Chapter 1037: Giving Birth

In the hospital.

Sikong rushed over hurriedly, when Fu Qinglun saw him approaching, he charged forward and grabbed Sikong’s collar. “Shi’shi is bleeding, quick, hurry up and save her. What has happened to her? What’s wrong with her?”

Women could normally head to a hospital to take the HCG pregnancy test seven to ten days after sex.

This was the eighth day after they had sex.

Fu Qinglun was stunned, he hadn’t fully processed the news. “W-What did you say?”

He hadn’t ever expected such news.

To be frank, after Little Lemon had to undergo V2 chemotherapy, after he had decided to have a child with another woman, he hadn’t expected her to conceive at all. They had tried countless times, over such a long period of time but still hadn’t succeeded.

But now, she had unexpectedly become pregnant.

It must have been that night.

That night when he went to look for her at her apartment. He pressed her against the window, his mind clear of all other matters, the same went for her. They had just enjoyed themselves, enjoyed the intimacy and continued until they were both exhausted.

That night had been amazing.

They had both forgotten about all the stressful matters, forgot about having a child to save Little Lemon’s life, just engaging in the intimate activity, doing the stuff that couples in love would do.

But he hadn’t expected them to conceive that faithful night.

Fu Qinglun was flustered, he was completely flabbergasted. The heavens had just played a trick on him. Lin Shiyu’s memories had just been taken away and they only learned of news of her pregnancy after.

Shi’shi was pregnant with his baby.

Fu Qinglun looked at Sikong with bloodshot eyes. “She’s pregnant, but she’s currently bleeding. What should we do? She suffers from recurrent pregnancy loss…”

“Ah Sen, don’t panic. I’ll make sure I do everything I can to keep this baby. Look, the sperm-ovary matching didn’t work but Shiyu has conceived, I believe this is all in god’s plan. “But,” Sikong was reminded of something important and he asked, “Shiyu doesn’t have any memories of you anymore. She doesn’t know who fathered the child. Will she choose to keep the baby?”

They had taken away all her memories of Fu Qinglun. She probably still thought that she was a virgin.

In an apartment, under the orange lights, a man and woman stood beside the window. Their clothes scattered all over the ground.

Her ringtone sounded, it was an incoming phone call. It was from Tang Mo’er.

She picked up her phone, answering the call, “Hello, Mo’er.”

“Shiyu, are you awake yet? I’m driving to your place to pick you up now. Hurry up and get ready, An’an is experiencing contractions and she’s been sent to the hospital. The doctor says that she’s fine and that she can try for a natural birth. Let’s go and cheer her on.”

Lin Shiyu quickly got down the bed, entering the bathroom to wash up. She nodded. “Mm, okay Mo’er, I’ll be ready really soon.”

They ended the phone call and Lin Shiyu washed up at the fastest speed possible, before stepping into her wardrobe to change her clothes.

She changed into a white maxi dress. Five months had passed, her wavy hair had grown longer again. She had just visited the salon yesterday to get a trim and her hair was flawless today.

She stood in front of the mirror, looking at herself. Though her bump wasn’t that huge at five months, it was pointy at the front. She hadn’t experienced any drastic changes in terms of her figure, her skin was even more radiant and supple than pre-pregnancy. All that changed was her bust, it had gotten bigger as time passed.

The erotic dream popped up in her mind again. For the past five months, the same erotic dream had appeared in her mind over countless nights.
