The students on the plaza were all in anguish at the twin elimination of the Heavenly Court representatives.

The teacher responsible for teaching students about pills and elixirs covered his face in shame.

All negative conditions were immediately alleviated once An Lin and Liu Qianhuan were teleported back to the stage.

“Phew, that was close, I felt like I really was going to die from the poison,” An Lin said with an expression of lingering fear.

“Yeah, being poisoned truly is not a good feeling. The feebleness and desperation made me fall into complete despair. I’m going to study about pills and elixirs diligently from now on.” Liu Qianhuan clenched her fists with determination.

The two of them had been eliminated, but all was not yet lost as they still had Senior Wang to carry them.

An Lin cast his gaze onto the crystalline screen to find that the remaining contestants had already entered the fifth perilous realm.

“The final segment is known as the battle for the holy grails. There are nine holy grails scattered throughout a place called the Zhong Long mountain ranges, among which five of them are iron, three of them are silver, and one of them is gold.

“The representatives must enter the Zhong Long mountain ranges to fight for the holy grails.

“An iron holy grail equates to one point, a silver holy grail equates to two points, and the gold holy grail equates to five points. During the course of the trial, combat between the representatives is permitted, but contestants will be eliminated as soon as their Defeat Judgement Seal is triggered.”

Vice-Principal Yu Hua waved his hand as he spoke, and a Defeat Judgement Seal appeared on everyone’s bodies.

An Lin sighed lightly at the sight of the familiar Defeat Judgement Seal.

It appeared that this trial was going to be quite a brutal one where combat was inevitable.

A white teleportation spell formation appeared on the stage and all the representatives stepped on it.

“In order to defend against the other teams, I think we should stay together.” Wang Xuanzhan proposed.

An Lin nodded in response. Combat was permitted, so that meant they could eliminate all their opponents first before they went searching for the holy grails. To split up now would just be asking for trouble.

“Guys, look! There’s a white pagoda there! Could there be holy grails there?” Liu Qianhuan pointed to a hill in the East as she spoke.

An Lin and Wang Xuanzhan looked toward the direction in which Liu Qianhuan was pointing and saw that about two to three kilometers away, there was indeed a white pagoda that was reflecting a pale white light under the sun.

“To place a pagoda in such an obvious location, I feel like it might be a trap.” Wang Xuanzhan stared at the pagoda with furrowed brows.

“Well, it’s always better to have a target rather than just wander about aimlessly. Let’s go have a look there anyway!” An Lin said. Even if there was a trap, they should be able to escape with their strength anyway.

Liu Qianhuan raised both hands high up in the air. “I agree!”

Thus, with a two to one vote, the three of them began to make their way toward the white pagoda.
