Anastasia continued to float in the skies, her eyes releasing an unknown sense of pressure and regality as she continued.

"Across the Dark Universe, the Ancient Powers are formed based on what Dao Path a group follows. So you can come across Ancient groups that focus on the Dao of Slaughter, or the Dao of Destruction, or the Dao of Creation...There are as many as there are grains of sand!"

Noah felt his mind ringing as these words continued, a path he was only stumbling onto now opening itself up so widely that he wanted to scream out.

"There are even Daos that integrate the Universal Laws into them and grant a being mastery at extreme speeds, with the Dao of Four Elements being one of them. We could sit here and talk for days just listing the many Daos there are, but we will focus on the Dao of Summoning."

Anastasia’s voice only became more and more enticing as time passed, her voice continuing to explain s grand concept as Noah, Anna, and the Imperial Adjudicator listened closely.

"There are Lesser Daos, Grand Daos, and the most hidden, elusive, and majestic Cosmic Daos! The Dao of Summoning that we study...is merely a Lesser Dao. Yet it is this Dao that has granted the Expansive Dragon Cl.u.s.ter the capabilities to rule a region of the Dark Universe. You will come to find that even among the Ancient Powers out there, very few of them have even come close to touching Grand Daos, not to mention the elusive Cosmic Daos."

Anastasia waved her hands in front of her as a luminous obsidian crystal appeared, this crystal releasing a fearful pressure as the surroundings around them quacked at the mere introduction of it!

"To embark on the Dao of Summoning, all prospective talents in the Expansive Dragon Cl.u.s.ter are lent this Dao Crystal- an extremely rare material that is held by very few! This particular Dao Crystal has wisps of the Dao of Summoning, and you will have to grasp just a minuscule amount of understanding in this Dao before you can begin even activating the techniques of >."

She finished her words as the obsidian crystal known as a Dao Crystal floated down, its size being at 2 meters as it was around Noah’s height.

Anastasia then waved her hands again as three brilliant white lights shot from her and went towards the heads of Noah, Anna, and the Imperial Adjudicator!

"That is the technique to sense and gain understanding in the Dao of Summoning, something that the Forefathers of the Expansive Dragon Cl.u.s.ter have managed to create after eons of trials and errors. Learn it well and then try sensing the Lesser Dao within this Dao Crystal. If all goes well, you should be able to grasp something in a few days if you have a great talent, or a few months if you are merely talented!"

The rumbling essence around them quarter down as the three of them closed their eyes and focused on the technique imparted, Noah watching the words of an Absolute Skill freely popping up in his mind.

These words reminded him that the beings of the Expansive Dragon Cl.u.s.ter worked for eons to create a skill such as this, but he had to also remind himself that he...could also create skills!

His heart felt even more excitement as the thought took root in his mind, his eyes moving towards the Skill Points section of his stat panel as he could finally put the points he had been saving up to good use.

They had been raising by hundreds when he took down Fiends in the Devouring Hells Realm during the Blessed Imperial Selection, and they rose by thousands when he killed even more of them in the Stellar Sky Galaxy.

The QUASAR ranked Fiend Rulers alone granted him 10,000 skill points each as his total number came to....127,524!

Over a hundred thousand Skill Points!

The number only caused his eyes to shine with a maddened light as he pulled up the Skill Creation tab right away, beginning to input ideas of the skill he wanted as a calculation was soon made in a matter of seconds.

His mind went blank for a moment as the base skill he put in before he added any modification required simply ridiculous amounts of skill points, his face hardening as he went forward to edit the skill to acceptable levels!

He spent some time as he added more and more restrictions, watching as the 100 million required number of skill points went down to 50 million, then to 1 million, then to 150,000, until finally...it stopped at 120,000 skill points.

The new skill that he could create was displayed in front of him brilliantly!

He took out the possibility of comprehending any other Daos from the skill as it purely focused on the Dao of Summoning, and also took away the possibility of passively comprehending the Dao freely as time passed. He then added restrictions as an acceptable skill appeared, and he gave the command to create it!
