Chapter 653: Master’s Battle
Translator: Henyee Translations Editor: Henyee Translations
Laden felt like this was completely unimaginable.
The Blood Star Sword was one of his most powerful killing techniques, but it was absorbed and reflected by a mirror?
His attack had been reflected?
The sword was imbued with spatial sealing power as it flew through the air at an alarming speed.
Despite going through a split second of astonishment, Laden was still able to dodge at the last moment.
However, he wasn’t able to completely escape the fearsome crimson sword. The sword sliced off his arm before reducing it to particles even smaller than molecules.
“Who the hell are you?!”
Laden glowered with shock and rage at the man positioned in front of Xiao Ze.
This man was none other than An Lin, who had instructed Tina to use her spatial flicker ability to teleport him right in front of Xiao Ze!
“Who am I?” An arrogant smile appeared on An Lin’s face as he looked up at the Blood Tribe mighty figure and sneered, “I’m your daddy!”
Everyone instantly fell silent.
Xiao Ze’s eyes widened in shock, Sword Immortal Ling Xiao’s face convulsed, and all the students and soldiers drew a collective sharp intake of breath. To be able to speak to a mighty figure at the Return to Void Pinnacle Stage like this… how bad*ss!
Laden was enraged to the point of laughter. “A pitiful Soul Formation Stage cultivator dares to taunt me just because he has some sort of special treasure? I will make you endure something far worse than death! I will torment your soul for the rest of eternity!”
Xiao Ze had also come to his senses as he said with a panicked voice, “What are you doing here, Master? It’s too dangerous! My defenses are strong, so just let me hold him off before the Heavenly Court reinforcements get here!”
He was not an idiot by any means, and after living with An Lin for so long, he had naturally already figured out that An Lin was only at the Soul Formation Stage.

He didn’t know how his unfathomably powerful master had ended up like this, but he knew that he couldn’t allow his master to take risks like this when he was in such a weakened state.
An Lin shook his head with a confident smile. “I’m your master! No master can just stand by and watch their disciple get beaten up!”
Xiao Ze’s expression faltered upon hearing this, and tears welled up in his eyes.
He looked at the white-robed figure positioned in front of him, and a sense of security from being protected and cared for sent a rush of warmth flowing through his heart.
Even the students and soldiers on the city wall were greatly touched by this scene.
“Oi, can you make sure to put me away in a safe place before you start flexing? I can’t reflect any more attacks, and if you keep waving me around like an idiot, your opponent is going to shatter me soon!” a crisp, tender voice sounded at this moment.
An Lin: “…”
The Vermilion Bird Mirror sure knew how to ruin the atmosphere. He had gone to great lengths to create such a touching atmosphere, but all of that had been instantly shattered.
An Lin silently stowed the mirror into his storage ring. He then pulled out his Evil-Slaying Sword as the aura of a sword immortal burst forth from his body.
A scornful sneer appeared on Laden’s face. “You arrogant fool, do you really think you can hurt me?”
“What happened to your arm?” An Lin chuckled.
Laden’s words faltered as if he had just been choked.
“Hmph!” Laden harrumphed coldly as his flesh squirmed, and a new arm appeared in the blink of an eye. “Nothing happened to my arm, it had only gone invisible for a while!”
An Lin: “…”
All the onlookers: “…”
When you’re powerful enough, anything you say is correct!
Laden didn’t waste any more words as he extended a palm toward An Lin.

His palm shot forth at blinding speed with a force that seemed to be capable of crushing the entire sky.
An Lin hadn’t even had the chance to think about dodging before he was struck by the palm, and his body was blasted close to ten kilometers away.
“Master!” Xiao Ze let loose an enraged roar as he charged toward Laden.
Laden’s speed exceeded Xiao Ze’s, and he pummeled Xiao Ze into the ground with another palm.
“Hmm? The power imbued within that palm can even wound a Return to Void Stage mighty figure, how did that human manage to survive?” Laden turned with incredulity toward the figure flying at him from the distance.
Blood trickled from the corner of An Lin’s mouth, but his body of the War God ensured his survival in the end.
Laden was a mighty figure at the Return to Void Pinnacle Stage, and the palm he had unleashed was imbued with the power of the blood star divine dao, thus elevating the destructive force behind the palm to unfathomable levels.
In the face of such a fearsome mighty figure, An Lin did not cower or retreat. If he were to do so, Xiao Ze could die at any moment!
He wiped the blood flowing from his mouth onto the blade of the Evil-Slaying Sword as Wings of Wind materialized on his back to explosively boost his speed.
The holy blood was his final hope. He could only pray that his blood would either be able to kill or purify the monstrous Blood Tribe mighty figure before him.
“Where did this stubborn trash come from?” Laden’s brows furrowed as he pointed two fingers at An Lin. A crimson sword materialized in mid-air, and its unrivaled sharpness caused the space around it to crack open as the entire sky was colored crimson.
Blood Star Sword!
This was a killing technique capable of slaying even Return to Void Final Stage mighty figures!
He had previously planned to use this technique to slay Xiao Ze, only to have it used against him by An Lin.
This time, he was going to use the same technique to slay An Lin and wipe away the humiliation of his amputated arm!
An extremely overwhelming sense of impending doom caused An Lin’s heart rate to accelerate. His intuition told him that he would most definitely die if he was struck by that sword!
There wasn’t enough time to get close to Laden…
Why was this Blood Tribe mighty figure so fond of ranged attacks?
Why couldn’t he channel his inner vampire to pounce at An Lin and suck his blood?
How was An Lin going to make him taste the holy blood like this?!
An Lin’s brain scrambled for a way to turn the tables, and he suddenly thought of a certain spell technique before fixing his eyes upon Laden.
Mysterious ripples pierced through the air before instantly coming into contact with Laden.
Laden’s lips twitched as an extremely awful sensation welled up in his stomach.
What the hell? What is this accursed feeling?
He soon figured out what the feeling was. He was going to have f*cking diarrhea!
That’s right, An Lin used the Make You Poo spell technique on Laden! This was a spell technique with one hundred percent accuracy and ignored all defenses!
“What the hell did you do to me?!” Boundless killing intent burst forth from Laden’s eyes before a loud shart sounded, and the crimson sword in the air before him began to tremble…
Everyone on the city wall wore anxious expressions as they stared intently at the battle between An Lin and Laden. However, they were suddenly treated to the sight of Laden’s crimson robe being stained brown by an unidentifiable liquid around his backside…
Everyone fell silent.
They felt like they had seen something inconceivable, and all of them fell silent in disbelief…

How to Raise Your Dungeon
A dungeon core awakens for the first time. It knows nothing, it has nothing, but it can hear something. Voices, whispering, talking, and sharing. For now, they are distant. But it believes, if it proves itself, they may provide it with wisdom and direction. And so its slow but steady growth begins. Polls will come when the dungeon specifically wants to choose between a number of options, and believes it will receive an answer. However, it will "hear" any comments made on the most recent chapter, and these will shape its behaviour. It trusts you implicitely. This story is an exercise in stretching my creative muscles, so with each decision made, the options and opportunities open to the dungeon will change- some closing off forever. The dungeon will face threats periodically, and its fate in these encounters will be heavily influenced by your advice, though it will of course do its absolute best even without advice. It hardly wants to die. Heavily inspired by There Is No Epic Loot Here, Only Puns, though my approach to the concept is somewhat different from that work.

DarkBoi69's mediocre, rushed and badly-written aventure
Follow DarkBoi69's edgy adventure as I move him through a shitty plot where he meets terribly-written characters like angry evil stupid villains and naive cute useless busty women. This story is not really an actual serious story but simply a writing exercise for me to focus on overall writing speed, forcefully insert some writing in my everyday life to increase productivity and most importantly help with turning ideas, thoughts or feelings into writing directly without feeling blocked, hopefully trying to achieve something as close as possible to writing unconsciously what i’m thinking about. I'll probably try to do something like writing as much in 30 mins as I can, nearly every-day. So far I've only done this once and it already seems like a pretty good thing to do. I don’t have anything planned and that’s probably going to be a constant for every one of these exercises, so it’ll end up being not very good (although maybe better than it has any right to be? ) and nonsensical.
