Monster Integration Chapter 1819

"How is the curse? It seemed to have gotten stronger than last time?" I asked my mother, surprising her greatly.
"It had got stronger and spread further in me, but it is still controlled. It will take some time before it could overpower my defenses and consume me." Mom stated the grim reality with a soft smile on her face, as it had no relation with her.
I am quite surprised to get a straight answer from her; usually, whenever I had asked her about it, she would just give me a vague answer.
While my mother did not seem to be worried about it, my father is quite worried about her. "Don't worry about it father, as soon as I reached the Tyrant Stage, that Curse would not be a problem," I said, and this time, its their chance to get surprised.
"You have a way to remove the 'Curse' of your mother?" My father asked. Excitement and hope could be seen on his face when he said it.
It is understandable he had such emotions; the curse on my mother is not normal; normal curses could not produce a sentient one as it did in me. The curse my mother had is an origin curse; the cursemaster had created that curse using part of its own life.
It is the why, even with the strength of Supreme, they could not remove the curse of her. Even the most powerful healing in the world is helpless against such a curse, but I have full confidence that I would be able to deal with it once I reach the Tyrant stage.
Others may have the healing arts better than mine, but they did not have Rule Bending power like mine and the 'Curse' constitution, which I had got from the curse itself. I am 100% sure I will be able to remove my mother's curse and mine after I reach the Tyrant stage.

"The curse will not be a problem after I reached the Tyrant Stage," I said to my parents.
"Reaching Tyrant Stage is not easy as you might think, especially for you," Mom said, "I know, but I am confident that I will be able to get there," I replied with confidence. The recent trip to the library had boosted my confidence immensely.
"How far are you in your Inheritance?" Mother asked. "I am making steady progress," I said, which brought a smile to her face.
"I wish I could help you with this." "If our family at its peak, we would have been able to bend some rules to give you access to the Grand Archives of Mistson, but with the family's current stage, there is no chance." Mother said with a sigh.
How great they have fallen.
Once the Michealsons used to rule mistson, they great say in anything but in the last great war. Every one of their powerhouses died, now they have one Leader Class Tyrant and a couple of Elites, and in the supreme, it does not give much power.
They had a chance to gain that a few decades ago, but they have spoilt it with their own hands. Now, they again have got the chance, Joana, who had awakened the Grand Art Empire of Mis, just like my mother. In such a dangerous environment, I don't know whether she will have a chance to bloom or not.
I don't much care about Michealson's conditions; as long as I got enough strength, I will be bringing my family out of the Mistson.
"Don't worry, mom, I have got all the knowledge I needed to create my Tyrant upgrade; all I needed is just time," I said with a smile.

"Well, it looks like Lord Jackson's trip to the Academy not going to be fruitful," Mother said with a joke. I already had guessed his purpose for coming here, and mothers words confirmed it.
"You seemed to know him quite well?" I asked back. Usually, the mother had mild hatred to hard hatred toward nearly all the members of Mistson, including her own family. There are very few people that she does not hate, like Joana and her brother.
"Yes, when I leveled up to the Tyrant, my first missions were with him; he could be said to be my mentor." Mother said. Hearing that, I couldn't help but sigh; my mom had to get to do the missions with a Leader class Tyrant when she became a Tyrant.
From what I was able to find out about her past, she had directly become an Elite Tyrant when she broke into the Tyrant stage, and due to her art, The Empire of Mist, she had the ability to run away from Leader class Tyrant.
"I am hungry!" Rose said suddenly, stopping our conversation. Hearing that, I looked at my watch, only to see its 9 pm; no wonder she is feeling hungry, it is her dinner time.
"Don't worry, little rose brother will cook a tasty dinner for you," I said before turned to my parents. "Do you guys have any preference?" I asked my parents. "Anything is fine," My father said. I nodded and walked into the kitchen.
I washed my hands and thought about what dishes I am going to cook for a while, and when I decided on that, I begin to take out the stuff from the storage.
I want to cook something good, and thankfully, I am hundreds of good recipes, including the ones of soul food. I am going to cook the soul food recipes I had learned in the past month; they are very good. Some of them are best for my sister; even though they are made of high-quality materials, they came to be eaten by anyone.
I started to cook and even using my vines for cooking more dishes. My control now has improved enough that I could now use two vines for cooking the soul food.
It had taken me nearly a year and a lot of effort to gain such control, but it is worth it. Not only is it helpful in cooking but also killing enemies; it is due to such control that I am able to bind my opponent in my vines without them knowing.

It Started with Slime
Before we jump in, let me say that the MC starts stupid, so the language and writing style is straightforward to reflect this. The writing improves with the MC and as the chapters progress (I hope). It is also a gradual growth story, so no zero to hero in ten seconds... with that out of the way: An alchemical experiment has gone wrong and results in a Slime Monster. It doesn't have a name at first and is something that it will need to work out! This story follows a Slime that starts as a Micro Slime with some level of consciousness, and there is more to it than meets the eye. Survival is the name of the game. To improve, it works hard to grow, evolve and become more powerful to survive its harsh new reality. There is a lot more going, and only time will tell if this Slime (all its various versions) can become strong enough to make it through the strife to the other side. It's a harsh world, after all. It Started with Slime is a story with a Monster Protagonist Evolution story. There will be no profanity and no sexual content, and there will be some violence and fighting descriptions. I am a native English speaker, and so the English here should be to a good standard. That said, even though editing, there may be some corrections and typos, so if you see some, let me know! If it bothers you a lot, I am working to make sure all chapters have no typos, but of course, some might slip through. I will endeavour to correct any picked up, though! Also, I started this a few months ago and so any feedback is always appreciated, also reviews and ratings! If you like or don't like the story, let me know in the detailed reviews! That always helps me see what is good and what needs improving. Working on releasing chapters twice a week, I will try to increase that as time goes, but at the moment, that is what I can release. Patreon has more. If the story gets more popular, then I will increase the releases. I am aiming ultimately for a chapter a day if I can get to that. Chapters are roughly 1500 words, with Interludes every five chapters being more or less than that! Enjoy! Edit: Book 1 finished on Patreon, and the format for Book 2 is slightly different with Interludes every three chapters, and the release schedule will be three chapters a week. Mobius
Far in the future, humans have thoroughly colonized space through the use of floating colonies and artificially replicating the Earth whenever possible. Most of these endeavors have gone well, with humanity spreading across the universe like the seeds of plants floating in the wind. Yet still there lurks the great mistake, the endless station of Mobius, a megastructure which hasn't ceased its building in over a century. Dante, a man living in this megastructure, is tasked with the recording of stories told by criminals, particularly those who travel between strata. One day, a prisoner is captured claiming to be Captain Pluto, an infamous criminal thought to be fictitious by most scholars. Even more curious, he claims to hail all the way from Stratum 56, a location so far away from Dante's Stratum 999 that it would take lifetimes to traverse such a distance. Dante must discern whether or not the story is false or true, and the longer he lets Captain Pluto speak, the more difficult his task becomes. *****Average chapter length will be 10k words give or take. This isn't a very serious story for me. I'm writing this to blow off steam. Updates will happen infrequently because of this, and it will most likely be unpolished unless I begin to take it more seriously.
