When Alexi and the others arrived they found everyone in deep discussion.

"Why were you at Mountain View?" Cedric asked as Alexi approached. "The agreement was for all of us to meet here at the Reyes Mansion where the security is better and there is more privacy." Cedric scolded. He didn't like that Alexi changed the plan risking the media discovering his decoy car.

"You know, that decoy car could play a good role in furthering your good image with the public when they find out the truth." Ram said with a shrug.

"Not now Ram." Cedric hissed at his friend.

"Why's he so hot headed?" Miguel asked as he looked at Cedric.

"You guys went against our agreement. You risked all the planning." Cedric scolded.

"Cedric, don't lose your temper." Priscilla Reyes told her son as she placed a calming hand on his shoulder.

"Sorry mom." Cedric said with a sigh as he hung his head in frustration.

"And the five of you, why did you go against the plan?" Priscilla Reyes asked in a calm tone as she looked at the five young people who had just arrived.

"Auntie we urgently needed to clear something up with Cedric." Nicole suddenly said.

"Then clear it up now." Priscilla Reyes said with a shrug.

"No time." Cedric interrupted the conversation. "We need to deal with the Jen issue first. It's time sensitive. Whatever you guys needed to tell me can wait till after we fix this."

"Mom, Dad, Helios!" Selina cried out as she ran over to join her parents and her brother on a couch.

"Oh my poor baby." Elisa Ramirez, Selina's adoptive mother, said as she pulled her into her arms.

"This is your fucking fault." Helios shouted as he threw a punch at Alexi. He was surprised that the larger man didn't even attempt to avoid his fist or stop him. He took the punch and placed a hand on his jaw.

"Okay, I deserved that." Alexi said as he massaged the spot Helios had just hit. "Damn, you can throw a punch." Alexi cursed.

"Helios, don't blame Alexi." Selina told her twin brother.

"Selina is right Helios, as stupid as Alexi was, this wasn't entirely his fault." Cedric said, shaking his head.

"It's his damn girlfriend's fault that my sister's name had been dragged through the mud." Helios said angrily. "And I'm not just talking about this time, I'm talking about last time as well. You let Jen tell everyone that Selina played with her heart and used her. My sister rejected her from the very beginning. My family paid for all of her expenses in America and in Europe when she went to accompany Selina. We have been nothing but nice to her and yet she dared speak ill of my twin, and you just let her do it without any proof!"

"Helios, enough!" Selina scolded her twin.

"Are you really going to just let him and Jen get away with this?" Helios asked his sister.

"It's not Alexi's fault." Selina said, shaking her head. "He fell in love, can you blame him? You know what it's like to believe a person's every single lie, you should understand Alexi better than anyone here."

Helios froze and glared at his sister. Cedric was intrigued by what Selina meant by believing a person's every single lie, but now was not the time for that. He would get a chance to figure it out later on.

"If you guys are done fighting we have an even bigger matter at hand." Cedric said as he pointed at the big TV screen in the living room. It showed the ad for Jen's tell all interview later that night.

"How could she arrange it that fast?" Alexi asked as he looked at the screen.

"Two possibilities." Ram said. "Either she knows someone on the inside and they approached her as soon as the news broke out, or she planned all of this."

"Well there is also the possibility of her doing both." Eric added with a shrug.

"We aren't even sure what happened to me or to Selina, and now we are suspecting that Jen is behind all of this?" Alexi asked. "Isn't it a bit too far fetched?"

"Are you defending her right now?" Selina asked in an outraged tone, surprising everyone.

"Baby, no." Alexi said as he ran up and pulled Selina into his arms, now shocking everyone who had not been in Alexi's suite earlier.

"When did that happen?" Eric whispered to Cedric.

"He's always liked her, and she's always liked him. That's why the aphrodisiac worked way too fast and way too well. They both just needed a nudge." Katerina explained to her boyfriend as she wrapped her arms around Eric.

"Our parents are here." Alexi complained as he watched Eric kiss Katerina.

"Really Alexi?" Jose Sebastian teased his son. "You've brought home more women than I can remember."

"But Kat -" Alexi was about to say something when he saw Katerina glaring at him.

"We are really straying too far from the topic here." Ram complained, shaking his head.

"Selina, when did you start feeling different?" Cedric asked.

"Well, It was before I went out to go to the restroom." Selina said as she recalled how she felt at the resort.

"Who was seated next to Selina?" Cedric asked.

"I was." Francesca said as she casually leaned on her seat. "Alexi sat between Selina and Jen, it was impossible that she slipped something into Selina's drink."

"She could have bribed a waiter to do it." Veronica said with a shrug.

"That's too risky, the waiter could have given it to the wrong person." Ram told his sister.

"On that table? It would be easy." Veronica said with a laugh. "Everyone knows who Francesca is, and everyone knows who Alexi is."

"Okay fine, assuming she arranged to drug Selina, then also drugged you. How could she be sure that you would be alone with Selina and well, lose control?" Ram asked Alexi.

"Fuck." Alexi suddenly cursed.

"What?" Cedric asked.

"That woman in the hallway." Alexi said as he tried to recall every detail he could about the incident that led to him and Selina being in bed.

"What woman?" Katerina asked her older brother.

"When Jen and I were walking back to the grand ballroom someone claiming to be my ex attacked me and Jen." Alexi explained.

"And how did Selina get involved in all of this?" Helios questioned Alexi.

"She was passing by when the woman threw her drink at her." Alexi said with a shrug.

"You are an idiot, did you know that?" Natalia told Alexi, rolling her eyes at him.
