The Vampire's Love: You Are My Destiny Chapter 141

When Laura opened her eyes again, Luke was still ogling at her nakedness. Staring at her beautiful face with a mixture of lust, love, and longing in his eyes.
She glared at him in anger. She started hating him for doing this to her! Is this his kind of revenge? Subject her to humiliation?
She can never forgive him!
Their eyes locked for a moment.
Her gaze was filled with contempt.
But his eyes only have love and adoration for her.
"You're so lovely my dear, I'll never get tired looking at your bewitching nakedness," Luke murmured. "Bear your condition for a while. After we arrived at our destination you will finally be able to rest well," he said.
Luke unfasten the black cape from his back and draped it on the coffin.
Inside the coffin, all Laura can see is total darkness. She saw Luke's mouth moving, saying something but she can't figure out what he's saying, she can't hear a damn thing inside the glass coffin!
Good thing the coffin has holes everywhere or else she will suffocate inside.
She's furious, Luke has gone too far abducting and bringing her somewhere without her husband's permission! But it's all due to Luke's anger that she married his brother instead of waiting for him. Some part of her can understand his anger. Maybe, punishing her like this is the only way to appease his anger.
Hopefully, he will pity her one day and returned her to Graven's side.
Now that she was captured against her will, she needs to cultivate Luke's mercy and forgiveness so that she can go back to her husband's side as soon as possible.
She hoped that Luke isn't taking her to a faraway place, if in case he can't forgive her and grant her freedom, she will find a way to escape and returned to Graven's side.
She was wondering where Luke is taking her?
Then her mind wandered to her husband.
She's thinking of Graven, wondering if they already arrived at the Wimborne Village to locate the castle which is the home of the vampire couple.
That was twenty years ago, many things have happened already.
"Dear God, please keep Rebecca safe from harm!" she prayed fervently. She hoped that her husband is successful in finding Rebecca in the castle and bring her back to safety.
Then her husband's image comes into her mind.
She's truly upset with her husband! If only he didn't abandon here in Bay Meadow, this thing won't happen at all! Luke won't be able to abduct her. Graven was stupid in believing that his brother will leave her alone and won't come after her. He is wrong!

It turns out that Luke was just waiting for the golden opportunity to strike when she's alone!
And now she will become Luke's prisoner! About to be taken to a faraway place and she might never be able to return to her husband's side. She's sure that Luke is determined to hide any traces of her whereabouts.
This is now the time of reckoning! And Luke will have to satisfy his revenge and punish her severely... she wonders if she will remain the same after Luke is done with his revenge.
She's getting terrified of what he's planning to do to her!
Tears filled her eyes, she's dreading what's going to happen to her after they reached their destination.
She is powerless, just a mere human being, while Luke is a vampire and a demon, a powerful being!
Her future looks so dark right now!
She's terrified, sad, alone, angry, and upset. Not a pleasant cocktail of emotions to deal with.
Suddenly, she feels so weak and sleepy, her eyelids dropping fast.
A few minutes later, Laura was already snoring softly.
Five hours later.
The carriage finally stopped moving.
Laura has awakened again.
She heard the door of the carriage opening and the coffin was being lifted and carried somewhere. She can't see anything because Luke's cloak was still covering the whole coffin.
She has a sinking feeling in the pit of her stomach that they already arrived at their destination.
Where is this place? She's longing to see what the place looks like! She can't wait for the cloak to be taken away from the glass coffin so that she can see the world outside.
After a while, the coffin stopped moving and she heard a door opening and closing, she presumed she was taken to a room.
A few agonizing moments of waiting finally ended.
The black cloak was taken away from the coffin and she was able to see the place she was brought in. She roamed her eyes around the surrounding, it looks like a room.
Then Luke's face peered at her.
He opened the cover of the coffin and stared at her for a few seconds. He wore a bright smile on his face. "Welcome home, my love! From now on this is going to be your home, we will never be separated again for life!" he enthused.
He slowly lifted her immobile body from the coffin and placed her gently into the bed.
After he settled her comfortably in the bed and covered her nakedness with the blanket, he walked to the closet and opened it. "Look, my love! This room is equipped with beautiful dresses for you to wear, and you have a beautiful dresser too! There are also shoes and bags in this closet! I can provide you everything you need just to make you happy!" he said, feeling proud of himself.

Laura's face showed no reaction.
"From now on, we will be together and we will create a lovely family, just you and me. Forget my brother, you will never see him again!" he spoke in a firm voice.
Laura's eyes swarmed with tears. It's clear now, Luke has no plans in returning her to her husband. He's determined to own her body and soul!
Luke saw her tears-filled eyes. "Why are you crying? We used to love each other from the very start, I even have the same look as my brother. It won't be hard for you to fall in love with me again because I and my brother have the same image and body built. Trust me, sooner or later you will forget my brother. I will make sure you will forget him," he said confidently.
There was a knock on the door.
Luke looked at the door. "Come in!" he said.
The door opened and two female servants carrying trays filled with food entered the room.
"Place them in the table," Luke ordered pointing at the table in the corner.
"Yes, My Lord!" the servants replied in unison.
After the maids finished arranging the appetizing food on the table they exited the room.
Laura's stomach was already rumbling, she's getting hungry all of a sudden. She glanced at the table and the delicious aroma of the food penetrated her nostrils.
Luke smirked, following where Laura's eyes have landed. "Hungry?" he asked.
He went to the closet, picked up a white dress and several undies, and placed them on the bed.
"Wear the dress and we shall start eating!" he ordered.
He waved his hand all over her naked body, unfreezing her with his power.
A few minutes later, Laura was able to move her body back, she immediately donned the clothes. When she was already fully covered, she left the bed and went to the table, she picked up the utensils and began putting food on the plate, and started eating with gusto - completely ignoring Luke's presence in the room.
Luke went to the table and sat beside her, he eats his food in silence, occasionally glancing at her pretty face. He knows that she's angry and upset about what he had done to her. He will respect her silence and bad mood for now. He will try to be tolerant with her, he just hopes she won't cross his bottom line.
He will try his best to gain her trust and love again, it might take a few years to get what he wants from her but as long he won't stop trying he will eventually win her heart someday. He can always force himself on her but that's not the way to win her heart. Patience is the key to her heart, not force.
One hour later.
They have finished eating.
Laura left the table and went to the closet, she grabbed a towel, some clothes, and undies and entered the bathroom.
Luke released a deep sigh. He opened the door and signaled the servants waiting nearby to take away the dirty dishes.
He looked at the closed door of the bathroom one more time and left the room, locking it outside, to make sure Laura won't be able to leave the room without his permission.
Back inside the room.
Laura lathered her body with the soap trying to erase the imprint of Luke's fingers on her body when he lifted her from the coffin and transferred her to the bed.
She's been planning to escape if the opportunity presented itself.
Trying to go ballistic against Luke will only ignite his fuse.
Ignoring him is much better, it will give him the impression that she doesn't like what he's doing to her. She's his prisoner and he can do anything to her without needing her consent.
Offending him, making him mad will only make her condition worst. She needs to be in one piece, in good health, and in the right frame of mind the moment she will escape the place.
For now, she needs to observe the house and the surrounding area and get herself familiarize with the whole place so that she can escape without any glitch.
Once she escaped the place she will try her best not to be captured by Luke again!
