The maid answered with a shaky voice. “Old Master, Second Miss did not get a chance to speak to Second Young Master Jun in the temple earlier.”

“What?” Lin Zhong’s entire face turned into a grimace.

Meilan waved her hand. “You may leave.”

“Yes, Madam.” The maid left.

“Old Master.” Meilan swayed her hips, holding onto Lin Zhong’s arm, practically sticking her body to his. “Second Young Master Jun is the overlord of Karghalik and he has such good looks. Countless socialites would die to marry him, if Xuanji were to have Second Young Master fall for her and eventually marry him to become the young madam of the Jun family, our businesses would be tied together in the future. There would only be countless benefits for us.”

Lin Zhong had the exact same thoughts in his mind. He had wanted to marry Lin Xuanji to Jun Mosheng since a long time ago, in order to profit from their marriage and benefit from the Jun family.

“I don’t know what’s wrong with this Xuanji, she’s such a disappointment. How could she not even talk to Second Young Master Jun at all.” Lin Zhong was furious.

“Xuanji, did your father prepare this for you?” Huo Yanmei asked.

“Xuanji, there’s another box in here. What’s inside?”

Lin Xuanji opened the box, she blushed upon seeing the contents. It was a… bra.

She currently wore tube tops only, but not a bra. She felt a little shy to wear bras, since it had cups that would cover her beautiful privates.

She held the bra in her hand, it was a red lacy one that felt a little sexy yet a little innocent at the same time, it really was pretty.

The size fit her perfectly.

“Xuanji, is this a gift from that man?” Huo Yanmei chuckled.

Lin Xuanji quickly covered Huo Yanmei’s mouth as she blushed. “Don’t spout nonsense, why would a man even gift a female with… a bra?”

“Why wouldn’t he? If a man were to give a female a bra, it means that he wants to turn you into his woman.”
