. As more people failed, the reward for the mission would continue growing like rolling a snowball till the target was killed. 

It was said that the Stygian Devils had power equivalent to that of an immortal kingdom. However, they were hidden within various large forces throughout the Yan Huang Ancient Region and no one knew their exact location. 

The Blood Poisoner from before was pretty powerful. Therefore, Wu Yu had no option but to strengthen himself constantly so he could remain ahead of the Stygian Devils' estimates of his strength. 

The Seven Stars Iron Winged Bug was the key to this. 

Wu Yu had witnessed its two Offensive Spirit Designs, the Seven Stars Shining Blast and the Invisible Slaying Iron Wings Formation, and knew that they were terrifyingly powerful. 

Wu Yu's main body was responsible for stopping the Seven Stars Iron Winged Bug, while his avatar and all his doppelgangers had surrounded the Seven Stars Iron Winged Bug and released relentless attacks. The Seven Stars Iron Winged Bug couldn't break through Wu Yu's main body. After all, Wu Yu and his Heaven Devouring Avatar could even defeat fourth tier Dao Querying Three Disasters Realm experts. 

To his astonishment, while they were attacking relentlessly and thought their opportunity might have arrived, they saw the Seven Stars Iron Winged Bug using a new spirit design. This seemed to be a Defensive Spirit Design. 

The spirit design was known as the Seven Stars Fortifying Design, and Wu Yu could tell that this was the true core of the Seven Stars Iron Winged Bug. When the spirit design was triggered, its metal body changed once again. The seven stars in the sky glowed brilliantly and starlight shrouded the entire Seven Stars Iron Winged Bug. This was a testament to how durable the Seven Stars Fortifying Design was. When the Seven Stars Fortifying Design was shattered, the Seven Stars Iron Winged Bug lost all its battle strength and broke into pieces as expected. Now Wu Yu had to wait for the Floating Dreams Pagoda to restore it. 

"The difference between the Seven Stars Iron Winged Bug and other puppets is that it focuses entirely on the Seven Stars Fortifying Design, which is its main spirit design. As for the main designs of the other puppets, they are mostly coordinating or controlling and won't show their effects outrightly. The limitation of the Seven Stars Iron Winged Bug is that if the Seven Stars Fortifying Design is destroyed, the main body will also shatter. Other puppets don't lose their fighting strength if their spirit designs are destroyed. Nonetheless, one great thing is that after discarding all other spirit designs to focus on the Seven Stars Fortifying Design, the Seven Stars Fortifying Design becomes several levels more powerful!

"The Seven Stars Fortifying Design is numerous times tougher than the Immovable Nine Palaces Design. Although I can only use it once for each battle, it would only take a bit of time to restore the Seven Stars Iron Winged Bug completely with the Floating Dreams Pagoda."

At this moment, the Seven Stars Iron Winged Bug was absorbed back into the Floating Dreams Pagoda. It would probably take a few days before it could become functional again. That's why the Floating Dreams Pagoda was mysterious as well. 

The other mysterious thing about the Floating Dreams Pagoda was the flow of time. 

Wu Yu chose to recuperate in the Floating Dreams Pagoda so he could have two times the time. 

Two of his Hexaworld Celestial King Buddha Bodies had been destroyed. With Wu Yu's frightening healing ability, it wouldn't take long for them to recover. However, it would require a lot of God's Way Pills. 

Obviously, it was definitely worth it in exchange for the Seven Stars Iron Winged Bug.

When the speed stabilized and the insignia and spirit designs stopped changing, Wu Yu finally saw the river vanish, and silence returned to the Floating Dreams Pagoda once again. Wu Yu could clearly feel that something had changed. However, he couldn't tell what exactly was different from before.

Ming Long was the first to speak. 

"Are you saying that the flow of time in the Floating Dreams Pagoda has changed after I challenged the Seven Stars Iron Winged Bug? It was two times the speed of the outside world previously. What about now...." Wu Yu was euphoric. 

"You definitely can't tell when you are in here. Just go light a joss stick outside and you will find out," Ming Long commented lazily.
