"Where is my brother?" Natalia asked with a worried look as Jen took her seat.

"He's helping that bitch Selina." Jen hissed. She was clearly not happy with how things had turned out, it was so bad that she forgot to watch her words in front of others.

"Jen, watch how you refer to my sister." Helios warned. "You were bestfriends long ago, even until now she still considered you to be her friend."

"If we were friends then she wouldn't be out there trying to steal my man." Jen said as she rolled her eyes.

"You might want to keep your voice down." Ram warned as he eyed Jen. "If people overheard how you were talking about Alexi and Selina, they might just believe you."

"At this point, I don't care." Jen said angrily.

"Jen, there is nothing between my brother and Selina. If you will refresh your memory he has been treating her quite terribly since you arrived. And don't forget, Selina rejected my brother years ago." As Natalia said this she noticed more people were now listening in on their conversation. She had no intention of dragging her brother's relationship issues out in public, but Jen was going overboard with her accusations.

"Natalia, do you even know who your brother is?" Jen suddenly asked, shocking everyone. They didn't expect that she would turn on Alexi so quickly. "Alexi isn't exactly a saint. How many women has been with over the years? Everyone knows his track record."

"Don't you dare speak that way about my brother." Natalia said angrily as she stood up.

Adolfo held her hand gently as he tried to calm Natalia down.

"Natalia." Ram scolded. "Sit."

Natalia looked at Ram and rolled her eyes and did as he asked sitting back down. A small crowd had already gathered around them.

"You know this is unbecoming. She is trying to bait you." Adolo whispered into Natalia's ear.

Natalia glared as she watched Jen's smug look.

"I need to talk to Katerina." Natalia said as she stood up and walked over to the other table.

"I'll go after her." Adolfo told Ram, who simply nodded in response.

"Why are you trying to stir a misunderstanding Jen? Alexi has done nothing but love you and be loyal to you." Ram said as he looked at the woman who sat across him. Ram felt Francesca hold his hand as if to calm him down.

"I'm not trying to stir anything. I am just voicing my fears and doubts to people I thought could understand him better." Jen said as she took a drink from her glass.

"Alexi might be a playboy but he has always been loyal to you." Francesca suddenly said, surprising Ram. He never expected her to voice out her opinions in front of Jen.

"You wouldn't understand." Jen said quite loudly. "You come from a family like theirs, you are accepted by your future in laws and even loved. The man you love is loyal and does not have a history of women trying and succeeding to sleep with him. Do not think we are on the same boat Francesca Rocci."

"Francesca, is this woman bothering you?" A man suddenly came up behind Francesca, he looked quite similar to her, they had the same hair and eyes, and the same fair skin.

"No brother. Nothing Ram and I can't handle." Francesca said without turning to face the man. "I didn't ask for your help."

"Your family does not scare me." Jen suddenly said out of nowhere. Ram was sure that people now thought that they had enlisted the help of the Roccis to bully Jen.

"Francesca and Ram did nothing to you." Helios said, speaking up for the others on the table.

"Of course you are on their side on this." Jen suddenly said. "I know that your family and the Sebastians have been trying for years to get Selina and Alexi to date."

"Jen, where is this coming from?" Helios asked in surprise. "You were fine earlier." Helios was genuinely concerned for Jen. He, like Selina, had grown up with Jen and knew her for most of her life. He never expected her to act this way.

"You are all plotting against me!" Jen shouted as she finally grabbed everyone's attention.

"What is going on here?" A dominating figure suddenly asked as he approached. It was the CEO of the Reyes Group. Many guests suddenly turned away, they didn't want the head of the Reyes family catching them eavesdropping.

"Alexi is off with another woman." Jen said as she tried to sit tall despite the CEO's intimidating aura. Jen knew who was behind that mask, and yet a part of her couldn't help but be afraid and cautious around him.

"Alexi wouldn't be with another woman if there was no valid explanation." Katerina added as she approached with Natalia. "My brother is not that type of man."

"You say that, but you are only defending him." Jen accused.

"Watch your mouth Jen. Do you have any idea who you are talking to." Helios warned.

"Of course you are on their side! It's your slut of a sister that is with Alexi right now." Jen shouted. "I have had enough of this." Jen said as she turned and walked out of the hall.

Cedric looked at Ram and raised an eyebrow at him.

"Let's talk about it outside." Ram said with a sigh.

"I need to say something to the guests. I'll meet you out there." Cedric said with a nod.

Cedric walked up to the stage drawing everyone's attention. They all listened eagerly as he took the microphone from it's stand.

"Firstly, I would like to thank everyone for attending my sister's and my brother-in-law's wedding. It means a lot to both the couple and their families that all of you could make it." Cedric said through the mic. At the back of his mind Cedric was thinking about how badly these people tried to get an invitation to today. Many of them either wanted the prestige of being at the wedding or they wanted the opportunity to meet all of the bigshots that would be attending.

"Secondly, I would like to apologize for the scene earlier. Miss Pelaez, Alexi's fiancé, is feeling some pre-wedding jitters. Don't worry, Alexi has gone after her, he was just attending to some business." Cedric smoothly explained as he watched the guests nod in understanding.

Cedric eventually thanked everyone again before dropping by his table.

"I'll go see what's wrong with Alexi then I'll be back. I promise." Cedric said in a low voice as he passed his wife.

Adrianna simply nodded in response and Cedric walked out into the hallway.
