Supreme Grandpa Chapter 129

After recovering his True Energy for over an hour, Yang Song got up and rode the sword away.
Swiftly, Yang Song arrived at another place. The cries of the cicadas around could be heard one after another, resonating in the silent White Mountain forest.
A burst of cicadas sounded suddenly, and then weakened again, the sound kept coming and leaving one after another.
When Yang Song rode on the sword, the sound of wind wheezing entered his ears softly, and his long white hair danced behind.
His Spiritual Sense was still being spread around without stop, trying to detect the Spirit Crystal mine.
Yang Song went into the depth of the forest farther and farther, and soon, some wild beasts entered Yang Song's view.
Seeing Yang Song flying over, those beasts were frightened suddenly and fled into the forest hurriedly.
Yang Song ignored them and kept flying forward. But as Yang Song went deeper and deeper, he noticed that the trees around gradually became less and less, and the atmosphere was not so gloomy and dark as previously.
The wind became strong suddenly and the temperature was so low.
Yang Song arrived at a cliff.
Below the cliff, it was the lower part of the White Mountain. Looking from above, there were only dark shadows of the many trees and the white mist that was sparsely floating around.
However, what caught Yang Song's attention the most was the strange atmosphere under the cliff… it was as if… under this cliff, it was the land of death.
Feeling curious, Yang Song rode the sword down the cliff and fell all the way through. The height from the top to the bottom of the cliff was probably around a hundred meters.
When Yang Song arrived at the ground under the cliff, he was slightly stunned.
"The breath of human?" As a human himself, Yang Song was most familiar with the human breath.
And when he tried to sense it closely, he found that there wasn't actually one, but many of them. There were many breaths of humans in this place.
Yang Song instantly spread out his Spiritual Sense and observed this place thoroughly.
This place was extremely hard to find and to find this place, one needed to face many dangers and ferocious beasts. The Flying Skull Ants were an example. Even if one was a high-level Master or even Grandmaster, it would still be very difficult to win the battle, and they might die under the deadly mouths of those ants.

So the fact that there were many humans here could explain that there were problems with this place.
Yang Song went forward and inspected around. Soon, his Spiritual Sense detected an incredible thing over a hundred meters away.
"Security camera?" Yang Song frowned slightly. "It seems there's a big secret here."
Yang Song only thought of one possibility as soon as he spotted the security camera.
"This place must be the secret base of some organization!"
As Yang Song walked in further, several more security cameras gradually entered his field of Spiritual Sense.
Yang Song was currently tens of meters away from those security cameras and he was concealing himself secretly, avoiding the detection of those security cameras.
The view around Yang Song soon started to turn more surprising. Hundreds of meters deep into the dense forest, there were several small modern-looking domes that were built to blend in with the surrounding.
The wall of the dome seemed to be made of mirrors, and those mirrors amazingly captured the images in the surroundings and produced a camouflaged effect. Even at night time, those domes could turn their outer walls black like the night sky and even the moonlight couldn't leave a reflection of them.
This should be some kind of amazing technology.
In that area, there were a total of four domes, and each dome was positioned in four different directions. With two in the front and two at the back.
In the middle of the four domes, there was an old-looking wooden hut. The door of the hut was tightly closed.
Yang Song used his Spiritual Sense to probe the inside of domes and found that there were humans inside. Those people were dressed in black scientist coats, however, they were already dead. But based on the freshness of the corpses, they should be dead not long ago, or maybe a few hours ago.
Yang Song's interest was stirred even more. So with determination, he walked to the dome on the right and touched a certain part of the wall of the dome.
Beep!
There was a beeping sound and a hole was produced on the wall of the dome. Then, a thin and spherical mirror came out. Soon, a line of words appeared in the mirror.
"Please type in the secret code."

Immediately, the screen changed and a holographical keyboard appeared under the mirror.
Yang Song looked at this with his eyes brightened and thought, "If I can bring this kind of technology back and study it, I will be able to make a lot of money for sure, and my family influence will increase without fail."
But looking at the mirror, Yang Song sighed slightly. He… did not know that secret code at all.
However, it was not a big problem. Yang Song immediately used his Spiritual Sense and controlled it to enter the dome, trying to look for the secret code. But the disappointment really came.
"Well, then let's do this."
Yang Song took out the Blue Bolt Sword suddenly and made a big entrance out of the wall.
The strange mirror-like wall of the dome broke apart easily under the otherworldly sharpness of the Blue Bolt Sword.
After Yang Song entered the dome, he started looking around with interest. The dome was not big; it was only big enough to accommodate 6 people at most.
The corpse of the scientist of this dome was sitting in front of a big floating screen. On the screen, there were many foreign words that Yang Song could not understand.
Yang Song inspected the corpse and found that he died from a heart attack.
Yang Song ignored this and tried to tap on the floating screen here and there. However, a big box appeared on the screen constantly every time Yang Song touched it.
"This should be the password box," Yang Song guessed.
Soon, Yang Song came out of this dome and entered the other three domes. And without exception, the same situation appeared. Yang Song could only sigh irritably and walked out of the fourth dome.
However, it was not like Yang Song did not get anything useless. He found several identity cards of those scientists and found the cause of death of those scientists. Each of them all died from a heart attack, which was extremely strange.
Yang Song put the matter aside for now and looked at the cards he had found. On the card, there was only a skull symbol and the name and the position of the scientist.
Yan Fei, E-Level Scientist of the Death Department.
Jiang Lai, E-Level Scientist of the Death Department.
Wen Yingsu, E-Level Scientist of the Death Department.
Li Yunping, E-Level Scientist of the Healing Department.
Three scientists were of E-Level which should be the lowest level. Three of them came from the same department and one came from a different department.
From the name of the two departments, Yang Song was still not sure what kind of secret base it was.
"But the question will be soon solved…" Yang Song muttered and looked at the hut in the middle of the four domes.
When Yang Song used his Spiritual Sense to see the inside of this hut, he was surprised to find that there was only a wooden closet inside. However, it was not really a closet. Yang Song was very sure of this.
Yang Song walked over the entered the hut. Then, he inspected the entire hut with his Spiritual Sense carefully, trying to see if there were any security cameras or any kind of secret device.
But he found that other than the closet, this hut was really just a simple wooden hut.
Yang Song's gaze then rested on the closet before he stretched out his hand to touch the doorknob of the closet. As soon as he pulled it, a palm-sized rectangular black glass appeared. On the black glass, there was a word: "Scan."
"Scan? Is it the identity card?" Yang Song then took out one of the identity cards he found from the dead scientists and put it on the glass.
"Beep! Welcome back, Yan Fei. The entrance to the Death Department has been unlocked. Please tap on the screen to open the entrance."
There was a "beep" sound and a line of words appeared on the screen of the glass.
Yang Song tapped on the screen slightly and another "beep" sound resounded again.
The palm-sized glass disappeared and the entire closet vibrated slightly. A second later, the closet moved to the side and an elevator popped out of the hole under the closet.
Yang Song took a deep breath and entered the elevator.
