Chapter 1037 - Supremes Gather I

Soon I reached the floating platform that is assigned to us; it is five meters in diameters and has three beautiful lounge chairs on it on which Elina and the professor are already sitting.

"They have made great arrangements." I praised as I took a seat at the left of the professor, which was a little behind her chair, just like that of Elina, who is on the right side.

"They are fine," Professor said blandly, not sounding much impressed. Well, to her, it may not be but to me, it's a hell of a great thing especially when it presents here as I've come across such things in the Ruins.

These circular platforms we are on are paper-thin and but they are easily able to hold the weight of all us without much shaking and on top of that, I did not see any rune on it, so either these things are purely made of the technology or the formation carved on it is hidden.

The three of us did not talk much. Each of us is busy with their own thoughts. I don't know what the professor is thinking, but I could very well tell what Elina is; she is waiting for her boyfriend, it is clearly seen from her as she is looking at a transparent forcefield with lodging filled eyes.

The egg forcefield, which is blue on the outside, is completely transparent from the inside. If one does not know it is there, they will never think there is anything present there.

"Be patient, my dear near; your little boyfriend will come soon." Professor Josephine couldn't help but tease her niece, and unlike last time, this time, Elina did not say anything other than glaring at her aunt.

More and more people came till all the platforms of King Grade and Emperor Grade organization filled; all the people who had come all of them nodded to the professor respectfully before taking their places.

Soon two people came through the forcefield. One is a man in his later fifteen whole other is a young man who looked two or three years older than me, both of them all octagonal badges to their chest, which depicted a golden raven falling down from the sky as the arrow pierces its chest.

"Madam Josephine, I did not think you would be here." The old man said a neutral tone but seeing the expression on his face. It could be said that he is friendly to the professor.

"I also did not think you would be here, Sir Carter; it looks like your organization values this competition quite well to send their sharpest eye." Professor Josephine said to the old man who had a similar type of aura at her but weaker and stabler.

The old man made small talk with the professor before sitting beside the platform beside us, which had the plaque of 'Raven's Fall.' The badge they are wearing perfectly suits the name of their organizations.

After the 1st Tyrant Grand Organisation had come, more and more Tyranid Grade organizations had started to come every minute. Within half an hour, all the spaces of the Tyrant Grade organization had filled.

All of them that came, everyone nodded or at least talked to Professor Josephine before they took her place.

Some people had fear in their eyes for her while others had respect; there was one old man who seemed to dislike her, but he still nodded at her before taking the seats with members of his organization on the platform.

Now only fifteen minutes have remained till the Championship starts formally, and the nine big platforms are still empty which I am sure would be filled before the championship starts formally.

Like Eline, I am also waiting for people of the Supreme Organisation to come. Ellen had said she would be coming with her teacher, and seeing her teacher being even more powerful than Professor; I am sure she will be here.

Suddenly five people appeared on the platform of 'Hawthorns Sea' as if they had teleported. Just as they did, Elina shouted grandpa and flew toward the old man in the sixties who had the strongest aura, who is slightly weaker than the professor.

"Little girl, look, I brought your boyfriend." the old man said as he motioned toward a handsome young man who looked to be a year older than me, hearing Elina who was flying toward the old man, faltered slightly, and a deep shade of red appeared on her cheeks.

While Elina may be filled with ecstasy, I am quite shocked in my heart. Having a powerful aunt already has a high background but having a grandfather who is a powerful member of the most powerful Organisation is even more heart-rending.

It is quite envious to have such a background; if I had such a background, I would not have suffered anything that I had suffered.

It had been a few seconds when people from the Hawthorns Sea had come when four people appeared on the platform of the Sky Saber; seeing them; I couldn't help but freeze up as great hatred started blazing my eyes.

In the four people, one is a middle-aged man, while three were young men and women. Of the three young people, one is a young man who is about my age, but I am not looking at him or the middle-aged man; I am looking at the two men and women in their Mid-Thirties.

I hate those people; I hate them so much like I never hated anyone before. The shame I had to experience because of them is immense. I still remember those gazes and curses I suffered when people know I am a criminal.

I had been discriminated against and oppressed by the things they have done to me and wanted them to experience the same thing.

My gaze is so intense that all of them seem to feel and turn toward me in unison when those two of them looked, they got surprised before a mocking provocative smile had appeared on their faces while the young man and Middle-aged man looked at me curiously.

"It is pleasant to see you here, Josephine." said the Middle-aged man to the professor after looking at me for a moment. "It is pleasant to see you at too Edmond," Josephine replied with the same neutral tone as his

Their words and actions seemed polite enough for each other, but they were not; everybody could guess there is something off between them.

The middle-aged man turned to Elina grandfather after greeting Professor before he took the seat on his platform and talked to people around him, which I could not hear.

In the next two minutes, people from another three Supreme Organisation have come, and now only two four have remained to be who will also come within a few minutes.

I just thought that when another group of people appeared and when I looked at these people, I couldn't help but get surprised, especially the women who looked to be in her mid-thirties.

"Josephine, what a nice surprise." said the middle-aged woman with a smile as she came to our platform and hugged the professor.
