"Hmmm. . . you aren't as shocked as most people." Cedric said as he watched Selina's calm expression.

"Oh trust me, I'm shocked." Selina said as she observed Cedric.

"You might have to get over your shock a little bit faster." Katerina said as she entered the room. "Alexi, look at this." Katerina said marching over, handing her brother her phone.

"I thought Ram said he would do what he could to contain this?" Alexi said as he looked up at Katerina.

"There is only so much Ram can do." Cedric reminded his friend. "How bad is it?" Cedric asked, turning to Katerina.

"They've gone as far as demanding that Alexi step down from his position in the government." Katerina explained with a sigh.

"Are they crazy?" Nicole asked. "Alexi has done a good job, he does better than most of the corrupt officials."

"They feel that if he could be dishonest in a relationship he is probably dishonest at work." Cedric said with a sigh. He understood the dilemma, Alexi's position depended heavily on the opinion of the public, he was after all an elected official.

"I guess that's the benefit of having a career in the private sector rather than being a publicly elected official." Miguel said with a shrug. "Alexi, let go of Selina, I need to check up on her."

"Oh, sorry." Alexi said as he released Selina from his arms. "I'll clear our names, I promise." Alexi said as he noticed her awkward expression.

"Has it affected uncle Jose yet?" Cedric asked. Even if the rumors were all about Alexi and Selina, Cedric was sure that it would have some sort of impact both on the Sebastian and Ramirez families.

"Dad's position is stable, but of course his critics are questioning how he raised Alexi." Katerina said with a frown. "I told dad to stay silent on the issue and that we were already working on it."

"My parents? And my brother?" Selina asked, looking at Katerina.

"At Cedric's parents' request everyone involved went to the Reyes Mansion. It's the safest, most private place to be at." Katerina explained. "Your parents went with mine."

"We'll join them as soon as Miguel says Selina is well enough to leave." Alexi said in a stern tone.

"Did everyone make it out safely?" Cedric asked Katerina.

"The guests did." Katerina told Cedric. "As for my parents, well, reporters were waiting at all of the exists of Constellations. They knew we would be here so all they needed to do was wait."

"Did anyone get hurt?" Alexi asked with a worried look.

"Mom and dad are fine, just a little bit shaken." Katerina said with a nod, calming her older brother. "Cedric's team did a good job at handling the media."

"Okay, Selina is well enough to leave." Miguel said with a nod.

"How will we get out if everyone is waiting for us to leave?" Selina asked.

"Selina, Constellations Resort was built so that Cedric could arrive and leave without people noticing." Alexi said with a grin.

"Wait, so why didn't your parents just leave that way?" Selina asked.

"Because it would be interpreted as a weakness if they hid." Katerina explained.

"Don't worry. We will be leaving in plain sight." Cedric said with a grin. "Dave." Cedric called out, knowing that Dave would have opted to stay and Mae would have gone with either his sister or wife.

"Sir?" Dave asked as he popped into the room.

"Did you have my car brought over?" Cedric asked.

"Yes sir." Dave said as he handed Cedric some keys.

"Have Leon drive the Phantom to the Reyes Mansion. As for Miguel's and Alexi's cars have it retrieved in a week." Cedric instructed.

Dave nodded and walked over to Miguel and Alexi by the bed.

"Your keys please." Dave asked as he held out his hand.

"Tsk, tsk, tsk."Alexi said with a laugh. "You really shouldn't let Cedric treat you like an errand boy." Alexi told Dave as he handed over his keys.

"I don't, I'm learning from him." Dave said with a shrug as he took both Alexi's and Miguel's car keys.

"We'll take Cedric Reyes' family car." Cedric said with a grin. "The elevator is secure enough to take us to the parking lot where my ordinary looking car is waiting. I'll drive us out and bring us to the Reyes Mansion."

"Won't the paparazzi and the members of the media see us inside?" Selina asked.

"Nope." Cedric said. "The windows are tinted in such a way that anyone on the outside cannot see the inside. It's also bullet proof and has the best security system you can possibly install in a car."

"He really has most of the bases covered when it comes to going around unnoticed." Alexi said with a shrug.

"Will we all fit?" Katerina asked.

"Take my car." Cedric said, tossing the keys to Katerina. "I'll leave in the Phantom. It will be suspicious if I'm not seen."

"Are you sure?" Katerina asked.

Cedric nodded. "I will also be the perfect decoy for you guys."

"Be safe." Alexi said with a nod. "And thank you."

"No problem. Now go down and get ready. One of my men will give you the signal to leave when I've drawn the attention away." Cedric instructed, making them get up and start leaving the room. "Send Leon and Dave in." Cedric called out.

Leon and Dave had both been waiting outside of the room in case their boss would need them.

"I'll be leaving in the Phantom." Cedric informed them. "Have my driver meet me at the front of Constellations, I want people to see me and I want them to run over from all of the exits. Make sure my car is seen as it leaves the parking lot and heads for the front entrance."

"I'll arrange it boss." Leon said as he quickly left the room to make a call.

"Dave, you'll come with me." Cedric said. "Mae went with who?"

"Miss Ayanna." Dave informed him.

"So aside from me, no one else among our people is left in the hotel?" Cedric asked.

"None sir." Dave confirmed. While Cedric adjusted his disguise.

"Okay, good. Let's go." Cedric said as they walked out of the room.
