Acting like she was the one who was wronged, Ping Xiao Yue pointed her index finger at Lillie.
"Ana, how can you be this shameless? Now that everyone knew that you're trying to copy something you shouldn't, you cannot do such irrational things!" Even though she felt intimidated by her, she still felt like she proved something.
This woman is nothing but a cheap slut who copies Phoenixes!
Upon entering the hall, the Bai quickly noticed that something was amiss. They saw their daughter being ridicule by this clown, what could they do?
Stay silent.
"Are you done?"
Everyone went eerie silent because of Lillie's terrifyingly cold voice. Her face was blank but her eyes darken.
Ping Xiao Yue shivered as she was the closest. She flinched when Lillie's glare went to her.
"Y-you, what are you—"
"You said I copied this dress? Miss Ping, aren't you being hypocritical?" Lillie bluntly stated, not giving her a chance to continue her sentence.
Ping Xiao Yue was frozen, Lillie's words seemed to struck her.
What did she mean?
"You claim that my dress was an imitation while yours was the real deal?" Lillie slowly encircled her as if she was analyzing something.
"O-of course, why would I lie?" Cold sweat formed on her neck. Madame Agathe's here right now, if she said that the dress was personally made by her, Madame Agathe would quickly call her bluff.
"Oh? Where's your proof?" Lillie asked with a raised eyebrow.
Ping Xiao Yue smiled, "Miss Ana, the proof, I cannot just show it to you, it's inside." Now she've trapped her. If she insisted the proof, she will make a fool out of herself.
"Miss Ping, if 'my' mother 'personally' made that dress for you, I would surely know because she would ask for my help." Lillie had finally drop the bomb.

"M-mother?" Ping Xiao Yue's eyes widen in disbelief as well as everyone.
"You want proof that my dress came from Dazzling Castle? Well, here it is." Lillie unfolded the slit of her ferocious red dress that showed her right thigh and her slender leg.
The other side of the dress was revealed. Quite small but it can be clearly seen, there was something stitched to it in golden threads and beautiful cursives. It say...
Lilliana Theodora Bai...
Lillie Bai!
Everyone was frozen in fear. The She-Devil Of The Business World and Elite Society, Lillie Bai!
Mrs Bai took this as a cue and went to her daughter's side.
"Petite Fleur [1], why didn't you tell us you were attending? We could've went together." Mrs Bai affectionally said, wrapping her arms around her daughter.
"Sis, you're being unfair. How could you attend with them and not us?" Gabriel was feeling sorrowful that his Sister choose to be with the Lis and not her own family.
He can clearly see the smug look Yi Fei's sending him. He wanted to strangle her so bad.
"You can't blame your sister, Gabriel. She's just spending time with her future husband and in-laws." With dignified and noble aura, the famous Alexander Bai stepped in.
The guest felt like they were drenched in cold water. The words they spoke a minute ago sounds utterly ridicules!
Who was Lillie Bai?! Why wouldn't she wear her OWN dress?! What made her shameless?!
Nothing! It belong to her in the first place.
Everyone's guts went green in regret. If they knew who she was, even when given a tiger's gut, they wouldn't dare curse the She-Devil! They still wanted to live!
They could only put the blame on that damn Ping Xiao Yue. It was her fault for speaking nonsense and lying.

If she met Madame Agathe, like she claimed, she should have recognize Lillie Bai!
Ping Xiao Yue saw that she was receiving everyone's hateful glares. She felt suffocated.
No, no! It can't be! That bitch cannot be Lillie Bai! She's just a cheap slut who clung on her cousin brother's popularity and wealth!
Her face turned hideous, her mind shuts down and her actions became impulsive. She rushed towards Lillie Bai in an attempt to hit her.
But, who was Lillie Bai again? She's just the champion of the International All Martial Arts Competition when she was just 14. [2]
A little, insignificant actress like her, Lillie didn't even need to lift a finger. Ping Xiao Yue's mind was muddled, Lillie simple dodged the crazed girl as she crashed herself on the table, knocking everything off.
"Someone! Get her out of here, now!" Elder Ping was boiling in rage. It seems he had spoiled her too much to cause such distasteful actions towards their benefactor and awaited guest of honor.
Elder Ping never expected for Lillie Bai and her family to arrive, they were too busy after all. However, only did Lillie came as well as her family, she came as Ethan's fiancee!
But, weren't they rivals? Oh well, enemies at first, lovers at the end.
Ping Zhi was seething in fury, she was not as benevolent as her father. Stomping angry towards her idiotic daughter, she didn't even go easy on her strength and gave her a crisp slap.
Ping Xiao Yue screamed in pain as she looked at her once doting mother in disbelief, holding her cheek with trembling hand.
"You are a disgrace to the Ping family name! Not only were you rude towards our benefactor, you even had the audacity to slander her! Attempt to hurt her!" Ping Zhi's tone was incredible dark and cold.
The sweet and filial princess she spoiled since young, she no longer recognize as she turned into a monster.
Taking a deep breath, she gave her daughter one last look before saying, "You're just like your father." Turning her back, she left.
Ping Xiao Yue's her body shook, tears streamed down her eyes is despair. Her hand reached out for her mother in desperation
What her own mother said, had hit her like a truck. She hated her father, she hated him for causing her dear mother's heartache. She hated him for leaving them, having mistresses, stealing money.
Zhang Guan was an eyesore. She wouldn't want anything to do with him
Now, her own mother said that she's like the man whom she hated the most, why wouldn't she feel miserable?
Ping Xiao Yue was feeling regretful. Her jealousy got the best of her. Her actions were unforgivable, she didn't even think of the consequences.

A King in the Clouds
Tanlar. A cruel, repulsive, and foul word. It meant untitled, officially, but it also meant ungifted, unable, unworthy, unnecessary, unhuman. It was more a curse than a term, a badge only the damned and condemned wore. To be a tanlar was to know your life, your entire being, was insignificant. Once Kaizer had resigned himself to such a fate, but those times had passed. He may have been untitled, but he was anything but untalented. He refused to scrape by at the bottom of society. Those who stood above him could sneer all they liked, but he wouldn’t suffer being stepped on for long. He’d be better, much better. But of course he would be. ‘Fate’ demanded it so. [Participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] What To Expect: The story of a boy becoming a man becoming a king + everything that entails. Largely gamelit, but later arcs could be called litrpg. Also schemes. A lot of schemes. I do love some good ol' fantasy politics and intrigue. Minimum Word Count a Week: TBA after Writathon Release Time(s): Daily for as long as I can/until the end of the Writathon. I also write The Deathseeker [Returning Dec 5th]

The Last Journey
A slice of life litrpg story... or is it? It's burning slow, though. Moving on: War comes with a great cost. Lives and time wasted for most part. One could either be run with sword, be poisoned, be bowed, and sometimes meet their end with just a tiny speck of wood. With magic, it becomes even more colorful. From lightning, to worse poison, to hovering rocks, to weird bladed leaves, to whipping roots, and to a lot more odd things easily reasoned with magic. A wonderful creation. But once used to something more than wonder, more than tricks to gather laughs, it becomes worse. War becomes worse. For there is not only blood to be spilled. A particular town almost met the same end. Soldiers geared with swrords and bows came with mounts. Horses burning lush grasses as it cracked boulders and the soil alike with every step. The kind that only war ones could ever do. Even strange wheeled creations that oozed danger were towed, loaded with something meant to destroy. But not once had they acted upon what such devices should've done, nor what an an army is supposed to do. Siege never occurred, as much as a command to war. No. Magic existed so a simple little fire is all the worth the town has. No sword drawn, no arrows nocked, nothing. Just some mana spent and through the ash they march. That was how Nudius saw her end. It came not even as a surprise. She didn't have the moment to fully register what occurred before she found herself in an empty dark space. Life lost, time spent. All from a fire that had not even touched her. But she knew very well that it was magic. Something she wished to have and strived for to have. Yet it seemed that none of it would matter now. Nudius was well aware of what the color around meant, of the odd situation, of the unfeeling state of her being. It was death and that was it. She didn't have to worry or dream further. Although there wasn't what she truly wanted in what death to her is, but at least, Nudius was comforted to what she believed death is. Rest. But little did she know there's something more than that empty space. It wasn't only the promise of rest, but was also more than she could ever hope for. Another chance at life. Another chance to dream. ***Tags are there just in case. You never know! Umm... HI-MI-TSU. Story blurb+: This is slow burn, quite slice of life story about a girl learning magic. All the while as she fatten herself up. So yeah, progression fantasy. But there's Litrpg! Numbers! Magic! Spells! And of course! There's something more. But read on ahead, please. Oh yes. Plot! There is, too. Disclaimer: The cover isn't made by me. Just layered it with a text. I got it from a free website, if I correctly recall. I'll see to it. (Haven't worked on it.)
