Waves of immense green light would wash over the expansive areas, as what followed thereafter was an abundant emergence of essence as the Atmospheric Essence, Universal Law Essence, Universal Laws Comprehension, and the Life Force for all creatures residing in the Novus Galaxy were all increased heavily .

In the Central Realm, the first Infernal Lord was overlooking the vast numbers of Infernals now freely moving around the Realm without any restriction, their essence of destruction having been reduced as they now tried to forge their own path .

Yet she felt the immense green wave wash over her as the surroundings erupted with essence of all different colors, feeling her Origin thrum with excitement as she felt abundant life force course through her!

Even though she was a vessel that the Novus Galaxy could use to more easily express her will, she still wasn’t aware that Noah had begun doing something crazy which would cause this- so she was just as surprised as every other being in the Novus Galaxy .

Her eyes shook as she looked towards the vast Central Realm and saw this pervading green light filled with the aura of life washing over everything, the already abundant essence in the Central Realm bursting out melodiously as it approached dangerous levels where the particles nearly became solidified to be visible to the naked eye!

In the Infinite Realm, Barbatos was looking at her army of Undead she was raising as she now saw their bodies thrumming with the essence of Life, their bones becoming tougher than the strongest metals as they glanced towards her with glee .

She felt the abundant life force erupt within her as well as she observed the changes in the surroundings, receiving messages from numerous other Harbingers of Sin that this was occurring nearly everywhere!

Barbatos and all the other beings under Noah felt this enormous change as their minds only had a single culprit that could cause all of this, but it still did not prevent them from being overly shocked as the phenomenon this time was simply too enormous and large scale .

+1000% Increased Atmospheric Essence, +500% Increased Universal Law Essence, +500% Increased Universal Laws Comprehension, and +100% Increased Life Force for all creatures residing in the Novus Galaxy!

Such were the crazy boosts being applied throughout the Novus Galaxy, and the being conducting this skill in question was undergoing enormous changes himself as around him, abundant lines of fate wanted to rush towards him even though he had already met the 10 million max capacity, so the even wilder Chaos particles rushed towards him in hundreds of thousand as what he was currently doing at this moment was too significant and affected too many things .

As Noah felt the Primeval Tree within his Nebula pulse with even more strength and grow ever larger while budding even more branches and leaves, he saw that his comprehension in the Law of Chaos was shooting up faster with every second as he shockingly saw it would soon reach 100% in just a matter of seconds...

He had nearly 7 million Chaos Particles just a few minutes ago, yet he was now already past 9 million as he neared the complete comprehension of 100% of a Supreme Law, gaining more than 3 million Chaos Particles in just a few seconds as the effects of the [Life Essence Endowment] continued to permeate throughout the Novus Galaxy!

It was a maddening sight that would make all geniuses go green with envy as this was not all, the even more shocking thing was his progression in the Ultimate Law of Life that was even harder than a Supreme Law to traverse .

Within his vibrant Nebula, the roots of the Primeval Tree were stably spreading throughout the forged stars, its branches growing in numbers and size as the trunk only became thicker, its leaves shining with all sorts of colors as it was absorbing the essence in the surrounding, the essence of laws, and even more of Noah’s own mana .

As it cycled all of this essence to provide the Life Essence required to carry out the [Life Essence Endowment] skill over the span of an entire Galaxy, the percentage of the Law of Life was showing a rapid increase in Noah’s stat panel as it had already risen to 25%!

One might not realize it after watching Noah’s feats so many times, but comprehending laws was actually very hard!

This singular skill meant that as he neared 100% comprehension in the Law of Chaos because of the vast amounts of chaos his action of Endowing an entire Galaxy would bring, his other Laws were shooting up at extreme speeds as well!

Nothing as fast as the Law of Chaos, but as the Primeval Tree within Noah’s Nebula pulsed and drank more essence, the Nebulae of the Laws of Fire and Water forged even more stars within them as the Origin cores of Light, Dark, Earth, and Air spun and grew ever larger .

Aether particles rampantly entered as the layers of Space and the fabric of Time shook . . . every single law he cultivated being enhanced rapidly on this day as the [Life Essence Endowment] skill completed its effect!

As the luminous green light covering an entire Galaxy died down, the man responsible was shining with resplendent arrays of light in the Chaotic Void as he somehow managed to come out with the biggest boon than everyone else . . .
