When Cedric arrived at the interrogation room he found Alexi inside just staring at Jen.

"She'll melt if you keep staring at her." Cedric teased as he placed a hand on Alexi's shoulder.

"How could I have been so blind Cedric?" Alexi asked with a sigh. "How could I have not seen that she really felt nothing for me?"

Cedric frowned at his friend's words, he felt bad for Alexi, his friend had been beating himself up since the moment they saw the footage of Jen stealing Natalia's serums.

He had defended his then girlfriend so vigorously, only to discover that the relationship was one sided the whole time.

"Do you want to torture her before we use the serum?" Cedric asked, Alexi needed to let off steam somehow.

"Will you let me?" Alexi asked. "Won't you look down at me for hitting a woman?"

"That's no woman."Cedric hissed. "That is a monster."

"Just don't kill her." Katerina said as she entered the room with Nicole, Natalia, and Selina.

Alexi walked over to the women and grabbed Katerina by the arm.

"Ouch brother." Katerina said as Alexi gripped her arm tightly.

"I told you to send Selina home!" Alexi scolded.

"I can't force someone who doesn't want to go home to leave." Katerina told Alexi angrily as she pulled her arm away. "You deal with her."

"Why are you here Selina?" Alexi asked in a much more tender tone.

"I want to help." Selina said.

"I don't want you to see this side of our lives." Alexi told her.

"If I will be with you, I want to be with you wholeheartedly, to see every part, both the good and the bad." Selina said as she looked up at Alexi.

"Fine." Alexi said with a sigh. "But remember, you asked for this."

Selina nodded as she walked over to the couch.

"Where are the others?" Cedric asked his friend.

"Ian and Eric got refreshments." Alexi said with a laugh. "Ram had to go to the office. You caused quite a stir now the board members are insisting he get an exclusive interview from you and maybe a documentary about poverty training."

Cedric groaned as he thought of all the public engagements that would come soon. As much as he wanted to reject the interview, he would have to do it for Ram.

"How do you want to go about this then?" Cedric asked as he looked at Jen in the other room through the one way mirror. Jen surely knew that people were standing at the other side as she glared at them.

"Mind if I use some of Ray's men?" Alexi asked. Ray had left some of his thugs in order to help with securing the prisoners and in helping with the interrogation.

"Knock yourself out." Cedric said with a laugh. Was he too cruel that he didn't mind Jen being beaten? Cedric questioned if he was losing his humanity, something his family wanted him to keep in tact with his poverty training. But the woman in the other room had caused them so much pain and had brought so much chaos that he didn't seem to mind.

"Will you be able to stomach this?" Cedric heard Katerina ask Selina, he had forgotten how Selina and Jen had once been best friends. "Selina you don't need to be here for this. She was still your best friend for quite a long time."

"I've been too kind to her." Selina said, shaking her head. "I had given her too many chances. I kept thinking the best of her when she did nothing but betray me. She deserves everything that's coming to her."

"Did we miss anything?" Eric asked as he and Ian entered the room with drinks and chips in hand. As well as several maids carrying over various refreshments.

Cedric couldn't help but sigh, the two men were treating the interrogation as if it were some movie to entertain.

"You guys know that this is a serious matter right?" Cedric asked.

"I don't like her." Eric said. "I will enjoy watching her suffer."

"You are too cruel." Katerina said, rolling her eyes.

"Really? Worse than you my love?" Eric said as he pulled Katerina into his arms and kissed her. "You're so hot when you go all girl boss mode." Eric said loud enough for all of them to hear.

"Gross Eric!" Nicole shouted.

"It's about to start." Ian said pointing at the interrogation room as Alexi entered.

"Hey baby." Alexi said as he walked over to Jen. "Missed me?"

Although Alexi's back was turned, Cedric could just imagine his friend smirking at his former lover.

Jen simply glared at Alexi as he spoke, it was clear that she was trying to calculate her next steps.

"So tell me Jen, why?" Alexi suddenly asked, shocking everyone. They didn't expect him to ask the question directly.

"Tell you what?" Jen hissed.

"Oh you know exactly what I am asking Jen." Alexi said as he waved his hand for the thugs to come closer. "Tell me why you played me?"

Jen simply smiled at Alexi, angering the man.

"Take her away." Alexi ordered as two of the thugs dragged Jen to a corner.

Jen laughed as she was taken away.

"You have really sunk so low, no wonder he was able to get to you all so easily!" Jen gloated. "You and Selina belong together, you both think so highly of yourselves just because you were born into the right families!"

Alexi signaled for the men to stop and walked over to Jen who was now grinning from ear to ear. It was clear that Alexi was losing his temper, but Cedric knew that's what he wanted and needed.

"Are you alright?" Cedric heard Natalia ask Selina.

"Yes, I'm fine." Selina said in reply.

In the other room Alexi threw a slap across Jen's face.

"Don't you ever speak of Selina that way again." Alexi shouted.

Even Jen was shocked, everyone thought Alexi would be defending his honor, when instead he defended Selina.

"See if you can make her talk." Alexi ordered the thugs as they dragged Jen away.
