Chapter 326: The Heroic Death of An LinTranslator: Henyee Translations Editor: Henyee Translations
Jing Xin Mountain was a mountain that was renowned throughout the Zhan Qi Continent.
The stones there were all extremely smooth with the appearance of top-grade jade.
There was a placid blue lake on top of the mountain which looked like a beautiful blue gemstone from afar.
The most notable trait of the mountain was that the Battle Qi was extremely dense there, with a density of around ten times the standard outside the mountain. Thus, this was also the place where Battle God Xu Ming cultivated, and normal people were barred from entry.
Under the dazzling night sky, everything was peaceful and quiet.
Six shadowy figures gradually drew closer to the mountain.
“Alright, this is the border of the mountain’s defensive formation, let’s stop here for now.”
After stopping at the border of the formation, An Lin’s eyes turned snowy white, and he released three streams of energy which struck three different points in the air. The space before them began to ripple following which an opening appeared in front of them.
Splash…
Water condensed in the air before taking on An Lin’s appearance.
This was the first time Su Qianyun and the others had seen An Lin’s Water Clone Technique. They were all shocked at how identical the clone looked compared to An Lin.
“I’m Spirit Nurturing Final Stage at the moment, so I can only maintain the clone for an hour and the clone has a tenth of my power,” An Lin introduced to everyone with a smile.
Xuanyuan Cheng nodded and placed a storage ring on the clone’s finger. “Make sure you verify the target first, get as close as you can and then attack. The epicenter of the explosion is where the temperatures are most fearsome.”
An Lin Number Two smiled confidently. “You can count on me!”
He then leaped onto his wooden sword and flew toward the heart of Jing Xing Mountain, striking a determined pose as he went.
Hu Guan and Yao Mingxi both turned to An Lin with scorching passion reflected in their eyes. “Who would have thought even Big Brother An’s clone would be so handsome, I love it!”
An Lin’s body shuddered at their words, and he instantly changed the topic. “Let’s get a bit further away from here, I don’t think we’re out of the danger zone yet.”

Everyone immediately heeded his instructions and began to move further away. After all, it was much better to be safe than sorry, especially when a doomsday device was concerned.
Meanwhile, within an antiquated palace beside the lake.
A handsome middle-aged man with a red mole on his forehead was meditating while sitting on a patch of grass.
A streak of brilliant white light resembling a shooting star suddenly appeared in the air.
The man opened his eyes and laid a hand on the sword in his lap. If there were any mishaps, he would immediately draw the sword, which was one of the five Divine Weapons, and unleash a devastating attack.
A man slowly appeared in his line of sight, and he was greeted to the sight of a majestic middle-aged man in a purple robe.
“Haha, long time no see, Xu Ming.” The man in the purple waved at the man in front of him with a pleasant expression.
Battle God Xu Ming raised his eyebrows and responded in a cold voice, “Zi Yang, what are you doing here?”
“Can’t I spectate your upcoming battle?” The man in purple ignored Xu Ming’s bristly attitude and sat down in front him with a smile lingering on his face.
Battle God Xu Ming chuckled lightly. “It’s not like you to be interested in a battle with a result that is already set in stone, unless… you think I might lose?”
“Nononono, I’m just afraid that you’ll kill the two of them by accident,” Battle God Zi Yang hurriedly replied.
“Oh? Are you implying I shouldn’t kill them?” Battle God Xu Ming looked at the man before him as his voice gradually lowered.
Battle God Zi Yang waved his hand and adopted a serious expression. “I’m sure you have just as much information about them as I do, so you should be aware of the fact that they may be people from another world. Thus, they’re much more useful to us alive than dead, also… don’t you want to advance to the next level?”
Battle God Xu Ming replied coldly, “I can get whatever information I want from them through searching their souls by force. If they aren’t part of our race, then that makes me even more determined to kill them. I have to teach them a lesson on who is the top dog here!”

Battle God Zi Yang’s mind drifted back to the man from a thousand years ago, and he sighed wistfully. “Sigh, then I’ll leave it to you. Hopefully, your soul-searching technique can derive some useful information… ”
Right at this moment, a voice sounded from beside them, “Huh, am I interrupting something?”
The two Battle Gods both turned to find a man casually walking toward them.
The man had fine and delicate features with an aura that was powerful yet understated as if he was just a part of the scenery. As powerful as the two Battle Gods were, they were unable to detect his power level.
A peculiar expression appeared on Battle God Xu Ming’s face, and although he found the notion a bit absurd, he still couldn’t help but raise the question, “Are you Sword Immortal An Lin?”
An Lin nodded with a smile. “That’s right. Are you Battle God Xu Ming?”
Battle God Xu Ming couldn’t help but laugh upon hearing his reply. “I sure am. What business do you have visiting me so late at night? Don’t tell me you can’t wait for the day after tomorrow and would like to battle me here in advance.”
Battle God Xu Ming spoke as if he was talking to an old friend. There was no hint of animosity in his words, only a serene sense of calmness.
An Lin didn’t immediately give a reply. Instead, he turned a curious gaze upon the other person. “And may I ask who this Senior is?”
Battle God Zi Yang laughed and joined his hands in a salute. “I’m Zi Yang. It is my pleasure to be able to witness Sword Immortal An Lin himself in all his glory!”
An Lin rolled his eyes internally. I’m not An Lin, I’m just a clone!
However, it was indeed an honor for them to be blessed with his presence, that part was certainly true…
This Zi Yang should be Battle God Zi Yang of the Bei Hong Empire. Two Battle Gods was an extremely terrifying force to be up against, luckily he didn’t actually attend the battle the day after tomorrow, otherwise, there was very little chance for survival.
Xu Ming and Zi Yang were quite surprised that An Lin did not seem overawed or frightened in the slightest even in the face of two Battle Gods.
“Hmm, buy one get one free, what a great deal,” An Lin muttered quietly to himself.
“Buy one get one free? What are you talking about?” Battle God Xu Ming suddenly realized that things did not seem to be as simple as he had thought.
“Oh, it means killing two birds with one stone. I’m here to give you a present.” An Lin’s storage ring flashed, and a massive nuclear missile suddenly appeared in the palace with a bunch of spell formations drawn onto its outer casing.
“This is an atomic bomb, upon detonation…”
Bam!
An Lin didn’t have a chance to finish his sentence before the space around him warped, and he was reduced to countless droplets of water.
It was none other than Battle God Xu Ming that had sprung into action. His expression changed drastically as he looked at the droplets of water falling to the ground. “It’s a fake?!”
The two of them turned their gazes upon the massive atomic missile, and a chill went down both their spines.
Battle God Zi Yang immediately blasted a scorching fireball toward the unknown object in a bit to be rid of it as soon as possible.
Boom!
A gargantuan explosion ensued.
Rumble!!!
Heaven and earth had been torn apart!
The explosion instantly engulfed the palace and the lake.
The entirety of Jing Xin Mountain was also instantly reduced to ashes under the boundless light and heat.
A powerful earthquake ensued and powerful tremors ran through the ground as a sound akin to the roar of countless ancient giant beasts erupted, audible to people within a radius of several hundred kilometers!
The night sky over the entire city was lit up with a brilliant white light.
All the citizens of the city, as well as the powerful warriors that had traveled there to spectate the battle, all looked up toward Jing Xin Mountain in shock.
There was a new sun rising into the sky there, a sun that made them shudder in fear. The tip of the sun was a mushroom, which seemed to be grinning devilishly at everyone!
