Monster Integration Chapter 1744

Lord Mycroft pushed open the huge gates of the tower, which is made of blood-red crystals as the tower and also had dense runes carved on them.
I stopped for a moment as I entered the tower; the vital energy radiating from the blood-red crystals came at me, opened all the pores in my body, and made me feel like I am in some exceptional spa.
I would have like benefit from this feeling in peace, but Lord Mycroft did not stop for even a moment, and I had followed him to the stairs.
We climbed stare after stare without stopping at any floor. I thought we would stop on the first floor or the second floor and I will finally know why I have been brought here without my choice, but no, we kept climbing the stairs till we finally reached the top floor.
Click!
Lord Mycroft opened the door to the top floor, and we entered inside, which looked huge round hall. There are a couple of people here, all with powerful aura, but one attracted the most attention; seeing him, my eyes couldn't help but widen up in shock.
"Patriarch," "Grand Lord!"
Four of us greeted the old man in front of him respectfully; Professor and I even bowed a little; it is due to our respect for him.
"Is he the one? He looked quite different than I saw him last time," The old man said as he looked at me. His gaze is simple, without any hint of the soul sense, but he still couldn't help but shudder to see those grey eyes.
This old man, who looked to be in his mid-sixties, is actually over four hundred years old and is one of the strongest people in the whole world. He is Patriarch Brandford, the most powerful man in the Blood Sun.

"Micheal, take off the mask," Professor said; I am a little surprised hearing it, but I nodded and tapped on my forehead. As I did, my bones begin to move, and my skin begins to change color.
A minute later, I changed back to my original appearance and took the mask from my face to reveal my original appearance.
"It is quite an artifact your academy has," Patriarch Bradford commented as he looked at the ceramic mask in my hand.
"Professor, why I had brought here?" I finally asked; my question is a little rude in front of such a person, but I had enough with the silence. I had plans, but they disrupted them all, and they had brought me here without giving me the notice.
"I had called you here," A familiar voice said, "Teacher!" I exclaimed, hearing the voice, and saw my teacher walking out of the green energy circle, which is in the center of the hall.
"What are you doing here, teacher?" I asked and looked at her; she is quite a mess. Her face is tired, her eyes are red, it looks like she hadn't slept for weeks and is in very stressful condition.
"It will be better to show you than tell you, come?" she said with a sigh and asked me to follow her, and I did, and soon we entered the energy screen and when I saw the scene inside, a shock couldn't but spread through my body.
"Sophia, Raina, what happened to them?" I asked a little too loudly.
In front of me, two beds made of Blood Red Crystal, on it Sophia and Raina are lying in a state, I had never seen anyone before.
90% of their bodies have been turned into the rock; from the neck down, everything had turned into the stone, even some part of the neck had turned into the stone.

I walked toward Raina first; she is lying on the bed with her eyes close with an energy layer covering her whole. I could see her condition; clearly, the neck below part had turned into icy white stone, which is releasing a very dense white mist.
This white mist is immediately being absorbed by the formation carved in the blood-red bed they are lying on.
I first thought they have been poisoned; such type of petrification occurred when one inflicted with it powerful Elemental Type specially crafted poison, but when I looked carefully and sensed the residual aura, I know it is no poison.
"Unstable Elimentalization, their bodies are being elementalised," I said slowly with deep shock in my voice as I realized how bad the condition of the twins is; they are at death's door, such condition is nearly impossible to heal.
"Boy, how you know about Elimentalization?" Someone asked behind me; only then I moved my focus from Raina and looked around, only to see there are five people in the room aside from the teacher and patriarch Bradford, and looking at their aura, all of them are powerful Tyrants and healers.
"I had about it somewhere," I answered vaguely as I do not want to name my source, which is Lord Al.
Lord Al had brough the topic of elementalization in one of our conversations and explained it in detail when I asked him about it as I had no idea what it is at that time.
"Twins Apex+ constitution advanced to the Elemental Bodies, but it became unstable for a reason," I mumbled as I turned toward Sophia, who is in the same condition as Raina.
"When has the transformation begin?" I asked the lady in her early sixties, who is the one who asked me a question earlier.
She had an extremely powerful aura, the same level as Lord Mycroft, and like him, she is also seemed to be an old monster, but unlike him, she is a healer.
"It started about three months ago," She answered as she looked at me carefully. "Their condition is extremely severe; from the looks of it, they don't have more than two weeks," I said, hearing that old lady's eyes flashed scarily.
"Do you think we don't know that?" "We have called all the best healers and sages of the world to treat them; even High Healer Carmichial had come, but he also failed to find a way to stop this unstable elimentalization," she snapped at me, releasing her powerful aura that froze me on my spot for a moment.

For I was born in coldness and in warmth, born to a family from the North, I was born into a family just as they appear, then I became the one to fear, I was born in a place that was torn, born into a family filled with scorn, I was born to a family forever gone, born to be nothing more than a pawn, I was born to be sold, born so my family could get more gold, I was born to a world that has no strife, yet born to never have a life. So how do I tell you of the things that I know? How do I make you see? That you and I are not so different from each other, The only difference is that you are you and I am… Hi everyone, this is my first time writing a novel, so let me know what you think. Almost a Good Person
A memory, a memory of a boy who wanted more than pain, of a girl who wanted more than death, and an Isle that should not exist. The Isle of Red is a small, unassuming, quiet place. It is just large enough for a college, a small town, and maybe even a few more unusual sorts of places. Of course, the townsfolk practically know each other as family. Flush-faced regulars can be found toasting just about anything in the Briar's Brew, then, a few streets away, the same haggle of older women stationed themselves on their perch as they did every day from one of the few balconies in Central Square. They fuss away now, spouting the usual gossip as they watch us all from on high. Then there is the College here on the Isle of Red. My college. It has been often described as an unusual place by a good deal of people on the mainland. If they only would visit -why I am sure they'll soon have a change of heart, they may even come to find it a quaint sort of place, odd but in the same way a tattered old quilt can be both odd looking and warm, and especially soft. We teach mostly the same sort of disciplines here, with fantastic and absolutely normal professors.I must conclude that I am quite smitten with myself. The stage is set with a level of perfection that would have astonished me in my youth. They are coming. Derek will follow her. He knows the weight of reality too intimately, but she will be his true north if only for a short time. A beacon in the storm to show him the stunning pastels and brightness the sun may yet refract through his thinner, sharper pieces. Theoline will lead as she always has- well not always, not yet. She holds onto questions feverishly tight, that one. Lights them up inside like a new type of fuel without the slightest worry of being burned. She knows... There is but a certain few who can look at a map and find nothing where I stand but the Atlantic Ocean. And still, there is earth beneath me, a noisy pub down the road from me, and several people clucking conspiratorially on a balcony above me. She knows... that the Isle of Red doesn't belong here. Neither, technically, do I. (Hello!
