Chapter 950 - Drowned
As the Thunder Hog launched the Thunder Storm, tens of meter long silver fireballs started to appear around Ashlyn, till their numbers reached the similar numbers as the thunderbolts that are coming toward her.
As the thunderbolts reached halfway, Ashlyn also released the hundreds of fireballs at the ThunderStorm that was coming at her.
Both of the attacks feel extremely dangerous when they come at each other, the thick bolts of thunder which have an obliterating flavor that of the thunder lake. If any of it hit my n.a.k.e.d body, I will die before I could even have a chance to let out the last scream.
While fireballs of Ashlyns are even more dangerous, they are not the fireballs that Ashlyn usually released, these fireballs have not only had Rule Power, but they also have the power of three methods mixed in it.
This not only gave them a phantomy look but also made them very, very threatening, even more threatening than the big bolts of thunder that the Monster had launched.
BANG BANG BANG…
Storm of fireballs and thunder finally clashed, creating a deafening sound so loud that I had to cover my ears.
The space between them has been covered with the both of their powers, in the seal of Silvery fire, violet thunderbolts are flashing around, both trying to overpower each but it is evidently clear that it is a silver fire that has the upper hand in the clash.
"SQUAOOOL!"
The clash of powers was still happening when Thunder Hog let out another weird squeal and released another thunderstorm, which was bigger than the previous, having around three hundred thick thunderbolts.
Seeing it attack again, Ashlyn is not going to be passive, and she again summons hundreds of Phantomy fireballs and launches them toward the Thunder Hog.

BOOOM BOOM BOOOM…
Their attacks clashed again in the already clashing sea of the fire and thunder that is between them. Their second attacks merged into the first, creating even dangerous force.
The fire and thunder are clashing against each other, wanting to crush one another, but the process is slow, as despite having the advantage, Ashlyn's fire is not able to completely overpower the storm of Thunderbolts.
Both of them did not seem to back down, and they launched another attack and then another, creating an even bigger field of fire and thunder between them where silver fire and violet thunder could be seen clashing against each other.
I started to take steps back sneakily, as despite being sufficiently great distance, I began to feel the danger from them and knew if something strange happened and that huge cloud of Fire and Thunder came at me, I would be vaporized before I could do anything.
Just now, I had started to feel a tiny bit of current flowing through my skin and a feeling of hot furnace coming over me.
It is very clear that their attacks have begun to affect the environment, so even if there is no danger of that cloud falling over me, I should still be careful about attracting the attack toward myself.
They kept attacking each other, launching one attack after another, and that cloud between then got bigger and bigger.
Looking at the cloud of Fire and Thunder, it seemed like despite having a clear advantage, Ashlyn's attacks will not be able to do much against the attacks of the Monster, but it is not true.
If one looked at the cloud of Fire and Thunder carefully, one would see a black sandy layer covering the lighting bolts; this sandy layer did not seem to do anything other than covering it.

It is just a preparation; she is covering these thick thunderbolts with the power of Domain of Withering Sand, which she could activate whenever she wants and crush these thunderbolts.
But she is not doing that; as she does that, she will have a very hard time killing this monster quickly. Unlike the normal monsters, the monsters are born in a special environment like a remnant attack of Super Powerhouse.
They do not have superior attacking power, but they also have a powerful defense, which is very hard to breach and also have an exceptional amount of Vitality that even Adamantine Grimm Monster paled in front of it.
Which made them very hard to kill; Ashlyn also seemed to realize that which is what she is building the power by attacking one after another, and so when the time came she could unload all on the Monster.
The monster did not seem to realize it, in its rage, which, like thunder, kept attacking in a frenzy, with the only goal in its mind, which is to crush the tiny bird that dared to challenge it.
BOOOM!
The attacks Kept happening for forty-five minutes when suddenly, the black sandy layer that was covering the violet thunderbolt activated and crushed all the Violet lightning present in a sea of fire.
The booming sound rang out as the Violet Thunderbolts were crushed by the Black Sand, and the very same moment, the sea of fire rushed toward the Thunder Hog in a very precious manner.
"SQUAOOOL!"
No matter how idiotic the monster is, it had great intuition as just as it saw its lightning getting crushed by the Black Sand, it started to run and the direction it chose is that of the Lightning Lake.
It clearly knows that the only place it is safe from such attack is the place where it is born, there no one will be able to harm it, but it had underestimated the Ashlyn too much as the very faint violet light shines in the sea of fire and its speed increased immensely.
BOSH!
The sea of fire movements changed, and it appeared instantly above the Thunder Hog before drowned it inside before it could do anything, it is not just Domain of Withering Sand Energies that ashlyn held back, Ashlyn also held back the energy of the FeatherLight which she had used now.

While Veil isn’t a powerful mage yet, his spell wrought guns and illicit abilities will help even the playing field. The need to face down his enemies and fulfill his ambitions will send him desperately searching from Forerunner ruins in the Great Northern Forest to ancient abyssal cities within the depths of the planet. _________________________________________________________________ The book is primarily fantasy with a steampunk background. Science fiction elements won't be introduced for quite some time. I currently update my work at a rate of one chapter per week. I'm also in the process of editing chapters 1 - 7, changing the format to make it more readable, and introducing more show and less tell. The reworked chapters will have (edited) after the title. All chapters after 8 have already been written in the new style. I have a Patreon page if you wish to donate. Also, there will be intense situations, some explicit violence, and although it is not an erotic work, one or two sex scenes.

Magician's Pact
A young boy with a special key finds himself caught up with an old wizard, an ancient prohpecy, and a possibly conspercy. This sounds like the sort of thing most childern would love to be a part of, but there are just three small problems. The first is that he is not the hero. Someone already got that role. The second is that he isn't a wizard. He is a Magician which complicates things. The third is that there might be a chance that the whole 'problem' might be comming from his end. Personally he never understood (or interacted with) the 'secret' magical world, but that becomes a problem when the magical world apparently has what his role is supposed to be according to their ancient book... and they are not to happy about him not matching their book. Still it shouldn't be to hard right? All he has to do is go to a school, learn some wizard magic, make sure nobody takes his key... also avoid dying. Thankfully he has had a lot of expereince with that last part and a bunch of Twig Twirling childern can't be too dangerious? Right?
