While my team and I were moving toward the one team Grimm Monsters, Ashlyn had flown toward another team without me saying anything to her, and she had already reached above the team of Grimm monsters, who were moving at a swift speed.
That team had already left my range, which is why I had to use my connection with Ashlyn to look at them.
As I looked through Ashlyn's vision, I saw a team of five monsters moving at swift speed with their leader at the front who was looking at the Grey crystal with the Gleaming eyes.
Ashlyn looked at Grimm monsters for a second before she started to change her size, but this time, instead of growing bigger, she turned smaller till her Original palm-size body turned to finger size.
After that, the metallic layer covered half her body before it was reinforced by the Killing Rule and Sunfire Rule.
As she made her preparation, a tiny fire blasted behind her, and she dived at the lead monster with a speed that is barely visible to the eyes.
The Grimm monsters did not sense her before, and when it had sensed her, it had been too late as she was already five meters above it and moving towards its head.
Shlic!
Seeing a small fireball coving toward it, the Grimm monster used all its power to dodge and barely succeeded in saving its life, though it was able to save its life, it had received quite gruesome injuries.
Quarter to its neck had been taken off by Ashlyn, and the crystal that it had been admiring so much flew out its hand and fell off the ground, but no one had time to think about it as Ashlyn had increased her size to the limit and started to throw giant fireballs at the Grimm monsters like she firing the gun

Of the five Grimm monsters, only one Grimm monster can avoid her fireballs as the other four Grimm monsters continuously get hit by the fireballs despite being Silver Elite, those four monsters will not be able to survive for long, they will be killed within minutes.
But my focus is not on four Grimm monsters but their leader who is barely able to fight against Ashlyn, it is showing greater battle power than it had shown in the battle earlier.
I would have liked to watch her fight more, but we have reached close to the Grimm monsters that we chose to fight. So I broke my connection with Ashlynn's eyes and started to focus toward the monsters we are following.
"There are five Grimm monsters in that team, with all of them being a Silver Elite, and their leader is especially strong," I said.
Their mood turned even more serious than they already were as they clearly understood the difficulty of the battle, and in this battle, they may lose their life if they decided to fight it.
"You guys stay here, Micheal and I go and fight those Grimm monsters," Kayla said, expressions of three of them became a little unsightly hearing that. Since we have entered the forest, they have never been asked to stay away from the battle; this was the first time Kayla ordered this command.
Well, she is right to order three of them to stand down, as this time we are not fighting with two or three silver elites which we could fight, we are fighting against the five of them which is already stretching our limit.
"Team leader, let us fight; we are now strong enough to fight together against one star Silver elite," Alex said after some time, and two beside her nodded in unison.
"No, it's too dangerous for you guys." Kayla rejected immediately, "Team leader, please, we know Silver Elite are stronger, but we are confident that together we can defeat it." Alex insisted.

Kayla is about to reject them again, as she could. She is officially a commanding officer of the team, and everyone had to follow her command, but she finally hesitated seeing their insistence and looked at me.
"They have enough power to fight against the One Star Silver Elite, but for that, they will have to work together perfectly, and a slight mistake on their part could result in their death, and we won't be able to rescue them on time," I said.
"You guys have heard what Micheal had said, do you guys still want to fight the Silver Elite?" Kayla asked last time, "Yes, we are sure." said three of them in unison.
"Let's speed up, if we continue at our current speed, it will take too much time to catch up to them," I said, and we increased our speed to catch up to the monsters.
While moving toward the Grimm monsters, I got a pleasant surprise from Ashlyn, she had finished killing all the five Grimm monsters and was now crunching on the Grey Crystal with a joyous smile on her face.
Time passed, and about five minutes later, we caught up to the monster. The Grimm monsters are from the Terra Lionman Tribe, a tribe that is very good at both attacks and defense.
Their bodies are completely covered in the very thick earth scales. These scales give them exceptional defense that is very hard to breach, especially when your power is the same as them.
That is why this team, when it fought in the jumbled battle, didn't lose a single member of their team while other teams got exterminated. The other team that Ashlyn had fought had also lost two of their members, but this did not lose a single one; from this, one could tell how formidable this team is.
The team leader of theirs is also very formidable. When I sensed its battle power, an excited smile couldn't help appear on my face as I summoned my Swirling Armor on my body as this monster is powerful enough for me to summon my Swirling Armor.
If I fought without the Swirling Armor then this monster would easily be able to break all the bones in my body within the minute.
As I summoned the Swirling Armor, the look of my teammate's faces changed, and their eyes became even more severe. Ever since my power has increased, I have not used my swirling Armor; I am using it means that the opponent we are facing is extremely dangerous.
There is the way I could defeat the leader quickly, and that is to let Ashlyn in; she had finished eating crystal and wanted to come inside me but I had stopped her. Seeing the power of the Grimm monsters.
I asked her to wait for a little before she began the digestion of Origin Water, as I might need her help to rescue my teammates to rescue them if they came across some mortal danger.
That is why she had been flying above us in her tiny form; if any of my teammates faced the fatal danger, she would literally dive in to save them.
"Kill them as quickly as possible!"
Finally, after three whole minutes, the staring contest between two teams had ended as the leader of Terra Lion issued the order in a languid voice.

Abandoned by his abusive father at the far reaches of the world, Daegan may not have the powers of his ancestors but he refuses to die in banishment. Will he make it back home in time to prevent a brewing war? ------------------- This is a gritty drama-driven, rambling tale that presents mysteries early on that the characters work to unravel throughout the story. It swings between action, drama, and sometimes some darker comedy. Warning: A whole lot of profanity, alcohol, drugs, implied violence, actual violence and mega-violence—the kind that involves knives sliding into eye sockets and brains spilling onto floors—the usual stuff, scenes of intimacy, mercenaries, pirates, lots of moral ambiguity, including a wizard that likes to make tea with the heat sucked from his victim's bodies and a heap of world-ending monsters ready to eat people. _______________ Expectations: Updates every Monday and Thursday. Chapters will be between 2,000 and 5,000 words. I'm Irish and write in "Irish English" which is to say that I don't use much of the letter "z"
