As Miguel entered Adrianna's room, he found Cedric watching his wife sleep as he caressed her hand.

"She should wake up soon." Miguel said, as he picked up the charts at the foot of the bed.

"What happened to your face?" Cedric asked, resisting the urge to laugh.

"My wife happened, I honestly don't understand what suddenly came over her. She just marches into my office and slaps me." Miguel complained.

"I'm pretty sure you don't mind." Cedric said, finally laughing at Miguel.

"I wouldn't mind if she slapped me in bed." Miguel said this with such a serious look that Cedric laughed even harder.

"You are disturbing." Cedric laughed. His attention suddenly shifted back to his wife when he felt a small movement.

"Adri, are you up?" Cedric gently asked as she stroked the top of her head.

"Cedric, she probably won't wake up for the next 24-hours." Miguel said with a sigh as he took a seat.

"I��m guessing you aren't here to just check up on your patient?" Cedric asked as he looked at his friend's sad face.

"I'm confused." Miguel simply said. "I don't understand why Veronica marched into my office, slapped me, and accused me of cheating. We both know I've never been with anyone else, I've never been with anyone, period!"

"Do you even know which hole to put it in?" Cedric teased, he knew Miguel had never even kissed another girl, let alone slept with one.

"Idiot, of course, I'm a doctor." Miguel responded, rolling his eyes.

"Why not tell her she got it wrong?" Cedric asked, it was the obvious course of action to take.

"I did, I tried." Miguel said with a frustrated look. "She ran off and by the time I got out of my office to chase after Veronica, she was gone. I can't find her. I asked the maids in her villa and in mine. It's like she just disappeared." Miguel complained.

"Did you try asking your sister?" Cedric suggested.

"Who do you think was the first person I called? But Nicole isn't picking up." Miguel said as he massaged his temples.

"Maybe she's just sneaking around with Ian." Cedric teased.

"They had the whole morning together. I swear my sister gets more action than I do and I'm the married one." Miguel complained.

"Well, you did get married in a very unconventional way." Cedric pointed out.

"Can't Veronica see how I am willing to do everything just for her?" Miguel asked his friend. Cedric could see how much it bothered Miguel that despite all his efforts he had made very little improvements in his relationship with his wife.

Cedric sighed and took out his phone and dialed his sister's number. Ayanna had left a while back when she suddenly got a phone call.

"Brother? Is Adri alright? Did anything happen to little Emilio?" Ayanna quickly asked as she answered her brother's call.

"They're fine, calm down." Cedric said with a sigh. It seemed his sister cared more about his wife and son than she did him. "Would you know where Nicole and Veronica are?" Cedric asked.

"I'm with them." Ayanna plainly said. Cedric knew from her answer that she must have been hiding something.

"Ayanna, where are you and the other girls?" Cedric said in a coaxing tone.

"Depends who's asking." Ayanna told her brother. It seemed the girls were suspicious of him possibly helping Miguel, and they were right to be.

"I'm with Miguel and he is looking for his wife and sister." Cedric confessed to Ayanna.

"Well his wife and sister don't want to see him." Ayanna said as she promptly dropped the phone.

Cedric sighed and shook his head.

"Where are they? What did Ayanna tell you?" Miguel asked.

Before Cedri could answer his barrage of questions Ray and Eric entered the room trailed by several servers with food and drinks on serving carts.

"Ah good. My little brother should be hungry after the operation. It's a good thing we brought extra." Eric said as he motioned for the servers to bring everything in.

Once the feast was all brought in the servers left.

"Why does he look like he got into a fight?" Ray asked as he pointed at Miguel who just kept sighing.

"Veronica slapped him and accused him of cheating." Cedric said as he picked up one of the dishes they had just been served.

"Harsh. But I'm sure it's your fault." Ray said, shaking his head.

"I swear I've never even been with a woman." Miguel said, full of pride in his tone.

"Men usually don't boast that." Eric teased his brother.

"In his case he needs to say that." Ray said with a laugh. He knew that aside from never having any intentions towards other women, Miguel was also too busy between school and initially learning how to run Saints hospital.

"Where do you think they're hiding? They aren't in any of the villas." Miguel continued to ponder completely ignoring Eric's and Ray's teasing.

"You guys really should stop teasing Miguel. Imagine if I told Ayanna or Katerina that they aren't your firsts." Cedric warned the two other men.

"Katerina won't care." Eric said as he rolled his eyes. Cedric knew that that was true. Katerina was more progrssive than the other girls, she would never mind how many other women Eric had been with, what mattered to Katerina was that she was his last. "Besides, Katerina minding is the least of my problems right now. I don't even know if she'll even consider me again. She and Ram have been getting quite close, I need to talk to that guy, bros before hoes remember?"

"I don't think Alexi would appreciate you calling his sister a hoe." Cedric teased.

"Brother-in-law, I'm sure Ayanna wouldn't mind." Ray said full of hesitation. He didn't know how his fiance would take it. Although it was true that he had never been in a serious relationship in the past, that didn't mean he didn't date or get attracted to other women.

"Don't tell me my sister has never asked." Cedric said with a raised eyebrow.

"I've always avoided the topic." Ray said with a cough.

"I think I know where the girls are!" Miguel suddenly said.

"Where?" Cedric asked.

"Nicole's office!" Miguel jumped up and walked out the door.

"Wow. He's really a man on a mission." Ray laughed as they continued to eat while watching over Adrianna and little Emilio.

Adrianna's room was on the third floor of the hospital so Miguel decided to take the stairs, a little exercise never hurt anyone anyway. As he approached the door to the stairwell, Alexi exited a nearby room with a grin and called out to Miguel.

"Can't you keep it in your pants?" Miguel asked as he watched Alexi fix his hair.

"It's not my fault they want me." Alexi laughed. "Plus you're the one that sent her to check on me."

"Yeah, Nurse Jen has been asking for you since last time." Miguel said, rolling his eyes. "That's why I called her to my office and told her where to find you as soon as the operation was done."

"It's different with her. It's much more satisfying." Alexi tried to explain to Miguel.

"Enough Alexi, I don't need to know about your sex life." Miguel said as he covered his ears in jest.

"I don't mean just sex, I mean the other stuff." Alexi explained.

"What other stuff? Are you saying you're planning on actually getting in a relationship with a member of my staff?" Miguel asked.

"Shut up!" Alexi laughed, as they took the stairs.
