"'ge'? Your ge?" Zheng Yi heard Jing Hei's voice asked.

Jing Hei nodded. "Yes! My ge, Jing Bai!" he answered.

"'Jing Bai'…?" Zheng Yi asked. Then, as if he remembered something, he turned to look at the man lying on the bed.

"Yes! 'remember'! You should remember Jing Bai!" Jing Hei said. "You have an amnesia." He told him. "You had an amnesia after Qi Ling stole a part of your soul, but it contained your memories of Jing Bai, so you can't remember him and you're not even aware that you forgot him. So, even if he teases you, but you looked like you don't remember him." He explained. "But, even if your soul came back, you are still amnesiac." He sighed in pity. "So, did you finally remember him?" he asked, his voice suddenly raised in excitement.

"'remember'…" Zheng Yi muttered as he turned his gaze back to Jing Bai. "'remember'…?" he muttered, his expression dazed. "'remember'… Jing… Bai…?" he said. "'Bai'… 'Bai'…" his brows knitted. "'Bai'…" his voice suddenly trailed off and his eyes slowly widened as if he finally remembered something. "'Bai'… Bai-er!" he exclaimed.

"'Bai-er'…?" Jing Hei muttered, a look of confusion on his face.

However, Zheng Yi's eyes are wide and he was already immersed in his own thoughts. He continued to stare at Jing Bai. "Bai-er!" he called as he ran towards Jing Bai's bed and held Jing Bai's hands. "Bai-er! Bai-er!" he happily smiled to the point he is giggling. "Bai-er!" he called as he nudged Jing Bai awake.

However, Jing Bai's eyelids didn't even move, indicating he is deeply asleep.

Zheng Yi frowned in dissatisfaction because no one answered him, nor showed any reaction. "Bai-er…" he called again as he shook Jing Bai's shoulder to wake him up.

Jing Hei knows Jing Bai needed to rest and so, when he saw Zheng Yi frowned, he immediately spoke. "Zheng Yi. My ge is heavily injured, and is suffering from the backlash after he forced his cultivation to raise in a short time." He said. "So, we should let him rest more…" he told him.

Zheng Yi's brows knitted in dissatisfaction. "Bai-er…" he called in a low voice.

Jing Hei smiled. "I'm happy you can remember him now. This is a fortune from misfortune. Ge will be very happy that you remembered him." He said.

Zheng Yi felt comforted and he didn't disturb Jing Bai's rest. But, he sat beside Jing Bai on the bed. Jing Hei smiled, feeling relieved, for his elder twin brother's romantic life. He then left to look for Qian Lin and catch up with each other.

Seeing all the patients have been settled down, Fei Lin walked towards Xi Ling's bed to accompany him. He then saw Lei Ling ran past him.

"Jing Kang!" Lei Ling called as he ran towards Jing Kang's bed. His tears fell when he saw Jing Kang is in a coma.

Jing Hei happened to pass by him. "Hey. Jing Kang's condition isn't that serious." He said to comfort Lei Ling. "Don't worry. My cousin is very resilient. And, he promised you he will marry you. He always keeps his promises, so don't cry now." He told him and patted Lei Ling's shoulder before he turned and saw Qian Lin was dressing Qian Tian's other wounds. He turned back and went to fix Jing Rui's and Jing Cheng's beds.

Lei Ling sniffled as he wiped his tears. His heart that is very agitated earlier has finally calmed down after he heard Jing Hei's words. "Jing Kang…" he called, even though he knew the other couldn't hear him. He then grabbed Jing Kang's hand and held it tight. He was about to send qi to Jing Kang when he felt someone grabbed his shoulder.

"Lei Ling." It was Lei Qing.

"Jie." He called as he turned.

"What are you doing?" she asked.

"I… just…" his voice became smaller.

Silence fell between them.

"Where's shimei?" he asked.

"Fixing founder's and shifu's bed, as well as Li-shidi's." Lei Qing answered.

"En." Lei Ling nodded.

"You already have heard what young master Zuo said." Lei Qing spoke.

Lei Ling didn't answer. He just hung his head in remorse.

"I know you love Jing Kang and wanted to help him, but you should control your emotions. Don't make such rash decisions." Lei Qing told him.

"I know…" Lei Ling spoke.

Lei Qing stared at him, then helplessly sighed. "Jing Kang's condition isn't that serious. So, don't waste your qi, okay?" she said. "We need you to think rationally. Everyone's safety is in your hands." She told him and hugged him. "Lei Ling. This time, Jing Kang will need your protection." She whispered.

Lei Ling's eyes widened and his pupils constricted.

Lei Qing smiled and she cupped Lei Ling's face. Then, she squeezed his cheeks. "We all need your protection. So, you should give it your all!" she said. "Make your lover proud of you! Make me proud of you! Make our parents proud of you! Make shifu, founder, Li-shidi, Fei Yin, Cheng-shidi, as well as shimei, be proud of you. Okay?" she told him.

Lei Ling's eyes and nose reddened as his tears fell. "I understand, jie…" he said and smiled.

Lei Qing laughed and then rubbed Lei Ling's hair. "It's good that you understand. You can still be saved." She didn't know whether to laugh or cry. "You should go meditate. You can do it beside him. This way, you can replenish your qi, increasing your strength, as well as accompanying your lover." She told him.

Lei Ling's eyes brightened. "Thank you, jie!" he said and hugged his elder sister tight.

Lei Qing's eyes reddened, but she held back her tears. "Alright." She said and patted Lei Ling's back.

Lei Ling grunted from the pain and he almost coughed. "Jie… your hand… is still very heavy…" he muttered as he took a step back away from her.

Lei Qing's eyes narrowed. "What did you say?" she asked.

Lei Ling forced a smile. "It's nothing…" he answered. "Jie, you can go and do your task. I'll be fine here…" he told her.

Lei Qing nodded and then left. Meanwhile, to save his face, Zuo Zhe pointed at Lei Ling and Jing Kang, then Zheng Yi and Jing Bai. "Look." He told him.

"What?" Yu Sheng asked back.

"It is a wise decision to tear down the walls. Not only for You Rou to easily go back and forth treating one patient and then another, but also – " Zuo Zhe said. " – they could easily see their family members from the other room!" he said and pointed Jing Hei who's glancing at Qian Lin's direction.

Yu Sheng smiled while You Rou has long since secretly slipped away from the two. "Zhe." He called.

Zuo Zhe felt all his hairs stood on their end when he heard Yu Sheng's voice called. "W-what?" he asked.

"What if someone wanted to kiss his lover – " Yu Sheng said.

"Aaaah!" Zuo Zhe screamed and then covered Yu Sheng's mouth with both his hands. His face is red, looking flustered. "I – I'll… I'll put up an enchantment, okay?!" he said. "I'll go ask Lei Ling how to do it – " he told him.

"Zhe." Yu Sheng called. "I'm not talking about the others." He said.

"Huh? Then, who are you referring to?" Zuo Zhe asked.

But, Yu Sheng just smiled brightly, making Zuo Zhe's heart tremble in fear. "Zhe." Yu Sheng called. "Did you also tear down the walls of our room?" he asked.

Zuo Zhe's brain lagged for a few seconds before his eyes suddenly widened when he finally understood what Yu Sheng meant. His face turned red from embarrassment, then turned pale in anger and helplessness, as well as fear.

Yu Sheng, seeing Zuo Zhe's face turned 'colorful', almost couldn't hold back his laughter. "Zhe." He called as he raised his hand and touched Zuo Zhe's cheek.

Zuo Zhe felt goosebumps appeared on his skin and he shivered in fear when he felt Yu Sheng's warm palm touched his skin. The warmer Yu Sheng's hand is, the colder he felt. It's as if Yu Sheng is a psychopath! "W – w – what?!" he asked, feigning anger. He can't show any weakness to Yu Sheng, or this man who is a beast under a gentleman's clothing will exploit his weakness!

"I'll be waiting for you to fix this." Yu Sheng told him before he left.

Zuo Zhe watched Yu Sheng walk away until he disappeared from his sight before his body toppled over and he immediately grabbed the pillar for support. He felt his knees are weak and are shaking. His back is soaked with his sweat. That Yu Sheng… he is not to be trifled with! Or else, you'll just meet your end! You're just seeking death if you want to mess with him! Zuo Zhe has learned of this many, many times. He's the only one who suffers at the end after he tried to make troubles.

You shouldn't involve yourself with a beast, especially if you are a human! You'll just suffer like him!
