"I thought you said there were no red flags in the investigation?" Nicole asked her friend.

"There weren't. I only found out about these things by following Jen." Katerina said angrily.

"Then why don't you tell our brother?" Natalia asked Selina.

"Why do you think I'm so angry today?" Katerina snapped. "Alexi won't believe me."

"That's very unlike our brother." Natalia said as she thought of what Katerina had just said.

"What are you girls doing here?" Alexi asked as he suddenly appeared with the other boys. "Katerina, this was you wasn't it?" Alexi asked angrily as he marched towards his sister and grabbed her arm.

"Yeah, so what?" Katerina asked.

"And what are you doing here?" Alexi asked as he noticed that Selina was in their group. "Will you keep trying to sabotage my relationship Katerina?" He said as he returned his attention back to his sister.

"It's your choice whether or not you will listen to me Alexi! I just told you what I saw. You're hurting me!" Katerina shouted as she tried to free her arm from Alexi's grasp. "As for Selina she's a family friend. I'm just doing the right thing by introducing her to business opportunities."

"Alexi, let go of your sister." Eric calmly said as he placed a hand on Alexi's shoulder. He didn't want to seem too overprotective of Katerina since Selina was there and she didn't know about his relationship with the Chans or Katerina.

Alexi blinked and suddenly realized what he was doing and let go of Katerina's arm.

"What is wrong with you?!" Katerina asked angrily. "I only told you what I saw, if you are angry with Jen then be angry at her, not at me!"

"I trust her completely." Alexi said with a sigh.

"And you don't trust me?" Katerina asked. "I'm your freaking sister Alexi! I didn't say she was cheating, I just said I saw her with another man, they were in an intimate position. I gave you photos, you could have investigated the person yourself! I kept my assumption to myself Alexi!"

"Katerina, Jen would never do that to me." Alexi said as he looked into his sister's eyes.

"Whatever, you guys aren't even a couple anyway." Katerina said as she walked out. "You guys stay." She shouted back at the other girls as she marched off.

"Go." Alexi said in a frustrated tone, he knew Eric wanted to chase after Katerina.

"You know I can't." Eric said with a sigh.

"You should stay with us." Francesca said as she pulled Selina closer to her. "Have you met my boyfriend?" Francesca asked as Ram walked over and kissed Francesca on the cheek.

"She can't stay." Alexi said angrily.

"Why not Alexi?" Ayanna asked.

"Selina I think it's best if you left." Cedric said, surprising Selina, she hadn't noticed that two assistants of the Reyes Group CEO were there as well.

"Errrr, yeah. The boss is coming over too and he can be quite picky about the people he shows himself to." Ian said, backing Cedric up.

"Right, yes." Selina said with a nod as she dashed out of the roof top and back into the hotel.

"You guys didn't have to be so harsh on her." Nicole scolded Cedric and Ian. "Francesca invited her over because of Katerina. She baited her with a business opportunity."

"So Katerina didn't invite her to spite me?" Alexi asked Nicole.

"Of course not." Nicole said, defending her friend. "Katerina would never do something like that."

"Alexi, my sister is right." Eric said with a sigh. "Katerina would never do anything like that to you, it just isn't her. On top of that you physically hurt her, you should be the one protecting her from harm, not the one inflicting it."

"She crossed the line Eric." Alexi said with a sigh as he took a seat. "She has no right to interfere with my relationship."

"She wasn't interfering, Alexi." Natalia said. "Katerina is just worried about you. She doesn't want to see you hurt again, our sister just loves you." Alexi could see the deep frown on Natalia's face as she explained the situation.

"Nicole, are you still taking the kids to Nationalia this week?" Alexi asked.

"Yeah. Why?" Nicole said with a puzzled look.

"Invite Katerina to tag along, she loves kids. It'll make her happy. I'll make it up to her somehow after that." Alexi said without looking up.

"Katerina hates kids, Alexi." Eric corrected as he gave Alexi a puzzled look.

"No, she doesn't want to have kids yet, but Katerina adores children." Alexi said with a grin as he knew he had just fed Eric some information that might get his sister off his case.

"What do you plan to do about Jen?" Cedirc asked.

"Nothing. I trust her completely." Alexi said, shaking his head. "Jen would never cheat on me. Katerina probably misinterpreted what she saw. She is already prejudiced against Jen so it would be easy for her to think that a friendly hug was actually a romantic one."

"You confronted Jen about it, didn't you?" Cedric asked with a laugh.

"No." Alexi denied.

"If you didn't, why did you cancel your date with her?" Cedric asked as he crossed his arms on his chest.

"Fine. I asked her." Alexi said, caving in.

"And?" Francesca asked. She was unable to keep quiet since Kateirna and Selina were both her friends, and by the looks of it both women did not exactly like Jen Pelaez.

"She said he was an old friend, nothing more." Alexi said with a sigh. "She got mad that I had to ask her and went on about how we weren't a couple and how I was suffocating her."

Veronica suddenly laughed at Alexi's words.

"If she thinks you're suffocating, she should meet my husband!" Veronica said.

"Hey, I'm right next to you!" Miguel complained, he of course would never contradict his wife in public. He feared what punishment she would have for him at home if he ever contradicted her.

"I just gave her some space tonight. It will be better tomorrow." Alexi said with a smile as he looked up at the stars.
