Chapter 1146: Kissing Her

Feng Lingxue’s hair floated around in the water while she just sank.

On the side, Xuan Ying stood beside the bathtub, giving her a condescending look, waiting for her to wake up. But even after a while, she just continued sinking, not making a single sound.

His pupils contracted as he finally realized something was wrong, at that exact moment, he even forgot to breathe.

Before he could even think, his body reacted, bending over, he stretched his hands into the water and grabbed her slender arms, hauling her up.

Bang! His knee knocked into the rim of the bathtub, his entire person fell over.

The water spilled over, even reaching the carpeted ground outside. His pajamas were soaked, clinging to him like a second skin. The expression on his face was completely unlike his usual demeanor, for the first time, he presented a frantic side to him that was never seen.

Pulling Feng Lingxue into his arms, he patted her face lightly as he called her name with a hoarse voice, “Feng Lingxue! Feng Lingxue!”

There was no reaction at all.

“Feng Lingxue, don’t die yet! I’ve not allowed you to die yet! Did you hear me? Open your eyes now! You can never die, you know that you can’t escape, I will find you wherever you are, even when you are dead!”

After saying that, he lowered his head, kissing her on the lips. Pinching the sides of her face, he started resuscitating her with a CPR.

Feng Lingxue coughed twice, her lashes fluttered. She was regaining consciousness.

She had finally woken up.

She was awake!

Xuan Ying could feel that something was about to jump out of his chest. Clenching his fists tightly, he realized that his palms were both wet.

Was he panicking?

Maybe.

The corners of his lips kicked up into a wry smile. He supposed that was some form of anxiety. After all, he hadn’t tormented her enough yet, how could he just allow her to die so easily?

Tormenting her was probably his biggest joy in life right now.

His face was a thunderous black, panting heavily and he came over, his lips touching hers. He was resuscitating her earlier, but now, he really was kissing her again.

Her lips were soft and supple, smelling so good. His Adam’s apple bobbed earlier when he gave her a CPR. Now he started kissing her, as though he was savoring the best dessert on earth, pushing his tongue inside her mouth so domineeringly.

His tongue explored every corner of her mouth, tasting the sweet juices inside as he licked the tip of her tongue.

Was this how it felt to kiss someone?

It felt so enjoyable, his mind was almost blown away.

Though he did enjoy the time in bed earlier, it felt good but the kiss felt even more pleasurable for him.

This woman really was a heavenly creature.

He really liked her.

Feng Lingxue had a dream.

In her dream, she was running on a lawn and a tiger chased after her from behind. She was frightened and could only continue running away with all her might. Run! She had to keep running. When she turned her head back to check, the tiger was right on her heels, pouncing onto her as they both fell.

She let out a shriek, thinking that the tiger would bite her to death but it hadn’t happened.

The tiger kissed her on the lips.

Feng Lingxue jolted awake.

The voice of one of the underlings was heard from outside. “Master.”

Xuan Ying turned around, stepping out of the room.

Feng Lingxue could finally relax after being tensed up for so long, she rested in the warm silk blankets.

Knock knock, the room door was pushed open and the experienced servant brought in with her two young maids.

“Miss Feng, please take this pill.” The experienced servant handed over a pill, completely expressionless.

Feng Lingxue sat up. “What is this?”

“Contraceptive pill.”

The maids signaled at each other, speaking up, “Miss Feng, are you making excuses in order to avoid taking the contraceptive pill? Just give up now, who are you to even conceive Master’s baby?”

Feng Lingxue remained composed, giving the maids an impassive glance. “Both of you are in love with your Master right? I have a way to make sure both of you can get together with him.”

He walked over to the bed, looking at Feng Lingxue, who lay on the bed.
