In the past, Jun Xiqing had loved wearing white mesh dresses. Ever since she became the president three years ago, all the attire in her closet was completely replaced. As the senators said, she should build and maintain a mature and professional image.

General Yue’s hands froze in mid-air, his face flushed red with embarrassment.

Jun Xiqing was slightly shorter than him but she exuded a powerful aura that made her appear just like a queen.

He was merely a lowly presence beneath her.

Jun Xiqing wiped her hands clean and gave General Yue a cold-eyed stare. “Ping Ping, let’s go.”

With that, she took Ping Ping with her and left.

After witnessing the drama, Lu Yeming could hear the various leaders behind him discuss, “President Jun indeed lives up to her name. She led the Wolf Iron Steed Troop, claiming glorious victory at dawn and recovered her nation!”

“Thankfully she’s a woman, if she were to be born as a man, how are we even going to live?”

Everyone admired her and continued to praise her, but someone mentioned, “Yes, she’s formidable but with her shrewdness, I bet she can’t get married.”

Everyone was laughing but only Lu Yeming remained quiet. “President Lu, would you dare to marry President Jun?”

Fan Men looked at Lu Yeming, only to notice the corners of his lips kicking up. It was Fan Men’s first time seeing Master smile in three years.

Somehow, there was something different about Master ever since he met Jun Xiqing today.

Lu Yeming smiled, not saying anything.
