Chapter 1287: Mu Mu Is Missing

The room door was pushed open and Ah Zhou brought the South Duchess in.

The South Duchess had become a disabled person. Many years ago, she had ordered someone to injure Concubine Yu and caused her to be unable to walk for the rest of her life. Because of this, Xuan Ying had ordered for the South Duchess to be disabled as well.

Ah Zhou pushed her in and she fell onto the ground in a pathetic fashion. She glared at Xuan Ying with deep hatred in her eyes. “You damned thing! I should have killed you back then. You caused Mu’er’s death! You’re going to have a miserable death!”

Turning around with one hand in his pocket, Xuan Ying stood tall and looked at the South Duchess from above. With a cold smirk on his face, he said, “I’m not sure whether I’ll suffer a miserable death, but I do know that you’re going to have a miserable death.”

“You!”

Xuan Ying crouched down, his voice cold and dangerous as he asked, “Were you behind me being drugged three years ago?”

The South Duchess froze for a moment. “You recall it now?”

Xia Ling took Mu Mu to kindergarten when she heard the beep of a car horn.

Lifting her eyes, she saw a luxury limousine stopping. The door opened and Xuan Ying came out.

“Handsome Uncle.” Mu Mu’s eyes lit up when she saw Xuan Ying.

Xuan Ying walked over, ruffling Mu Mu’s hair. “Mu Mu, can I hold you?”

“Yes!”

Mu Mu reached up in excitement and Xuan Ying crouched over, holding Mu Mu in his arms. The other children saw them and were filled with envy. “Wow, Mu Mu, is this your daddy? He’s so tall and handsome.”

Mu Mu stretched her arms out, hugging Xuan Ying’s neck. “Yes, he’s my daddy!”

After saying this, Mu Mu then glanced at Xuan Ying, winking at him, afraid that he would be unhappy.

Mu Mu was strong, brave, optimistic and more sensitive than children of her age. She wasn’t like other girls who grew up in happy families, but she was still a lovable child.

The kindergarten teacher ran out. “It’s bad! We had an emergency evacuation just now and the children are all safe, but there’s one child missing. Mu Mu is missing!”

What? Mu Mu was missing?

How could Mu Mu be missing?

Xuan Ying’s pupils contracted, the bad feeling had come true. Someone was doing this on purpose.

Just then, his cell phone rang.

Taking out his phone, he saw that it was General Shi calling.
