“Mo’er.” Tang Hai shook his head in disapproval. “I’m not planning to plead for Qin Yawen.”

Qin Yawen gasped, how could Tang Hai not plan to plead for her.

Tang Hai heaved a sigh of relief. “Thank you, President Gu.”

“I’m not done speaking, Mayor Tang. Since I’ve let Lu Qi’er off, it’d be considered as returning you the favor for raising Mo’er up. The next time we meet, you won’t have anything to do with Mo’er, you’ll be considered a stranger to Mo’er.”

Tang Hai was stunned. “Mo’er…”

Gu Mohan held Tang Mo’er’s waist and gently reminded her, “Mo’er, let’s get in the car.”

Tang Mo’er got in the car and the prestigious car sped away.
