Chapter 314 - Schemes, Aspirations
Across the vast space, on the 7th Celestial Star, an emergency meeting was underway as powerful figures gathered around a golden hall overflowing with splendor. The figures were shockingly known as Celestial Grandmasters, beings of a ridiculous level of power that even a single one would hold a tremendous sway wherever they appeared.
They were seated on extravagant seats as they surrounded a slowly revolving illusory circle that seemed to portray a great deal of information only to them, their eyes occasionally shining with streaks of gold as they nodded their heads every now and then. After a while, one of the Celestial Grandmasters spoke, addressing everyone in the golden hall.
"As you all can see, even while moving to the greatest possible extent, the progression of events is still set, with the rise of this new Infernal Lord that will disrupt the balance we have worked hard to create on the horizon."
The words were calm and yet somber, many of the Celestial Grandmaster’s turning to observe him as one of them nodded and spoke.
"Even though you took care of the Aberration in the First Hell, the cowards moving behind the scene could have brought about a new Aberration in any of the other Hells, allowing for things to move in this direction. But...it matters not."
Words filled with confidence erupted in the hall as the many figures dressed in a variety of different colored robes nodded. This was because they knew their own power, and how they were able to obtain the position they held now. They had tremendous confidence that even with enemies moving behind the scene...they would not be able to do anything major to them, and they will all be crushed utterly and completely, just like what they had done in the past.
"But...we have become too entrenched in fate over this last millennium, making it extremely difficult for us to actively steer it lately."
A Grandmaster with an exemplary goatee spoke as he turned to look at the Grandmaster that Noah had come across not too long ago.

"What do you propose, Vredral?"
The gazes of the powerful figures in the golden hall turned towards the Grandmaster known as Vredral as he opened his mouth while in deep thought.
"Just as a new Infernal Lord shall rise, we must foster the rise of our own champion that is not yet too affected by fate to make sure our edge over this coming war remains."
OOONG!
The Illusory Golden Circle rotating slowly in the golden hall they were in trembled at these words, smiling looks appearing on the faces of the Grandmasters as the one with the exemplary goatee spoke once more.
"It seems like Fate is not too keen on that idea. So...we shall go through with it! How is the progress with our little War Princess going?"
A Disciple from the 7th Celestial Star was mentioned as Vredral replied.
"She is increasingly building up more Fate Lines, being able to withstand against an Aberration that was ready to break through into the peak of rank 4(Soul Forging Realm/Soul Rank) while she still holds Middle Rank 4(Void Realm) strength."
The Grandmasters were reminded of the shocking events that had taken place in the Realm of the First Hell recently, where a valiant Athena had stood against a being that was building up power that went past the Void Realm, but she withstood it and with the help of Incarnations and one well timed strike by a being that would soon join them as a disciple, and the Aberration was taken down!
"Good, but it is not fast enough. We must accelerate her progression and allow her to take in even more Fate Lines rapidly, she will be one of our weapons for the coming war."
"Yes. There are a few other Disciples across the other Celestial Stars who come close to her talent, but she is leading the pack for now."
Nods of agreement spread out as Vredral spoke once more.
"We can prepare to open up the Celestial Realm once more for this generation of disciples. Athena should be able to advance speedily with the treasures contained within."

"Right. It will take some time to get everything ready, but it shouldn’t be a problem. Vredral, we will leave her guidance to you for now. Keep us updated on her progress."
The Celestial Grandmaster, Vredral, nodded once more as the golden hall soon erupted into other discussions about a multitude of issues at hand!
Some dealt with intricate problems in the Light Expanse where they held control of, other issues were dealing with the Dark Expanse that they continued to struggle with to this day. It soon became a cacophony of strong auras as the discussions continued, the tide of fate still flowing as the rotating golden circle in the room continued to move steadily.
---
In the First Realm of Hell, the overpopulating Infernals continued to be reduced at an unbelievable rate as numerous powerful figures paved their way across the First Hell. At the forefront was a terrible Lich Emperor who released deathly energies and commanded an Undead Legion with numerous High Tiered Undead that razed any enemies they found to exhaustion.
The numerous powerful undead were protecting an assortment of humans, demons, and beasts as they went on to rapidly increase their power over the last few days.
Noah had left the Spiritual Land floating in the skies of this Infernal Realm, Kazuhiko and company being able to return into this resplendent floating landmass that was overflowing with essence to recuperate from the constant rushing droves of Infernals, while also enjoying colorful Medicinal Herbs and Fruits sprawled out all over the Spiritual Land.
At the central area of this huge paradisiacal landmass, enormous intricately built houses and skyscr.a.p.ers were abundant, taking the styles of Noah’s Homeworld, Beast World, and even the futuristic wonders of the Lost World that brought back some melancholic memories from the Calamities of the Sea.
But it was in this area where an abundant amount of Medicinal Fruits, Herbs, and Cores were contained as it acted as the base for these rapidly rising beings. Some spent too much time in the billowing hot springs and beds that seemed to be entirely made of soft feathers, but they all continued a cycle of training and resting as they continued non stop over the past few days.
Floating above the Spiritual Land at this moment was a particularly arrogant Emperor Penguin that moved its flippers towards the sleek black feathers above its head, its gaze watching the numerous Undead that continued to move day and night in this Infernal Realm.
The penguin was watching his own stat panel that showed how many Skill Points it had left after distributing many of them in a skill tree that heavily boosted his spatial abilities as he wondered just how many Skill Points his master was racking up with these Undead that were killing on his behalf.
He was looking at the efficacy of his Master as he was freely moving around doing dangerous things in a location far away from here, while still continuing to grow his power at an insane pace even faster than all of them.
He wanted to grow and increase his strength even faster! Even though he knew he would never be able to match his Master, he was still the first beast born in the Spiritual Land, still the one leading at the forefront!
RUMBLE!
A milky white aura covered his body as a golden light went on to cover it, the [Pride Embodiment] that went on to allow him to show great strength against the Infernals and push his power even higher being activated yet again as the penguin that had just entered the Saint Rank shot out like a missile from the Spiritual Land and went to join the Legion of Undead to take down even more Infernals.
Feelings of obtaining strength at a rapid speed were not only unique to this arrogant penguin as many of the Harbingers continued to struggle behind the scenes to at least keep up with the ever-expanding strength of a single person they looked up to!

This is my first work and I will hopefully stay around for a while. I will try to finish or at least expand on this piece of work for quite some time, expect a few hiatuses in between though, still have a bit of schooling to do. Expected release dates will probably be once a week(not sure yet) after I stabilized the novel a bit as I'm still debating on how I should handle this. I prefer fleshed-out works compared to quick releases, but it also depends on how I'm feeling. I don't have a lot of confidence in my writing skills and I believe that my writing style is a bit weird, but I do want to try my best to tell a story that's worth telling. I will gladly accept criticism but please try to pull the punches back a bit! I'm still only human after all. Very excited to work on this, please take good care of me as I proceed on this journey with all of you! P.S. If you're going into my series, expect to see cliches sprinkled here and there. I personally love cliches and a few tropes! But, that goes without saying, I want to put my own spin on them. Be ready to feel the edge!!! Heh.
