I Might Be A Fake Cultivator Chapter 1287

Chapter 1287: Invincible
An Lin didn’t even have to look to know who it was.
Sure enough, a beauty in a blue and pink sailor costume appeared nearby. She was holding a six-feathered staff in her hand with excitement dancing in her purple eyes.
“Ziggs the Hexplosives Expert, Rammus the Armordillo[1], I’m here to save you!” Liu Qianhuan greeted them with a broad grin.
An Lin faltered for a few seconds before coming to his senses and flaring up with rage. “Rammus the Armordillo my a*s! I’m the Wuju Bladesman!”
Holy Angel Michael furrowed his brows slightly. What kind of nonsense were these cultivators spouting?! He couldn’t understand any of it! However, none of that mattered. He just had to cut all of them down.
Holy light surged forth.
A crescent sword projection over a hundred meters in length hurtled toward Liu Qianhuan at an extremely fast speed.
Liu Qianhuan could only use her staff as a shield to defend herself. The sword projection clashed with her staff, upon which a sharp screeching sound erupted before Liu Qianhuan was knocked flying by the boundless power imbued within the sword strike.
“Ziggs the Hexplosives Expert, Rammus the Armordillo, what are you two just standing there for? Hurry up and help me!” Liu Qianhuan cried out.
An Lin only came to his senses then, and he charged toward Michael while wielding his Evil-Slaying Sword.
Liu Qianhuan righted herself in mid-air before stamping down with her fair, well-proportioned legs to arrest her momentum. At the same time, about a dozen balls of energy erupted from her six-feathered staff before hurtling toward Michael at startling speed.
Michael had just knocked An Lin flying again when the balls of energy came hurtling toward him. His brows furrowed slightly, and he created a holy light shield around himself to keep the balls of energy at bay.
On the ground below, Xuanyuan Cheng was also unleashing one violent sword projection after another.
The relentless barrage of attacks was making Michael quite irritated.
“I don’t have time to waste with all of you.” Michael heaved a faint sigh before creating a white halo around him with his holy sword, which then began to expand outward.
A white feather detached itself from one of his six wings before fluttering toward the white halo.

An extremely scorching pillar of light suddenly shot forth from a distance away.
“Final Spark!” Liu Qianhuan unleashed one of her finishing moves against that feather.
Her intuition told her that the feather was not as simple as it looked.
Michael had no choice but to unleash another sword strike to slice Liu Qianhuan’s Final Spark in half. Liu Qianhuan was right, that feather was indeed not as simple as it appeared…
An Lin and Xuanyuan Cheng also took the hint and began to unleash attacks upon that feather.
However, Michael created an airtight net of sword projections with his holy sword to block all of their attacks.
In the end, the white feather fell upon the white halo.
“Heavenly Feather Kingdom!” Michael’s voice had only just fallen when the white feather was pulverized and the halo expanded for a further several hundred meters as a powerful holy light rained down upon the world.
An Lin, Liu Qianhuan, and Xuanyuan Cheng were all forced to their knees as their bones creaked within their bodies.
The terrifying weight crashing down upon them made standing up entirely impossible!
That’s right, this was the restrictive power of the Heavenly Feather Kingdom. No one could escape from this power.
“It’s over.” Michael slashed his sword toward An Lin, upon which a dazzling holy light sword projection flashed through the air, leaving a lethal trajectory in its wake.
An Lin’s expression darkened. He finally made the decision to use his trump card, the Origin Energy of the Netherworld!
He was unable to use his Fire God Mode as he couldn’t summon sufficient Divine Flames. As such, the Origin Energy of the Netherworld was his strongest buff.
However, with his cultivation base restricted to the tenth-stage Dao Body, he would be struck by very powerful after-effects from using the Origin Energy of the Netherworld.
In fact, it was very much possible that he would be too feeble to participate in any future battles.
In other words, he would be completely powerless to do anything else after using that technique, so it was no wonder that An Lin would hesitate for so long.
However, he had no other choice at this point.
If he didn’t use it, Big Brother Cheng, Liu Qianhuan, and himself would all be eliminated here!

As the holy light sword projection imbued with a terrifying force continued toward them, a determined expression appeared on An Lin’s face. He was just about to activate his power when an extremely dazzling and scorching sword projection clashed with the holy light sword projection.
Boom!
Energy exploded violently.
An Lin was knocked flying for a few dozen meters before tumbling to the ground, but he was internally ecstatic.
“Xiaolan!” he called out with an excited expression.
That’s right, this sword intent, this holy flame power, all of it was extremely familiar to him.
Xu Xiaolan had arrived on the scene!
Michael turned toward the woman in the jade dress standing proudly nearby, and his expression shifted once again. “You managed to come back?”
Ripples suddenly surged through the air.
Michael seemed to have detected something, and he immediately slashed his sword toward a certain spot in the air.
A crisp collision sounded.
A bright blue Moonlight Disc crashed into the holy light sword at blinding speed, upon which cold, dazzling light erupted forth.
“The timing wasn’t bad, but you’re dreaming if you think you can hurt me with a surprise attack like this.” Michael exerted more force, and the Moonlight Disc was sent flying through the air.
An exquisitely beautiful Celestial Maiden in a palatial dress waved a slender hand, and the blue Moonlight Disc obediently returned to where she was standing.
“Su Qianyun!” An Lin was even more elated.
All of his friends were here, and he was feeling a lot more confident.
“Classmate An Lin, you’re here as well!” Su Qianyun heaved a sigh of relief. “Thank God you’re here, otherwise Classmate Xuanyuan Cheng would be in a lot of trouble.”
“What about the heavenly peach tree?” Xuanyuan Cheng asked in an urgent voice.
Xu Xiaolan made an OK hand sign as she spoke with a smile, “All wrapped up. We eliminated three Light Wing Clan cultivators and passed through an illusionary formation before finding it at the summit of the snow mountain.”
“What? You two also secured a heavenly peach tree?!” An Lin’s eyes widened with astonishment.
“It was all thanks to Big Brother Cheng buying us time with his life on the line.” Xu Xiaolan sighed with emotion.
In the sky above, Michael’s expression completely darkened.
“Joel and the others were all eliminated? How could that be…”
He knew that the two women before him were at the Soul Formation Stage and the Return to Void Initial Stage.
But prior to entering this world, Joel and the other two Light Wing Tribe cultivators with him were all Return to Void Stage mighty figures!
They should have had an advantage both in battle experience as well as their expertise in using their spell techniques. How could they have lost to those two women?
Michael found this to be incomprehensible.
However, he began to understand why after witnessing Su Qianyun’s mysterious Moonlight Disc and the terrifying sword strike Xu Xiaolan had unleashed.
These two women possessed powers that completely outstripped their cultivation bases!
Generally speaking, all powerful beings that were able to defeat enemies with superior cultivation bases should be able to do so even after having their power restricted to the tenth-stage Dao Body.
Michael, An Lin, Xu Xiaolan, and Su Qianyun were all prime examples of this.
Michael pressed a hand to the air, and the power of his Heavenly Feather Kingdom completely erupted forth. An Lin, Liu Qianhuan, and Xuanyuan Cheng were crushed deep into the ground amid three resounding booms.
He then unleashed a holy light sword projection that knocked Xu Xiaolan back for over a kilometer, upon which she crashed into a tall mountain in the distance.
In the next instant, he disappeared from the spot to evade the Moonlight Disc’s sneak attack.
Before Su Qianyun even had a chance to react, she saw a white figure appear before her while holding aloft an outstretched finger. A holy light flashed, and she received a heavy blow to the stomach, causing her to throw up a mouthful of blood before tumbling to the ground.
Michael retracted his finger expressionlessly. He had beaten all five of them in the blink of an eye!
“You are all very powerful. But in my eyes… I am more than enough to defeat all five of you.”

Necromancer's Resolve
Foster Locke's life wasn't the harshest it could have been. But it wasn't the easiest either. Despite losing the last of his family and having immense debt thrown on him, getting the chance to keep practicing Martial Arts pulled away, and having a completely messed up sleep-schedule, he usually tried his best to stay positive to the outside world. Of course, that wasn't always possible, especially not when he was staring into the glowing eyes of a man-eating creature he had never heard of before. The glowing message-box that accompanied it wasn't much better either. Not to mention the fact that he was suddenly in a dark forest instead of the train station. This isn't a story of great anguish, inescapable peril, or heroic world-saving. Rather, it's one of a young man trying to get by in a world that seems to try his best to kill him. I hope you enjoy the read. --- Cover Image temporary [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]

Two And A Half Deadmen
Silver-Spruce is a very strange and very haunted town. Ghosts inhabit its buildings and walk its streets. Some of them friendly and sane. Some of them not so much. Alder helps ghosts. Helps them fulfill their last requests so they can move on to whatever comes next. Sometimes the ghosts aren't so friendly and have to be moved on by force. Alder does that as well. And he's gotten rather good at it too. After a particularly rough exorcism, he finds himself following a strange ghost to a local tourist attraction. And while Alder never means to find himself caught up in chaos, monsters, magic, and mayhem always seem to have a way of finding him. You want more specifics for what you're reading? Here you go: This is Urban-fantasy but a little bit of a different spin. Often the protagonists in such stories tend to be the bigger fish in their world, or at least far from small fry. Be they legendary boogie men or badass wizards (which is in no way a bad thing, I love a lot of those stories.) But I thought it would be fun to have a protagonist who's far closer to the bottom end of the scale. He has some magic, and it's potent in its own way. But he isn't the big dog or a fighting machine. Outside of his bubble of influence, our protagonist is essentially a normal human as far as powers are concerned. And while you should be warned that this story will get dark in some places it's (hopefully) balanced out by humor and the lighter stuff. I'm not sure how to end this synopsis section so I'll just say bye. Bye!
