Upon hearing these words, the wolf king charged ahead.

Jun Xiwan extended her hand and Tang Chenyi flew onto the wolf’s back. In the next second, a phoenix hairpin was pressed against his neck.

“East Duke, let my Uncle go. I’ll trade the West Duke with you! Our Country Z is not willing to enter the political battles of Country A. We just want to leave peacefully today!” Jun Xiwan shouted from the wolf’s back.

The East Duke looked at Jun Xiwan and said in amazement, “President Jun, this little beauty that you’ve raised is both daring and scheming. She definitely doesn’t lose out to any man!”

Jun Mosheng’s eyes revealed that he was pleased to hear that, but he looked even more grim. He recollected the High Priest’s words. Qingqing was a girl with the life of a man and she had the destiny to be a queen.

Tang Chenyi swiftly extended his large hand.

Jun Xiwan was caught off guard. The hairpin was taken from her hands and now it landed in Tang Chenyi’s hand.

“West Duke, you’ve been poisoned!” Jun Xiwan smiled.

But there was poison on her lips!

He had never been tricked like this before. Tang Chenyi was furious but he laughed it off, forcing out a sinister voice from his throat. “Then you’d better pray that I survive this, if not you will die along with me.”

Jun Xiwan arched her willowy eyebrows. “I don’t plan to die along with you. I’ll give you the antidote once my Uncle is safe!”

With that, Jun Xiwan looked at the East Duke ahead. “East Duke, have you considered? Do you agree to trading my Uncle for the West Duke?”

The East Duke shook his head. “Miss Xiwan, you’re trying to hoodwink me but I won’t be fooled! I’m not trading. I will take President Jun away from here.”

A helicopter reached the ground from above. The doors opened and the East Duke brought Jun Mosheng onto the helicopter.

Jun Xiwan’s beautiful eyes glinted coldly. This East Duke was still quite clever!

Upon seeing that Jun Mosheng was going to be taken away, Lin Xuanji hastened ahead.
