Chapter 1125 - Leaving

"It's been a while since I've been beaten this badly by someone of the same level," I said with a smile as I got up. I've used everything in the battle except for my sword but still lost badly.

I am quite injured, though my body is healing at the visible pace and the healing Rule also circulating at full speed, it will still take a minute or two to completely heal the injuries.

"Why did you not use your Armor? If you had used your Armor, you would have lasted a minute more?" she asked, hearing that I couldn't help but smile mirthlessly.

"The Refinement Engine I use is a little different; I can't use it unless I have Inheritance energy, so I don't have any mana to use my old armor," I said.

For the same reason, I did not take out my Totem Artifact, as for how I am using artifacts like void boots. The Lord Level body had some natural refinement ability; it refines enough mana that I could use the normal artifact for a few hours.

"The fight was no fun; looks like I will have to find someone to polish my fighting skills before I head to the battlefield." she said, "You are leaving?" I asked in surprise.

Unlike the Grimm Monsters in the Minor Continent, the Grimm Monsters of the Central Continent are very dangerous, and most that came to the battlefield are Duke Stage Grimm Monsters, one stage above.

Most Lord waits till they reach Peak Stage or some wait till they become Lord before heading to the battlefield. However, not all lords do that; some powerful like Elina head to the battlefield as soon as they become lord.

I was also planning on doing the same before I chose the Inheritance, but now, with this inheritance, if I go now, I will be serving myself to Grimm Monsters on a silver platter. So, unless I had created the inheritance, I will not be stepping out of the Academy.

Even if I want to, the teacher will not let me do that, seeing her obsession with the two elements of my Constitution, she will not let me leave the Academy till I am assured that I could protect myself.

"Yes, I am leaving in a week," she said as she walked toward the Elevator; I followed her behind.

"Stay for dinner?" I asked when we reached the hall, "No, not today, father is leaving tomorrow, so we are having a family dinner today." she said.

She had stayed for fifteen minutes before she flew away before promising to come for dinner tomorrow.

"Bloodline," I muttered as I watched her leaving the silhouette. Elina had got a powerful Bloodline somehow.

While fighting her, I was able to identify the aura; it is quite surprising she got the bloodline. The Bloodline Miracle fruits are extremely rare; she is very lucky to get one.

She is my 2nd friend who has got the Bloodline artificial way and 3rd who had the bloodline. Rhea also got the Bloodline through the Miracle fruit, though she did not tell me, I was able to know it when she released her bloodline in the arena.

As Ellen's Bloodline, it was a natural Bloodline which she had started awakening when she was Knight.

After she left, I showered and started to make dinner. Ashlyn had caught the two Emeral Fishes today, so we will have emerald fished as a side dish. Despite eating the Emerald Fish every day, we have not got bored by it; the fish had a distinct taste that one could never get bored eating.

It took me two hours to cook dinner and to eat it; after that, I am free again. Seeing that, I decided to call my parents. I don't know what Mistson wants them to get them central, but they seemed fine when I talked to them twice a week.

I wish my parents could live closer to me in Riverfield City, but my mother said they would have to stay for a few years, which I don't like, but what choice I have.

Still, I had talked to the teacher about it, and she had told me that Mistson would not do anything to my parents. They are just keeping them close to warning others that a shameful incident like twenty-five years does not happen again.

Soon, my parents picked up the call, and I talked with them for half an hour before hanging up. They seemed fine except for my sister, who is still missing home, but she will be fine as she gets used to the Central Continent.

After I finished with the call, I had to spend another hour at the porch watching the moonlit lake before going inside my room and sleeping. I am sleeping early today to prepare for tomorrow; from tomorrow, I will not rest like this till I create the template for my inheritance.

It might take months, even a year, but I will continue without rest until I create the template finally.
