Chapter 1020: Nothing Compares to You (2)

An’an’s heart thumped when he threw her on the bed. With her hands wrapped around his neck she held onto him tightly. “My stomach! Ah Yan, my stomach!”

He was heavy-handed and she was worried that he would accidentally hurt Little Yan.

Lu Yan was amused by her, he held her waist with one hand and with a huge blanket on the bed, she wouldn’t be injured at all.

At least, with him around she wouldn’t get injured.

How could he even bear to hurt his precious son?

“You’re making all these sounds, I’m dying trying to hold my desires in!” Lu Yan towered above her, burying his face in her neck and taking in a deep breath, smelling her scent to temporarily relieve himself of his desires.

An’an could finally relax, her hands still wrapped around his neck. She planted a few kisses on his cheek and said, “Ah Yan, you have to try to hold it in. Be good.”

She lifted her hand, ruffling his hair.

“Stop it!” Lu Yan sat up and lectured her. She was getting out of hand now, touching his head even. Did she take him for a dog?

An’an stuck her tongue out playfully. He really was getting arrogant thinking that he was a Tibetan Mastiff. After all, the Tibetan Mastiff was still a dog!

“How long has it been since I last laid my hands on you?” Lu Yan towered above her while looking at her beautiful face suggestively.

An’an pointed with her fingers, somewhat taking pleasure in his misfortune. “Two months.”

Lu Yan took a deep breath, pinning her underneath him without any regard of the consequences.

“Hey, get up. You’re on my stomach!”

“Little rascal, I’m going to let him off for these few months. After time passes, I’m going to teach him and his mother a lesson together!” he warned.

An’an felt her entire heart melting, ruffling his hair again.

Lu Yan nuzzled against her neck, it wasn’t enough for him and he continued nuzzling his face against her ears. “An’an, I really want you.”

An’an’s entire body almost liquefied. Oh no, he was using that voice to seduce her.

Damned temptation!

Lu Yan continued nuzzling for a while more before he got up. He had to control himself, it was his first child at such an old age, he was even more uptight than anyone else.

Getting down from the bed, he strode to the bathroom to take a cold shower.

An’an looked at his suave back view, not able to take her eyes off of him. Had he changed?

It’s been a month since he returned. He would hug her and kiss her to sleep, and though they couldn’t get intimate, he hadn’t raised any other requests at all.

He hadn’t been like that at all in the past.

Hiss.

An’an hugged her stomach and hissed.

Lu Yan stopped walking, instantly turning back. He returned and placed his large hand on her little bump, making circles on it concernedly. “Did I hurt you just now?”

An’an lay on the bed, her hair scattered all over the white sheets. She didn’t say a word, just looking at her with her face all red.

Lu Yan was a sharp-witted person, one look and he could notice something wrong with her. She appeared so attractive with her coy ways.

With his Adam’s apple bobbing and brows raised, Lu Yan’s eyes crinkled into a smile, displaying his mature charms. “You were putting up an act?”

An’an nodded, a mischievous smile on her face.

“What do you want?” he asked.

An’an felt shy, her heart palpitated as she supported herself with her arms to sit up, giving him a peck on the lips.

Lu Yan furrowed his brows, holding the back of her head and kissing her. His tongue made it through her teeth, exploring every corner of it.

Though she had initiated the kiss, he had reciprocated so passionately, almost swallowing her whole. The room was filled with the sounds of his wet kisses, the temperature in the room started getting heated up.

Lu Yan placed her down, kissing her while unbuttoning his clothes. His husky voice was filled with joy and he sounded so doting. “You miss your husband?”

An’an hugged his trim waist shyly, calling him with a delicate voice. “Husband, you’ve become a vegetarian?”

“Bullshit! Your husband can’t bear to tire you. I must dote on my son, but I must dote on my wife even more!”

“…”

General Lu’s version of honeyed words, it was so… crude.

But sweet enough!

It was tough being pregnant, he couldn’t bear to let her serve him.

In the blink of an eye, An’an had been pregnant for one full trimester. She came to the military hospital to do an ultrasound scan.

It was the same gynecologist who attended to her the other time. When the doctor saw her bump, she was shocked. “Madam, the other time you were here I wasn’t able to tell since you were still early in the pregnancy. But now, I can confirm that you are pregnant with… twins!”

Twins?

The word seemed to sear into An’an’s mind. No wonder her bump was so huge!

She froze for a few moments before getting up from the bed, putting on her shoes and running out of the doctor’s office.

“Madam, where are you heading? Don’t run so quickly!” the doctor reminded her while chasing after her.

An’an ran out of the military hospital, coming to the training grounds.

“General is conducting a training inside, do you have any urgent matters?” the guard asked.

An’an nodded her head excitedly. “Yes, it’s something urgent.”

The guard quickly opened the gates.

An’an ran inside. A group of soldiers were having training on the field. Their upper bodies were bare and they only wore a pair of cargo pants. They were doing push-ups in winter, their foreheads all covered in sweat.

One, two, one, two…

They were counting loudly.

An’an looked around, Lu Yan was at the front, he was doing push-ups together with them. His upper body was bare, revealing his perfectly tanned skin and sweat traveled down his sculpted muscles, over his eight pack.

He had a black leather belt around his trim waist, his perfect figure could make one’s nose bleed.

“Ah Yan!” An’an called him.

The soldiers all looked over, many gazes landing on her.

Lu Yan got up from the ground once he saw her, waving his arm to pick up his uniform and put it on, his sweat splattered in the process. His fringe was also covered in sweat, he appeared so masculine and sexy even when he was covered in perspiration.

Walking over to An’an, he furrowed his brows in displeasure. “Comrade An’an, you have some urgent matters?”

It was the training grounds, he had to play the identity of the General.

“Mm, I have some urgent matters.”

“Tell me now, if you dare spout nonsense, I’m going to punish you!”

An’an quickly stood at attention. “Reporting to General, I’ve just come from the hospital. I’m pregnant with twins!”

She enunciated every word loudly and clearly.

She said she was pregnant with twins.

Lu Yan froze, his gaze riveting onto her stomach. “What do you mean? Twins? Two?”

“Yes, two!”

F*ck!

Lu Yan lifted his hand to touch his own head, quickly carrying her and ran out.

The soldiers behind were all cheering.

He knocked into General Chen Jin when he ran out of the area. When Chen Jin saw Lu Yan carrying An’an in his arms while running out of the training grounds, his expression turned somber and he wanted to lecture him.

But Lu Yan hadn’t seen him, he ran out just like that.

This fellow!

Chen Jin entered the training grounds. “Why are you all fooling around? If you dare make any more noise, go on a trekking exercise while carrying weights!”

The soldiers all stood at attention. “Reporting to General Chen, General’s wife is pregnant with twins. General is so over the moon, he carried his wife in his arms and ran away!”

What?

Twins?

Oh god, this fellow!

From what he knew, An’an and Lu Yan had no twin genes.

Chen Jin’s originally stern face suddenly turned into a smile, but he quickly recovered his stance. With two hands behind him, he continued lecturing them, “No matter what it is, training goes on, you must not slack off. Look at General Lu, he’s good at everything. He even made two babies in one go. Who else is as capable as him?”
