"How… how…" they stammered, unable to speak coherently because of what had happened.

"HAHAHAHAHA!!!" Wu Ran laughed seeing their pale faces.

"Chen Han!" Li Tian called when he saw Chen Han standing beside Wu Ran. His tears fell in both joy and pleasant surprise when he saw Chen Han was fine.

The others were roused from their daze and turned.

"Han-er!" Chen Jing cried when he saw his son. "Han-er! What are you doing with him? Come back here!" he told Chen Han.

But, Chen Han didn't speak, nor his eyes didn't move even a slight as if he didn't see nor hear them.

"Han-er…?" Chen Jing called, puzzled by Chen Han's unresponsive state.

"'come back'?" Wu Ran snickered. "Do you really want him to come back? When he's the one who stabbed your precious Cheng Sheng?" he asked and pointed to the sword on Cheng Sheng's chest.

They all turned, and their faces paled when they saw the familiar sword. It indeed belonged to Chen Han. Chen Han… stabbed Cheng Sheng? Why?

"You demon must have done something to Chen Han!" Wu Fan yelled and pointed to Wu Ran.

"Chen Han must have been possessed." Jing Rui spoke.

"He forced him!" Qian Tian gritted his teeth.

"Did I?" Wu Ran smiled and turned to Chen Han.

"He didn't." Chen Han finally spoke. "I stabbed him." he said and glanced at Cheng Sheng as if he was looking at a dead animal.

"HAN-ER!" Chen Jing yelled. "What are you talking about?!" he asked, mad. He, as well as the others, still can't believe that Chen Han would harm, much less kill, Cheng Sheng – his younger brother he dearly loves.

"Cheng Sheng! Cheng Sheng!" Qian Lin called as he slapped Cheng Sheng's cheeks to wake him up.

"He's barely breathing." Jing Cheng spoke as he checked Cheng Sheng's pulse.

"He lost so much blood!" Zheng Yi said as he took out bandages from his qiankun pouch.

Feng Mo and Lei Qing were continuously feeding Cheng Sheng of magic pills and potions while Fan Wen and Jing Rui were giving him their qi. Meanwhile, Fei Lin and Xi Ling were crying over Fei Yin's corpse while Xie Lan tries to revive him in silence, suppressing his grief and anger. He can't accept this situation! None of them does!

They were about to reach the Sand Sea Mountain where Wu Ran and his forces were when they were suddenly blocked by something. They guessed that Wu Ran must have placed a barrier surrounding the whole area to prevent them from coming to kill him and save Chen Han, and to not interrupt him from breaking Cheng Sheng's barrier surrounding the Sand Sea Mountain. So, the Millennium Ship flew around, searching for the weak spot of Wu Ran's barrier. They finally found it and immediately attack it, only to find Fei Yin dead and Cheng Sheng has a sword stabbed in his chest. They reckoned Wu Ran must have intentionally placed a weak spot on his barrier, letting them attack it to delay their time.

"No… No way…" they heard Fan Wen spoke in both worry and alarm.

Xie Lan, knowing that Fei Yin really couldn't be saved, turned to Fan Wen. "What happened?!" he asked.

Fan Wen's face is pale in horror as he opened his trembling lips to speak, but was unable to speak. He has lost his voice from shock.

It was Qian Tian, who was helping in rewrapping Cheng Sheng's wounds, that spoke. "Cheng Sheng's power drastically weakened." He said. "Because of it, his injuries turned graver." He added.

Xie Lan was stunned. "WHAT?!?!" he exclaimed and clenched his fists in anger. He sharply turned, then raised his fist to send an attack to Chen Han.

Everyone was shocked. "XIE LAN! What the hell do you think are you doing?!?!" Chen Jing asked as he immediately blocked Xie Lan's attack.

"I don't care whether Chen Han was possessed!" Xie Lan said. "He killed xiao Yin, and had xiao Sheng's cultivation drop! Xiao Sheng has now returned to a waste!" he snapped.

Chen Jing and Wu Fan were both taken aback. "WHAT?!?!" they shrieked and then sharply turned to Wu Ran who loudly laughed.

"WU! RAN!!!" Chen Jing yelled as he drew his sword. "I'LL KILL YOU!!!" he screamed and flew towards Wu Ran. Wu Fan immediately followed behind him, along with Qian Tian.

"Heh." Wu Ran sneered as he flew towards Chen Jing. His sword raised.

Chen Han and the demonic cultivators behind him followed.

"Xiao Tian. Xiao Mo. Xiao Qing. Bring xiao Sheng and your da shixiong back to the Millennium Ship." Xie Lan spoke. "Wen. Let's go and avenge them." He said and held Fan Wen's hand.

Fan Wen held Xie Lan's hand tight. "I'll make Wu Ran pay dearly!!!" he said through his gritted teeth. He pulled Xie Lan with him to join the fight.

Li Tian, Feng Mo and Lei Qing haven't seen Fan Wen this murderous. "Chen Han…" Li Tian called and watched Chen Han flew beside Wu Ran. He felt his heart ached more.

"Shixiong… let's go." Feng Mo called Li Tian as he carried Fei Yin's body on his back while Lei Qing lifted Cheng Sheng.

Jing Rui saw their desolate figures. "Jing Cheng. You go with me in the battle." He said.

"Yes, uncle." Jing Cheng answered.

"Jing Hei. Qian Lin." Jing Rui called. "Help them redress Cheng Sheng's wounds and save Cheng Sheng's life. Jing Bai, Zheng Yi. Cover their escape." He said.

"Yes!" they answered and immediately approached the Xinfaxian Sect disciples, intending to help them.

But, suddenly, a white cloth flew out of Cheng Sheng's clothes and wrapped the Xinfaxian Sect disciples, along with the nearest Qian Lin and Zheng Yi. They still haven't reacted when the Shapeshifting Blanket flew upwards, towards the Millennium Ship that is floating in the sky.

"Uncle…" Jing Hei and Jing Bai were taken aback and they looked back to Jing Rui.

Jing Rui saw the demonic cultivators noticed the Shapeshifting Blanket and flew to attack it. "Cover them!" he said.

"Yes!" Jing Bai and Jing Hei answered and immediately flew to intercept the demonic cultivators.

"Let's go!" Jing Rui told Jing Cheng.

"Yes!" Jing Cheng nodded and they flew towards the battle on the ground.

Jing Bai and Jing Hei saw that the demonic cultivators threw their attacks on the Shapeshifting Blanket but failed when they saw the Shapeshifting Blanket was unharmed and continued to rose.

Jing Bai and Jing Hei looked at each other and jumped from their swords, did a somersault in the air, then kicked the Shapeshifting Blanket to speed up their ascent before they fell and landed on their swords.

"AAAAH!!! Demonic cultivators!!! Kill them!!!" Lei Ling screamed before he threw talismans from the Millennium Ship.

The talismans flew out and hit the demonic cultivators. Then, a series of explosions was heard that rang along with the explosions on the ground.

"Huh? It's… the Shapeshifting Blanket!" Lei Ling spoke when he saw the familiar white cloth flying in the air. His eyes brightened when he realized something. "CHENG-SHIXIONG AND DA SHIXIONG ARE BACK!!!" he squealed. "They're coming here!!!" he said.

"En." Jing Kang nodded. "Jing Bai and Jing Hei?" he muttered when he saw the two figures following the Shapeshifting Blanket and attacking the demonic cultivators on their tails.

"Tell them to dodge!" You Rou spoke from behind them.

Lei Ling and Jing Kang turned and saw You Rou opened a box, and some magic pills dropped. "…" uh-oh. They thought.

"It's the Exploding Pills! Hide!" Jing Kang yelled to Jing Bai and Jing Hei.

Jing Bai and Jing Hei. "…" fck! They internally cursed before they immediately flew to the side, pulling the Shapeshifting Blanket along with them.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! New explosions were heard, which were stronger and noisier than earlier.

Jing Bai and Jing Hei were almost knocked off of their swords. They sighed in relief when it was over, and they pulled the Shapeshifting Blanket to the Millennium Ship.

"Cheng-shixiong!!!" Lei Ling squealed as he received them. His eyes were glued on the Shapeshifting Blanket that slowly descended on the floor of the ship.

Jing Kang was following behind Lei Ling. He saw Jing Bai's and Jing Hei's expressions weren't right. "What's wrong?" he asked and glanced at Lei Ling and You Rou who were circling the Shapeshifting Blanket.

"It's…" Jing Bai and Jing Hei hesitated.

They turned and looked at the Shapeshifting Blanket that opened, revealing Qian Lin, Zheng Yi, Lei Qing, Feng Mo, Li Tian, and… Fei Yin's corpse and the gravely injured Cheng Sheng whose clothes almost turned red from his blood that dyed them.

Lei Ling's and You Rou's expressions paled. "CHENG-SHIXIONG! DA SHIXIONG!" they exclaimed in shock and fright as they fell on their knees, beside Fei Yin and Cheng Sheng. Their tears fell.

Li Tian saw them and also cried. Feng Mo and Lei Qing who were holding in their grief can't help but finally cry along with Lei Ling and You Rou. The whole Millennium Ship was instantly covered in gloom.
