What she said is right, the soul calming stone may not be as precious as Soul Tempering Crystal but it is very useful when one tempering the soul, as it will help in negating any side effect one has when one tempering one's soul.

"We should start practicing now!" said Rachel, I nodded as started performing technique immediately as if we wait a little bit more, the smoke will start to come out of our tomato red body.

With them, I started to practice. Like yesterday I started to practice all the four methods together and today it is a little easier as I am only feeling a tenth of pain while circulating three times more suppressive energy than normal because of Soul Calming Stone.

This Soul Calming Stone is really amazing as it is able to lessen the pain of tempering by very much that even a normal person would able to refine the energy if I had the Soul Calming Stone in a test of Palace of Eonic Blessing then it would have taken me ten minuits to complete the test rather than three painful hours.

With the aid of Soul Calming Stone, I started to circulate more and more suppressive energy without much fear of torturing myself to death, I could feel my soul getting cleanse at the visible rate.

I am sure that in this session I am going to make double progress than I made when I was in the tower of eionic blessing.

As I kept practicing, I noticed that effect in the Soul Calmic Stone diminishing little by little. Though this diminishing effect is barely noticeable and I noticed it by chance.

That means at the current level I will not feel the diminishing effect, I will only feel when the circulation reached 2nd Accomplishment and in 3rd accomplishment, the soul calming stone wouldn't even work anymore.

I felt disappointed but it is true as not only I am feeling, I know this due to all the knowledge I have in my mind.

Still, I am very happy to practice with the help of the Soul Calming stone if my luck is good then in a few days I might able to reach the 1st Accomplishment.

Time passed by and when it was about to be an hour, both girls finally fell on the ground in minuits difference while I kept performing for half an hour more before I fell into the ground.

"42nd pose of the 2nd move you are way ahead of us Micheal, we will have to try very hard if we want to catch up to you," Sophia said a second after I fell on the ground, I wanted to say something but I didnt have the energy to do so.

After saying that, they both left the room while I stayed five minuits more before I had the energy to walk and leave the training room.

Fifteen minuits later when I returned from the shower, I found Sachel and Sophia are sitting on the couch discussing the ways they could grow stronger in six days, so they could have a better chance of obtaining big things in the Grand Palace.

With the monsters from the Mid Zone coming, the pressure on us had increased as well, those bastards are crazy strong and if we want to get something valuable then we at least need to have strength.

"I know a way to increse the strength and in this way, you won't have to train at to increse your strength by leaps and bound," I said, both of then started to glower at me, thinking I am making fun of them.

"Come let's go to market first, I have to buy a few things and after we return, I will make your strength grow in leaps and bound that you may even able to stand a chance against some of the monsters from the Mid Zone," I said as I pull both of them from the sofa toward the door of abode.
