What exactly would the undertaking of Universal Amalgamation entail? What would the group that Ambrose moved to achieve with the apparent Unification of 9 Universes with the use of Universal Constructs?

Ambrose's mind was utterly calm at this moment as he stared at the bright crimson light given by the activated Universal Construct, his eyes also locking with the image of Valentina that had managed to enter the Animus Universe before the process began, and was thus not repelled out of the universe like many other Hegemonies would be.

As Ambrose watched this scene with cold eyes that were filled with calm, he recalled the meaning behind everything as a certain memory when this plan that was in the works for an entire Epoch began all those years ago!

He had agreed to go along with Chronos and those behind him, years passing before everything was put in order and a plan was presented in front of him. The scene was as clear as the day as on a certain year, Chronos and Ambrose were floating silently while staring at 9 completed Universal Constructs that were floating menacingly in a hidden Realm of the Chthonian Universe.

"With the Constructs finished, all that is left is for you to spread them across 9 Cosmos. Many years have to pass for these constructs to adapt and absorb the core essence of these Universes, their path of slaughter with all the beings dying within it only increasing its rate of completion before it can be activated to start the process of Amalgamation."

Chronos spoke simply as Ambrose nodded with shining eyes.

That's right! The Slaughter Star Monoliths used the very essence and souls of the destroyed beings within it while absorbing the very essence of the Universe around them before they could be activated!

"Within each of them, I have placed a Seed of Antiquity as with Amalgamation underway, they will draw in even more Universal Essence to feed these seeds through a process of Accumulation, and when that is done...these Seeds of Antiquity will birth a genuine Antiquity! An Esteemed Being that will show us the path forward as he has already achieved it!"

RUMBLE!

The shocking meaning of the Universal Constructs was revealed at this moment! Each of them carried a Seeds of Antiquity, which after they fully bloomed- an Antiquity would descend in the Primordial Cosmos! As for which Antiquity or how Chronos had come across them, he didn't explain any of this!

"The period of the Accumulation of Universal Essence cannot be disrupted with any of the Universal Constructs torn down, so there is a safety net placed with their activation. But due to the fact that this safety net bends the Universal Laws too much, we had to also place restrictions in order to bring them to fruition!"

"The safety net is the fact that after their activation, all Hegemonies aside from those already within the Universe or had their core essence branded into the Universal Constructs...no other Hegemonies will be able to enter these Universes! This means that our jobs will be to only protect the Universal Constructs from any Hegemonies that happened to be within these Universes, or we can simply concoct a plan to remove them before we activate the Constructs."

Yes! This was the reason why Dark Shadow moved to have as many Hegemonies follow him from the targeted Universes after he broke an Oath, reducing the work of protection that they had to do after the Universal Constructs were activated to null!

If there were no enemy Hegemonies within the universes when the process began, that was ideal. If there were any, they would simply move to eradicate them, and they could do this with ease as there would be many more of them that could move across the 9 targeted Universes!

"To make such a thing possible, the restriction we will face is something I actually got from Oathkeeper- the restriction that no matter what, we cannot make a move against creatures within these Universes that are lower than the Universal Realm. Give and take...for such a safety net, there had to be some form of a restriction!"

"If any of us break this restriction, the Seed of Antiquity within the Universe this occurred in will fall apart automatically, drastically increasing the time of Accumulation and reducing the chances of our mission succeeding."

The restriction that they would face would only be the fact that they couldn't move against Paragons and those below them, but this was such a minor thing that Chronos and Ambrose knew would not be an issue! Even if multiple Paragons rose to try and disrupt the absorption of Universal Essence by the Slaughter Star Monoliths, all that the Hegemony standing guard had to do was enact a barrier around the construct that no Paragon or lower ranked being could break through!

Thus, it was almost guaranteed that once the Universal Amalgamation was initiated and Accumulation began...the successful descent of an Antiquity was a given!

These were the thoughts currently playing in Ambrose's mind as he looked at the beautiful figure of Valentina rushing towards him, the memory of him and Chronos fading away from his mind as he focused on the present.

From now on, any Hegemonies like Valentina that had managed to be in any of the 9 Universes before the Universal Amalgamation was fully initiated...these beings would actually be the unluckiest creatures of all!

This was because Ambrose could move to attack them and defend the Monolith he protected, and he could also call forth support of multiple Hegemonies from any of the other 9 Universes that didn't have any enemy Universal experts within!

'But I will not need to call forth any support!'

RUMBLE!

This shocking thought erupted from Ambrose's mind as he coldly stared at Valentina, his essence moving wildly as a protective crimson boundary wrapped around the Slaughter Star Monolith behind him.

Unless he died, nobody would be able to get through this barrier and damage the Universal Construct whatsoever!

All that remained now...was for him and others to defend as the Accumulation of Universal Essence commenced, simply waiting for Antiquity to descend.

"Let me keep to my promise of tearing apart that fair skin of yours."

Ambrose spoke out coldly as his essence moved like waves, this Hegemony of Slaughter moving against the Hegemony of Summoning as chaos spread out crazily across multiple Universes!
