Chapter 1226 - Crown Tree I

"WOW!"

I came out of my mouth as I looked at the humongous tree in front of me. It is extremely tall, so tall that some of its branches came out of the cloud and truck that is wide enough, I could not properly measure it by looking.

The roots of it stretched for miles; they looked like they have had of crystals as they released the vibrant light.

As we reached near it, we felt like we are bathing in waterlike thick Vital energy; if not for there is just as thick cosmic energy, we would have been opening all the ways of our body to suck this vital energy.

The Crown Tree looked majestic, and also, what makes it even more amazing and filled with life are monsters; there are too many on the tree, one spot anywhere as they laze, hunt, and move around.

Their presence on the tree makes it look even more alive, but these cute looking monsters are extremely dangerous. Far more dangerous than the monster we had faced in the crown forest.

They were born in this tree and breathed this thick cosmic energy and vitality since the first day. So, one can imagine how powerful they are, and we will have to deal with them if we want to get what I want.

This close to the Crown Tree, my friends have finally started to feel the strain of thick Cosmic Cosmic energy; their methods have started to work quite faster.

I took closed all the hole in Armor a few hours again; first, I only kept three holes open, but when the started to affect me due to the thickening of the energy, I closed one before closing another one and finally closing the last one, the cosmic energy has become so thick that my Armor could not be able to handle it.

"We should find a safe spot to spend the night," Jim said. After that, we began to search for the spot and found it soon enough. It is a tree, a very thick tree. Jim placed a driller artifact on a tree trunk, and within minutes, we got enough space to house a small abode.

The abode's size is very small that we have to crawl to enter the big hall. Once in the abode, we did what we usually do.

"Read all the intel your organization has provided carefully today; we will discuss the strategy of Crown Tree Tomorrow," Jim said as we finished dinner.

Like every day, we did not chat for an hour or two; after a brief conversation, we have retired to our room.

"Have to bring it?" I asked Ashlyn in the practice room, and the next moment, a palm-size red fruit that looked like a combination of cherry and apple and five hand size leaves appear before me.

"Good Girl," I said as I petted her; the fruits and leaves are from the Crown Tree; I had asked Ashlyn to get it from me. It isn't easy to get these things, but Ashlyn did it.

The fruit and leaves are not from the optimum place of Crown Tree, but they are more than enough for today's use. Whether it is root, bark, leaves, or fruit, every material of Crown Tree is top grade material.

I filled the tub with Cosmic Energy and Vitality Rich Water; the cosmic energy inside is slightly potent than yesterday, but I am sure I can bear it.

Crush Crush…

After adding the water to the tub, I did not enter inside it directly; I picked up fruit and crushed it into the paste. I wanted to eat the fruit but refining the body is more important.

After crushing the fruit into the water, I crushed the leaves into a paste. These things grew in thick cosmic energy, and I needed to put quite a lot of energy to turned into the paste.

"Ehhh..."

After everything is done, I floated above the tub before sliding down inside, and just as I did, cosmic energy and vitality started to drill inside me, giving me pain beyond belief.

This time, there is no melting of flesh; the fruit and leaves did not let that happen, instead of the comic energy drill inside me and hammer every cell of mine.

The melting of flesh used to waste quite a lot of energy and much of the already refined flesh and the fruit and leaves. It reinforces the flesh without destrying; it is like hammering the piece of Iron.

The pain is immense, but I bore it as more and more Cosmic Energy and Vitality drilled inside me with the energies of fruit and leaves of Crown Tree.

Time passed, and soon more than one hour passed when water's effects started slowed till they stopped fifteen minutes later. Seeing that, I got out of the water and walked into the shower to clean myself.

Usually, I don't clean myself after refining as it is just water, but today, some other stuff is mixed, making me feel icky. So, I first showered before I let my tired body fall into the bed.

"We have finally reached the Crown Tree, and now it is time to get what we want from it," Jim said as we sat for the meeting the next morning.

"I am sure there are two things we all want, first is the root from the Central Roots of Crown Tree, and second is its fruits," Jim added.

I have come for the root juice; it is the best material for everything. From refinement to strengthening to cooking, it could be helpful in all. It contains a fraction of Primal Energy, which makes it useful for everything.

It is so useful that I could directly strengthen my Inheritance, throught it without making it go through Alchemist's processing. I was even drinking a few drops of it could same someone from near death.

The main reason I want it is for my research; I am sure it will give me enough data to make better improvements in my Inheritance.
