An’an stood right there, looking at him with a cold gaze, not uttering a word.

“Isn’t this An’an?” Flora had recognized An’an and spoke out first.

An’an didn’t have much of an expression on her delicate face, she merely revealed a faint smile and replied, “What a coincidence, Daddy. You two are here too!”

Lu Yan looked at An’an impassively, hiding all of his emotions away. “An’an, are you here by yourself?”

“No, I came together with my brother and little sister-in-law,” An’an answered.

“Master Yan,” Flora encircled Lu Yan’s trim waist with her arms. “Stop talking so much, let’s go into the room.”

Lu Yan spanked Flora before instructing An’an, “Don’t wander around if you’re going to be alone.”

He then brought Flora into the room.

The room door was shut.

An’an looked at the tightly closed door in front of her, her smile faded away and returned to a poker face.

Her heart was hurting, as if someone had inserted a knife in her heart while stirring it around, causing her immense pain.
