Chapter 411 - Movements
As a new Infernal Lord just chanced upon a terrifyingly rapid way to increase his strength, the powerful figures on opposing sides were moving with their own discussions and plans.
The Righteous Fire Exploration Team had returned to the watch tower where they stationed the Prime Warship, the tense air being sensed around the Tower as over the next few hours, they were briefed on future changes as the Celestials reacted to the knowledge that a new Infernal Lord had risen!
This event meant that in the near future, where it be months or years, a new war would be breaking out. The coming of the 9th Infernal Lord was just another one of the signs for this, with many more to follow.
For the Celestials, their allowance of the inhabitants of the Novus Galaxy into the Celestial Realm continued to provide them with multiplied benefits as those in high ranking positions were able to increase their progress in the Law of Fate, while also being able to bring in even more materials from the Behemoths that continued to be hunted by tens of thousands of teams currently.
With this project going smoothly, the next item on the list for the Celestials was the even more rapid rise in strength of their own forces, a few Grandmasters like Vredral putting forward the ideology that they needed to focus their treasures on a few specific individuals that would hold a tremendous amount of battle power, and not spread out all the resources to create average strength Celestials.
This brought forward the command for the seeds of Celestials like those with Noble Fates and those showing unique strengths to be put at the forefront of receiving materials and treasures, their rise in strength being favored more as they showed a different level of strength!

This made it so that a majority of the materials combining into the hands of the Celestials were directed to powerful Grandmasters and beings that held unique titles like those with Noble Fates, meaning Celestials like the War Princess Athena and Crixus the Destroyer would be freely receiving huge boosts very soon.
When the day ended, numerous new directives had been laid out as Celestials began to move with even more discipline and haste!
They were not the only ones though, as the Alliance of the Dark Expanse that was made up of organizations like the Scholar’s Guild and Ancient Clans of Vampyres and other powerful beings also continued to move forward with even more vigor.
Their spies that had made it into the Celestial Realm began moving even faster as a unique spatial connection was hiddenly established in this Central Realm at the center of the Novus Galaxy as they began reaping the rewards of the Celestial Realm in full swing.
The unique atmosphere gradually growing in the Sanctum, the central location that many being converged to sell and trade their treasures in the Celestial Realm, became even more active beginning this day as it was not just the powerful beings standing near the top that felt the gradual change in atmosphere, even the forces of numerous Prime Worlds knowing they were entering another stage.
Noah gradually absorbed all of these changes as his clone continued his stupendous Dual Cultivation of both Chaos and Fate simultaneously in the Second Infernal Realm, the watching 7th and 8th Infernal Lord glancing at this show of talent with ashen faces as it had been continuing for the past day.
His clone was currently increasing Chaos Particles, where golden Fate Lines continued to try descending down on his body and were gradually destroyed, the destruction of the Fate Lines granting Noah a never ending cycle of even more Chaos Particles.

He breathed out slowly as he glanced around the enormous Chaos Field surrounding his body, especially the thousands of Chaos Particles randomly moving around within it.
His surroundings were dark and cloudy as any nearby Infernals felt their bodies grow stronger as they were exposed to the unique environment for a few hours. His body was the one with the most changes as he glanced at his Stat Panel, the number making his ambitious thoughts grow ever stronger as they foretold countless possibilities.
[Noah Osmont][Title(s): Infernal Lord(Variant)]
[Bloodline(s): Vampyre Progenitor(Awakening)]
[Fate Line(s) : 26,653]
[Chaos Particle(s) : 45,635]
[Origin Core(s) : Fire-2]
[Vitality: SOUL]
[Focus: - ]
[Strength: SOUL]
[Law(s) : Water-11, Space-8%, Fate-.26%, Fire-11%, Chaos-.45%]
The number of Chaos Particles had risen from nothing until they broke through 45,000 in the single day that he began cultivating the {Disciple of Chaos}! The percentage under the Law of Chaos also rose to .45%! This was more than the entire progress he made over the past month as he amassed Fate Lines as Celestials normally would!
It was a shocking rate of progression, but it made him slightly less apprehensive as he thought about the strength of the beings he had to move with. The truly powerful Celestial Grandmasters in the Light Expanse, the Ancient forces moving in the Dark and Letalis Expanse, as well as the most fearsome creatures of them all...the Terrors.
With this new method of cultivating laws that was only made possible by the enormous reserves of mana, he felt a level of confidence when looking at this big picture!
SHAA!
He waved his hands as he stopped burning his mana towards {Fate’s Disciple} and {Disciple of Chaos}, the dark clouds that had been gathering for the past day beginning to slowly clear up as the aura of Chaos reduced.
Around his body, the Chaos Field rumbled as more than forty five thousand Chaos Particles chaotically moved within it. He moved his thoughts as these particles slowly settled, the Chaos Field around his body gradually becoming transparent as it disappeared, never to be seen by anyone else unless he wished it!
He breathed out as he rose, feeling the auras of the two Infernal Lords floating atop the skies of the Second Infernal Realm. He turned into red particles of light as he disappeared, reappearing in the skies in front of them as he knew he must have shocked them beyond comprehension.
Infernal Lord Azula looked towards him with shining eyes and a fervent expression, looking at his impassive face that seemed to say what he did wasn’t much. The 8th Infernal Lord, Rykker, glanced towards Noah with sharp eyes as he could not help but comment.
"What the hell are you, really?"

Rise of the First Necromancer
Asrael Nessarat awakes on a sandy dune with a mouthful of sand and nothing but tattered rags in his posession. As the High Magus of the school of Necromancy, he once aspired to prove to the Emperor that magic still held a place in their society. But that day came, passed and inevitably accelerated his kind's downfall. Now; they are hunted, strung up and burned on pyres throughout the Empire by the Emperor's holy Inquisition- an efficient and ruthless army hell-bent on bleeding every last droplet of magic from the lands. With nothing but a mouthful of sand and tattered rags; Asrael is determined to seek the one thing his cold, still heart desires. Vengeance. This story can, at times, get very dark. It is not recommended for the faint of heart. This is not a story of an overtly powerful wizard who can pulverize his enemies from across the world, nor is it in any way, shape or form a joyous tale. We follow Asrael as he and his companions explore and seek to change an unjust world, where kindness and acceptance are exceptions, rather than the rule. If you are looking for a story to inspire hope or joy, this is not it. If you wish to read about likeable, heroic people, turn around. If you wish to see good battle evil, where the cut in between is clear, then this is not for you.
