Chapter 814 - The Second Ruination Core!

When a Ruler made their decision, they acted on it with no hesitation!

The Holy Emperor did just that as he outweighed the risks and rewards after putting the terrifying being in front of him into full account.

His strong voice resounded out.

"Since the Ruination Core reacted some weeks ago, many experts have been moving with more vigor searching for the tools of Ruination. I knew the one I had under my control could invite a disaster...so I always kept it with me since that day!"

The Holy Emperor waved his hands the moment he finished his words. as a spatial ring appeared on his palm.

This spatial ring was inscribed with unique runic marking as Noah laid his eyes on it.

[Legacy Ring of Holding] :: An item passed down in the Windsor lineage for generations. It is capable of preserving many items in its isolated space while preventing any prying eyes from seeing within it...

A special item that held an isolated spatial space appeared in the hands of the Holy Emperor, his eyes only growing firm when he pulled it out as his essence drilled into it, a flash of light shining out as something appeared out of it a second later!

Noah watched with shining eyes as a second Ruination Core appeared. His hands nearly reaching out inadvertently as the Holy Emperor looked at the powerful treasures with melancholic eyes.

Tiamat was looking at this scene with disbelieving eyes as she didn’t think this backwards looking power also had a portion of the Cosmic Treasure that was sought after by many beings before!

"Our Forefathers obtained this tens of thousands of years ago during their journeys, and it has been with us ever since."

His gaze was filled with reminiscence as his eyes became firm, the Ruination Core in his hands beginning to fly out towards Noah.

"All the Ancient Powers are looking for the answer to evade the coming Cataclysm. It would be selfish of me to not make a move when the answer has come to me!"

With these words, the Ruler of the Expansive Dragon Cl.u.s.ter made the choice to let go of a treasure that others wanted dearly, something that was worth it enough to even start wars and destroy galaxies!

Noah gained a whole notch of respect for this being as his mana wrapped around the Ruination Core and brought it close to him, the treasure very quickly beginning to react to the one in his Origin as it began releasing a gorgeous red black light.

It seemed like an attractive pulling force was coming from Noah’s origin as the Ruination Core was inadvertently going towards it!

The Holy Emperor watched the scene closely as he saw the terrifying Ruination Core enter the glimmering c.h.e.s.t of this genius, soon disappeared as a second later...immense eruptions of essence burst forth.

THRUUUUM!

It felt like a resonance of mana as Noah brought the Ruination Core into another one of his 6 Universal Law Origins, the treasure settling in as if it arrived home!

Noah’s body felt like a battlefield of mana as he shone with a l.u.s.trous light, the red black essence of Ruination shooting forth from his domineeringly as for the first time since tens of thousands of years ago, two portions of the Cosmic Treasure Ruination were brought close!

Noah looked inside of his origin as he saw a distinct thin red line connecting the two Ruination Cores together, each of them pulsating with power as at this moment, Noah had obtained 2 Ruination Cores!

He didn’t have to do anything grand to get his second, merely talking with the Holy Emperor being enough as his exploits were big enough to back up his words in the mind of this powerful Ruler.

One didn’t have to always use brute force to get what they wanted!

Noah was looking at the second Ruination Core as at this moment, he knew he could choose a second Affix to keep active at all times, his power being boosted by another level as he could be even more monstrous during combat, and also enjoy even greater benefits while cultivating when he switched to the affixes that dealt with increased assimilation and comprehensions!

As light bounced on and off of the Ruination Cores, he was also getting new information about new Affixes becoming available!

In the case of Laws and Daos, a new possible Affix that stated [+2500% Increased Comprehension and Assimilation of All Laws] and one that stated [+2500% Increased Comprehension and Assimilation of All Daos].

His eyes shone at these new possibilities as it meant he could see the terrifying +10,000% very soon if he collected more Ruination Cores!

A variety of new Affixes were added as Noah had many new ideas while going through them!

The obtaining of a second core was truly a grand achievement as the light between the two Ruination Cores endlessly bounced back and forth with an ever increasing might.

The resonance of the Ruination Cores continued as at the same time as this occurred, a chain reaction was taking place on all the tools of Ruination across the Dark Universe.

Each of them vibrated intensely for a few minutes as many powers were alerted, those knowledgeable connecting some dots as terrifying conclusions began to be drawn!

Light years away from the Expansive Dragon Cl.u.s.ter and the Primal Winged Expanse, multiple Entities with unique physiologies stood around a vibrating Ruination Core with blank expressions.

These Entities were extremely unnerving to look at as all of them looked similar, yet they were completely different beings! An even more disastrous thing was the fact that from their bodies, one could sense the swirling essence of multiple Daos!

These were genuine powerhouses that would cause other Powers to tremble, being with immense powers! This was the Ancient Power in the North that was ruled by the Spirit Race!

"It seems the one who can utilize the Ruination Cores has really come to be, otherwise this would not be repeating twice in such a short time span."

"They seem to be able to very quickly find the locations of other Ruination Cores, so we will know who they are very soon as they will actually come to us..."

A shocking thought was released as these aged beings nodded towards each other! The swirling light of Lesser and Grand Daos around them only made them only more menacing as they continued to discuss.

In other areas, similar scenes were occurring as whether it was in an Ancient Power or from a lone Entity that held the Tools of Ruination...they all knew something grand was coming as yet another reaction came from the Tools of Ruination within a short period of time!

They knew that grand changes were coming, and each of them had to be prepared!
