Chapter 1845: The Principal’s Problem
Translator: Henyee Translations Editor: Henyee Translations
Wang Xianyu genuinely had no other choice.
No one in the Heavenly Court could help him.
Following the meteoric rise of An Lin’s reputation, Wang Xianyu also learned of An Lin’s mysterious abilities. He brought with him a “go for broke” attitude as he came to try his fortunes with An Lin.
“Sigh… Who knows if he can help me with this matter…”
Wang Xianyu knew that An Lin was extremely capable. However, treating his problem was also an immensely difficult task. Thus, he had no confidence that An Lin would be able to resolve his problem.
“The sect leader has come!”
“Sect Leader An Lin!”
The disciples suddenly started to scream in excitement.
Wang Xianyu looked up at the sky. A male who was dressed in elegant white clothes flew over with the wind. His eyes were jet-black and piercing, and his aura was more so ethereal and otherworldly.
Principal Wang couldn’t help but sigh with emotion. This student’s demeanor is truly becoming more and more like a transcendent immortal…
“Principal Wang, sorry for the long wait.” An Lin respectfully saluted toward Wang Xianyu.
“That’s fine. I know that Student An Lin is a very busy person. I haven’t been waiting for that long either.” Wang Xianyu tried to put on a friendly smile.
“Pffft…” An Lin couldn’t help but burst into laughter.
When he had first seen Wang Xianyu’s watermelon-like head, he had already been trying his best to hold in his laughter. After hearing Wang Xianyu’s childish voice, however, he finally couldn’t help but burst into a fit of uncontrollable laughter.
Wang Xianyu: “…”
“Principal, it’s been one hundred years since we last met, and you’ve sure changed a lot…” An Lin tried to hold back his laughter as he spoke.
“Sigh… Student An Lin… this is a long story…” There was a heavy-hearted look on Wang Xianyu’s face as he swayed his fishtail.
“Did you not gather enough money to buy a divine pill?” An Lin asked. “If I remember correctly, all you needed was a divine pill to reverse your fish transformation problem.”

Unexpectedly, Wang Xianyu shook his head upon hearing this. “No, how could one divine pill be enough to solve my problem? There’s already no one in this world who can refine the type of divine pill that I need…”
“What do you mean?” An Lin blinked in confusion. “Has your problem become more serious? Has it become more difficult to revert back into human form?”
Wang Xianyu shook his head. “If I simply wanted to transform back into a human, then there would be no difficulty at all. The problem is… I don’t want to become human anymore.”
An Lin: “???”
Don’t want to become human?!
“Principal Wang… you…” An Lin was at a loss for words as he stared at the whale before him.
“What’s so good about being human? They’re nowhere near as free as fishes.” Wang Xianyu swayed his sleek body and continued to blow bubbles. “Only fishes can swim through the water; only fishes can run along the earth; only fishes can fly through the sky… Moreover, how beautiful are fishes? Those flowing lines, those sleek shapes… Fish is simply the most perfect form of life form!”
The corners of An Lin’s mouth twitched slightly. He didn’t know how to reply.
“Principal, are you serious?” An Lin gazed at the short-legged whale before him as he spoke.
“Of course I am! You haven’t become a Kun1 before, so you’re unable to understand how delightful it is to live as a Kun! Living as a fish is far more awesome than living as a human!” Wang Xianyu was full of passion as he explained his situation to An Lin.
“Okay… So… how do you want me to help you?” An Lin felt like it wasn’t his problem whether Principal Wang wanted to live as a human or not.
Wang Xianyu sighed softly. Then, he continued to explain in his childish voice, “To tell you the truth, I’ve come across an obstacle while trying to transform into a fish.
“One hundred years ago, a Kun Peng used their core mystic technique on me and caused me to transform into a Kun. During this process, a unique marking has already been imprinted into my body. As such, I’ll be at an inherent disadvantage if I come across any Kun Peng… In fact, I might even become their slave…

“I tried to erase this marking, yet the marking has already implanted itself deep into my bloodline. It’s completely fused together with my transformed fish body. Not long ago, I tried to forcefully remove this marking. However, this triggered a severe side-effect, whereby my bloodline suddenly went wild. As a result, my head swelled to this giant size…
“Sigh… this is giving me a massive headache.”
As Wang Xianyu spoke, two streaks of tears had already flowed down his face.
“Waah… Little Friend An Lin, please don’t mind me. After becoming a fish, I’ve gained a lot more fluids and have also developed a habit of crying. Waah…”
Wang Xianyu continued to speak as he cried, “The reason I’m here is that I want you to see if there’s any way of comprehensively erasing the marking left in my body by the Kun Peng!
“Rest assured, I’ll definitely compensate you well. I’m willing to give you the two hundred million spirit stones that I had initially prepared for buying a divine pill!”
An Lin was slightly swayed by this offer. Two hundred million spirit stones wasn’t a small sum, and it was already enough to buy a fairly high-end divine pill. Even to super mighty beings of the Dao Integration Stage, this was still a huge sum of money!
“Fine, I’ll have a look for you.” An Lin shuffled forward and placed a hand on Wang Xianyu’s large and round head. Then, his divine sense transformed into a wisp of energy and started to dive into Wang Xianyu’s bloodline.
Relying on his extremely powerful divine sense, An Lin indeed identified the problems with Wang Xianyu’s bloodline, including the power of the Kun Peng’s marking. However, the Kun Peng’s marking had already fused into Wang Xianyu’s bloodline and had become an inseparable part of his blood. Thus, it was impossible to remove it unless Wang Xianyu was willing to transform back into a human.
As if reading An Lin’s thoughts, Wang Xianyu once again reiterated his wish, “Student An Lin, I, Wang Xianyu, am only going to live my life as a fish!”
An Lin fell silent for a moment. Then, he unsheathed his Evil-Slaying Sword.
“Little Xie, will your purification technique work?”
After ranking up to become a divine weapon, the Evil-Slaying Sword had developed three special skills, one of which was purification. Upon piercing its target and activating this skill, the Evil-Slaying Sword could cleanse its target of all debilitating effects!
“The amount of power that I can unleash is directly correlated to your strength. If it were the past Return to Void Initial Stage you, then I would’ve had no chance of succeeding. Now, however, I reckon that I can give it a try…”
Little Xie’s aloof yet childish voice sounded.
An Lin’s eyes lit up. “Then I’ll leave it to you, Little Xie!
“Principal Wang, I’m going to stab you with my sword in a moment. Please don’t resist.”
“Wait! Student An Lin, why do you want to stab me with a sword?”
“To treat your problem, of course!”
“No! How is stabbing me treating my problem?”
“There’s no time to explain… Here I come!”
“Ahhh…!”
…
Fifteen minutes later…
An Lin happily returned to the Sect Leader Palace two hundred million spirit stones richer.
He had earned two hundred million spirit stones simply by stabbing Principal Wang with his Evil-Slaying Sword. This transaction was totally worth it!
Wang Xianyu’s heart involuntarily throbbed in pain as he watched An Lin happily return to the Sect Leader Palace with that huge sum of money. An Lin had stabbed him with a sword, yet he still had to pay him two hundred million spirit stones. Just thinking about it pained him immensely.
However, he quickly readjusted his own mentality.
His watermelon-head had disappeared, and his body had once again returned to its initial smooth and sleek appearance.
He took out a mirror and gazed at his handsome self. Those thick lips, that round head, those big eyes… This was an absolutely mesmerizing beauty. A satisfied smile stretched across Wang Xianyu’s face.
“I can finally live a happy life as a fish again. Thank you, An Lin.
“I, Wang Xianyu, will take my leave now. Hahaha!”

The Apocalypse Show - Dungeon Core
There were lot's of ways that people had predicted that the world would end. A few even had it partially correct. But how could they have predicted it would be a combination of the system apocalypse and aliens. Specifially aliens that wanted to create the equivlant of a TV show about the system apocalypse on Earth. Arthur woke up with a headache and the option to create a character. Most people would have gone with the safe choice and selected to stay a human. Arthur suspected that wouldn't be the safe choice in his new world. Instead he decided to see what other races were available. Eventually he decided to become a dungeon core instead. Of course being a dungeon core comes with a number of challenges. Starting with the fact that he was a giant crystal instead of having a body, managing a bunch of unintelligent minons, and most importantly the reaction of his human neighbors when they discover him. If he can overcome these challenges he may be able to enjoy some of the benefits. Such as the fact that dungeon cores are immortal and he would eventually have an entire army of dungeon minions that would obey any of his commands. Perhaps even find some female companions that are looking for a safe place during the apocalypse. Warning: If this fiction was a movie I'd rate it R for occasional scenes of violence, gore, nudity, and sexual content. This isn't something you would find in the young adult section. This does not mean that this would be rated NC-17 or X, if that is what you are looking for try lewd dungeon.
