"You aren't joking are you?" Ian asked his friend.

"Why, does the company mean something to you?" Capt. Damian asked his friend.

"MT Sumit has been involved in several attacks against the Reyes Group. We've been investigating some issues concerning them." Cedric explained.

"We did a background check on the company, but they came out clean. This is the first incident they are involved in." Capt. Damian explained to the group.

"Do you think you can find out who is backing them?" Ian asked.

"We can do some digging, but I'll be honest with you. You might be able to find their backer faster than us. There are a lot of limitations when going about things the legal way." Capt. Damian said with all honesty.

"Thank you, Capt. Damien. We'll mobilize our people at the same time as well." Cedric said with a nod as he thought of how to go about the investigation.

"Mr. Reyes we would also like to thank you for talking to the King of the Underground. He didn't interfere at all in our investigation." Capt. Damien said with a smile. "As much as I hate to admit it however, I think things may have gone faster if he was involved."

"He understands why you didn't want him to interfere. This time I'll be asking for his help. We cannot waste time in letting the real culprit escape. They were the reason someone lost their life, I cannot let that go easily." Cedric said with a cold glare.

"Even if we wanted to go after him we couldn't. We don't even know how he looks." Capt. Damien said with a shrug.

"Thank you Captain." Cedric said as he stood up to lead the man out of his office.

"Thank you for your cooperation as well Mr. Reyes." Capt. Damien said as he left.

"Ray can't help us on this yet." Cedric said. "He just left. Try to get into contact with his number two." Cedric ordered Ian.

Ian nodded and left to make several calls.

"Camilla, while Ian is working on the other matters I need you to focus on all the Mor Co. and Reyes Group work. Hand Mae and Dave all of the Mor Co. work that needs to be done, I want you to work on the new businesses and partnerships for the Reyes Group. Make sure to have all of the new companies and businesses lined up ready for a meeting. I want to close all of them by today. We need to be ahead of everyone that's after us." Cedric ordered as Camilla quickly jotted notes. "That's all." When Cedric said this Camilla nodded and left as well.

Camilla was very efficient, before the day was over she had managed to close all of the deals Cedric placed her on. Cedric was already packing up when his phone recieved and incoming call from Ayanna.

"Hey Ayanna, what's up?" Cedric asked over the phone.

"Ced, there is an emergency. Well there isn't anything we can do about it but I don't know what to do. I'm worried." Ayanna said in a distressed tone over the phone.

"What���s wrong sister?" Cedric asked, he was concerned about what was causing his sister to worry while she was on her honeymoon.

"It's Nicole, somehow news came out about her pregnancy!" Ayanna cried over the phone.

"What? How?" Cedric asked as he suddenly sat up on his seat.

"I don't know. Some classmate of ours just suddenly sent me a link to the article. It says a source close to the family reported that she was pregnant." Ayanna explained with a sad tone.

"I don't think Ian knows yet. Send me the link. I'll work on it." Cedric told his sister as he dropped the call.

He quickly called Ian into his office, hoping that his assistant hadn't heard of the news yet.

"Ian, sit." Cedric said as Ian arrived.

Ian was visibly confused as he took a seat in Cedric's office.

"Ian, a gossip website just released news about Nicole's pregnancy." Cedric told Ian.

Ian just stared into the distance, Cedric was worried about Ian's reaction.

"Ian, are you alright?" Cedric asked as he tried to shake his friend back into reality.

"Does Nicole know? How did you know before me?" Ian asked in a shaky voice.

"I don't know about Nicole's situation, it was Ayanna that called and told me about the article. Some classmate of theirs sent her a link." Cedric explained.

"Can I have the rest of the day off? I need to see Nicole." Ian asked Cedric.

"Of course." Cedric said with a nod.

When Ian left Cedric's office Miguel called. He told Cedric about the same gossip article.

"It seems someone is targeting us." Miguel said with a sigh. "How does this person keep getting the latest news about us? Have you found the mole yet?" Miguel asked.

"I've had a lot on my plate recently. I can't even investigate the mole issue." Cedric said with a sigh.

"Very few people know about Nicole's pregnancy. The other thing I found odd is that there is no mention of the father. If I wanted to make an issue about this I would release that." Miguel said as he thought of their situation.

"Have you spoken to Ram about this?" Cedric asked Miguel.

"Yes. He's having his people take the article down and kill it." Miguel explained.

"What about Saints? Are you going to release a statement?" Cedric asked.

"Honestly, it's Nicole's personal matter, I don't understand why everyone needs to be involved in this." Miguel said with a sigh.

"People think we are public figures when we are still private ones." Cedric explained to Miguel.

"My little sister deserves better than this." Miguel said. Cedric could sense the frustration in Miguel's voice as he said this. He completely understood how his friend was feeling. He too felt the same way when people were trying to invade his sister's personal life in terms of her marriage.

"Is there anything we can do?" Cedric asked.
