The convoy of cars immediately turned heads. Emilio Reyes never liked his family traveling in the same vehicle or the same plane. This was in order to ensure that should something bad happen at least one of them would survive.

In the first car Emilio and Priscilla Reyes were riding with Marco So, Emilio's longtime assistant. Their car was followed by Ayanna's, then Charles and Gracia Hernandez, and finally Cedric And Adrianna. ​​

In their car, Cedric held Adrianna and kissed the top of her head softly.

"Why are you so sweet recently?" Adrianna teased her husband.

"I almost died! Almost dying made me appreciate you even more." Cedric told his wife gently.

"Cedric I was thinking about something." Adrianna told Cedric.

"What is it?" Cedric asked.

"I know you left it up to me when you could tell people about your identity, and I've made a decision." Adrianna announced.

"Hmmmm?" Cedric asked.

"I want to be able to stand at the same level as you. I want to be able to stand next to you and be more than just your wife. I want to be someone that people look up to, someone people know built a name for themselves." Adrianna said.

"Don't you think it will be easier for you if people knew who I actually was?" Cedric was asking to be sure that Adrianna understood what benefits she would get if Cedric revealed himself to the world.

"People will come to me, hand me projects, partnerships, I'll be able to work with the best of the best, but I wouldn't have earned it on my own." Adrianna explained.

"I'm glad you know what you're giving up. But don't think for one second that I would let you suffer. If there is anything too difficult, or a partner that chooses to harass or take advantage of you, I will step in. There is only so much I can take while watching you from the sidelines." Cedric said.

"I don't think the Reyes Group is ever just on the sidelines. And you are never on the sidelines of my life." Adrianna giggled and kissed her husband.

"Alright. I promise not to interfere, that much, into your career. But at least keep Mia around. You've seen how dangerous it is now. The Reyes family has always had its share of people that hate us." Cedric explained.

"I'll assign her as my assistant. What do you mean by that much?" Adrianna asked.

"Well there are some things that I will naturally have to have a hand in. Like if you deal with the Reyes Group. I can't have some young, handsome, budding manager make a deal with you!" Cedric said with a grin.

"You've never been the jealous type." Adrianna said sitting back up.

"I just never showed you. I trust you, but I don't trust all the men that hover around you." Cedric explained.

"I will always love you and only you." Adrianna said planting a kiss on Cedric's lips.

When they arrived Charles and Gracia were shocked by the size of the new house.

"We wanted Cedric to build a bigger one, but he told us a house that was too big was bad." Priscilla complained.

"Mom, Dad. Why don't you give them a tour. We'll wait for you here with Ayanna." Cedric said as he approached the older couple.

"Great! Marco, get the golf cart. We'll tour the grounds first then we can go inside." Emilio said.

As they watched the older couples leave Ayanna, Cedric, and Adrianna went in the house.

"Big brother, I'm going back to America tomorrow." Ayanna said excitedly.

"Why so sudden?" Cedric asked.

"Well the term starts in a week, but I need to talk to some international endorsers for Elisia Mall while I'm there." Ayanna explained.

"Do you want us to accompany you back?" Cedric asked.

"We can do that? Isn't that a waste?" Adrianna who wasn't used to this level of extravagance asked.

"Of course we can. There are very few things my brother will be willing to splurge on. But Ced, you don't need to. Ray already offered." Ayanna said.

"Tell me little sister, is there anything going on between you and Ray?" Cedric teased.

Ayanna in turn blushed and rolled her eyes.

"No. He's like an older brother to be." Ayanna said.

"Just so you know Ayanna, as long as you like a guy and he is a decent one. I will always approve." Cedric said, hugging his sister.

"I'm just glad not to be like Veronica. No wonder the guy always gets picked on. But it's not his fault either, their parents arranged it." Ayanna sighed.

"He's not bad you know." Cedric said.

"Wait, Veronica is in an arranged marriage?" Adrianna asked in shock. "I thought your families didn't care about who you married?"

"The Reyeses don't. The Abads do and so do the Chans. For the Abads they just don't want their kids marrying the wrong kind of people, people who have no appreciation for money. As for the Chans it's a bit crazier. Nicole has to marry someone the board of Saints will approve. And they will probably ask her to marry someone with a Chinese last name." Ayanna said, shaking her head.

"So do you like Ray or not?" Adrianna asked in an attempt to catch Ayanna off guard.

"I don't know. I don't see him that way. But he's nice. So I don't know." Ayanna finally confessed.

Cedric just laughed at his sister.
