The Jiang family had been waiting for the groom in the wedding hall for an hour, but director Pei didn't come yet.
Jerry tried to contact director Pei. Of course, this time he didn't want to lose his gold mine again.
He had already lost the hotel construction project of the Lianxi Group company.
This time, he didn't want to give up the land in S city that was promised by director Pei if he married the director to one of his beautiful daughters.
"Hello, Mr. Pei, why haven't you arrived? We've been waiting a long time," said Jerry.
"You crazy! You almost made me die! Now you still want me to marry your daughter?! I don't want to! Just find someone else!" said Pei Hu, turning off the phone.
"What do you mean?! Hello? Hello?" Jerry shouted.
The angry Jerry pounded the nearby table. Tara approached Jerry to find out what happened.
"Papa! What happened? Is there a problem?" Tara asked.
"Shit! Someone messed up our plans!" Jerry replied.
Tara gritted her teeth. Who was that person to dare interfere with her plans?
In the midst of the commotion at Tiara's wedding venue, suddenly, a group of cars came and stopped there.
There were 5 luxury cars, and a man wore a neat suit came out from the car front row.
All eyes were stunned, seeing his appearance which looked so good.
That man and his bodyguards walked towards the bride.
"Little rabbit, have you been waiting for me long?" Yohan whispered in Tiara's ear.
Tiara was dumbfounded and she didn't even blink.
She still didn't understand what was going on. Why didn't Yohan come instead of old Pei Hu?
"Are you so fascinated by my good looks until you can't speak?" Yohan asked confidently.

"You bastard! I will never be charmed by you!" Tiara was angry and her face was sullen.
"Oh yes," said Yohan.
Yohan quickly grabbed Tiara's body and walked away from the place.
"Get me off! You bastard! Get me down!" Tiara shouted, beating up Yohan.
Yohan motioned for his bodyguards to clean things up.
"Hey you! It's better if you shut up or I'll do something more than this!" said Yohan.
Tiara immediately obeyed like a rabbit in front of a lion who was ready to eat it.
This man was very dangerous, he could do whatever he wanted easily.
"Good. This is better," said Yohan, smiling coldly.
Yohan threw Tiara's body into the car and he took her away from the wedding reception venue.
The Jerry family this time really couldn't do anything.
Yohan's car stopped at a civil registry office. Yohan had asked Steve, his trusted assistant to take care of all this beforehand.
"Get down!" said Yohan.
Tiara looked out of the car door. The building in front of them was a Civil Registry.
Why did Yohan bring her to this place? She was still silent because she was amazed.
Yohan, who couldn't wait, then pulled Tiara out of the car.
"Come down! I said get down! Why took so long?!"
"Why did you bring me to this place?" Tiara asked.
" Eat!" Yohan replied not seriously.
"What?! Eat? You're supposed to go to the restaurant. Why the Civil Registry?" Tiara said innocently.
"Hey, stupid rabbit! If you know that eating in a restaurant, of course you also know what this place is for!" said Yohan who was already emotional.
"This is the place to record the marriage. Who is getting married?" Tiara asked.

"Follow me, you will know later" Yohan took Tiara's hand to immediately enter.
Inside the office, Steve was waiting near the reception desk with a sheet of paper and two booklets that Tiara and Yohan needed to sign.
"President, Miss Tiara, please sit down" Steve asked them to sit down and then gave them the documents they both needed to sign.
"What the heck! Who wants to marry you?!" said Tiara, irritably.
"Little rabbit, just sign it quickly or you really prefer to marry old Pei Hu and keep being played by them?" Yohan whispered in Tiara's ear.
"No! I don't want to marry Pei or be bullied by them again! But I also don't want to marry someone who is sick like you!" Tiara whispered softly in Yohan's ear.
"I see. So, you're doubting my manhood hmmm?" Yohan whispered, blowing Tiara's ears.
Tiara's ears and cheeks flushed.

A Tale From Azaad
Desperate and wandering, a young lord stumbles upon unknown knowledge that can help to overturn his peoples’ destiny. But can he rise to bring the prosperity his people need, or fall before it can ever take shape? AN: I hate writing synopses, so I'd recommend reading a few chapters before making a decision. Also, it's tagged as an isekai but those tropes don't appear. Warnings: I mention them, but there are a few chapters that are really gruesome. Furthermore, the innovations and advancements don't come into play until a lot later, though the framework for it all is built up early. Inspirations: South Asian history, Tales of a Reincarnated Lord and some of the histroical and kingdom-building stories on RR are inspirations for this work. If you enjoy politics, clever strategies, nation-building and technological advancement, then this story might interest you. Schedule: New chapter every Saturday at 3PM PST.

Prey No More
Imagine being given a second chance at life. Not only that but with a life you chose (sort of). This is exactly the situation that our character is in. He was once a Biology Graduate Student involved in a special program in Alaska studying Polar Bears. In an ironic twist of fate his life is ended by exactly that which he was trying to study. Now, in a new world, he refuses to be anything but the top of the food chain. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a story I began writing a year and a half ago and decided to shelf, I'm coming back to it now because I miss writing; however, I have not carved out any time specifically for this and, as of now, it will be something I do on the side for fun. Currently I have 9 chapters plus a prologue written; I'm going to be going through and editting it to be in a present tense (from past), as well as changing some of the story and grammar. Let me know what you think, and thanks for reading.

I'm not evil, trust
Lonnie Winters was one of the lucky ones to become evolvers. Becoming a type of warrior that has a spirit beast, he lives his life on the edge of a scale. Trying to balance between living a normal life and making a statement that puts him as the face of evolvers. (This is an apocalypse story and those used to reading my unfinished stories. Then this is similarly a slow roasted story. This is also just second draft. Sorry for the mistakes, I started this when I was in the hospital for my knee and hip surgery.)
