Never Judge Chapter 74

When the shoot was almost over Ram Abad and Ray Laurence made a rare appearance at the shoot.
"Ram! Ray! What are you guys doing here?" Ayanna greeted.
"It's my studio." Ram said. In front of everyone all the five princes were quite cold and domineering. Ram was the tallest among all the four princes, he had been a football player in university so he was quite tanned and had a well toned body.
The eyes of all the girls in the room were quickly glued on the two men. Despite rumors that Ram was dating Veronica the girls always said that there was never any harm in just looking, and Ray was notoriously single. Although they weren't sure if he was just picky or if he was gay.
"Ram's here to accompany me. I'm inviting you all to a little Christmas bash that I'll be hosting at Kashmere." Ray said as his assistant gave each of the women invitations. Kashmere was an extremely private beach resort that Ray Laurence owned. You could only book a room by invite and the price of a room was very expensive. It was located on a private island quite far from the city and had white sand beaches all around. All sorts of famous international personalities, politicians, and even royalty had come to stay at Kashmere in the past.
"Is my brother going?" At Ayanna's question all the women suddenly stopped what they were doing and listened.
"Of course. When has your brother said no to me?" Ray said laughing.
As soon as the shoot ended Ray's party became the talk of the town. He had not only invited the ten girls but a lot of important business and political leaders as well, and because of his conversation with Ayanna, everyone knew that the Reyes Heir was going to be there.

"A Christmas Party? On Kashmere?" Cedric asked as he leaned back on his seat.
"I gave your wife an invitation. She said yes." Ray explained.
"If my wife says yes then of course I'll go. Are you inviting the parents?" Cedric asked.
"Yes. Our parents will be there, so Alexi and I have to be on our best behavior." Ray said sarcastically.
"Alright. Have you looked into getting proof about Asia's trick?" Cedric asked Ray.
"Yeah. I actually found a CCTV video of Asia putting some sort of drug in Mark's drink. I really have to blame Mark here too. He made himself such an easy target, but Asia should have known that the louder he was about his wealth the less he really had." Ray said.
"The Hernandez's are a relatively new family. They don't know anything about being low profile." Cedric explained. Even Adrianna who was the most low profile member of the family was considered loud compared to girls like Veronica and Ayanna who would never allow people to talk about their private lives. Most people knew Ayanna's name and only saw her through photos that the Reyes family allowed to get out, if there was any gossip that too was allowed by them.
"What do you want me to do about this video?" Ray asked Cedric.
"Will it hurt you if the Chus get dragged down with Asia?" Cedric asked Ray.
"No. It might help the Chus too." Ray told Cedric.
"Give it to Ram. He'll know what to do." Cedric gave his instructions.
"Alright. See you at my party." Ray said as he was about to hang up the call.
"Wait. I need your help with something. Can you meet me at Bamboo Room? I'll actually be needing everyone's help." Cedric told Ray.

"Everyone? Including the parents and sisters?" Ray asked.
"Yes. Can we do dinner tonight?" Cedric asked.
"I'll have the place closed. But you need to check with uncle Jose. He's the one that's incredibly busy, he's doing something called the presidency." Ray joked.
"Uncle Jose will drop a meeting for this, I'm sure." Cedric said with a laugh. Jose Sebastian was the father of Alexi, Katerina, and Natalia, he was the current president of the country and was a lifetime politician.
Ray was actually the last person Cedric had called to arrange for the dinner tonight. He was sure Ray wasn't busy, Rey never set meetings when Ayanna was back in the country and accompanied her almost everywhere.
Later that day Asia's video was released by an anonymous person on the internet. Cedric was on a phone call with Adrianna when it came out.
"Ced, check the internet!" Adrianna gasped.
Cedric logged in and found that Asia's video was trending. People were using #socialclimbing101 and #tricksterwhore on the video. People were clearly shocked and appalled with what Asia had done.
"I can't believe Asia actually did that!" Adrianna said as she watched the video.
"It's evidence Adrianna." Cedric told her as he signed some documents.
"I never thought she should do this." Adrianna said. Cedric in comparison believed that this was very much in Asia's nature to do. The Hernadez's put value on the marriages their children made. It also helped them secure their positions within the family if they married well.
"You have always thought too well of your family." Cedric said.
"First John's and Uncle Fredrik's case and now this. I'm surprised Island's Inc.'s stock prices haven't taken a hit yet."Adrianna had been wondering for awhile now why the events surrounding her uncle and cousins hadn't affected the business at all.
"It's because despite the actions of some members, the change in management turned out for the better. I hear both Elisia Malls and Breeze Air just released statements that they are partnering with Island's Inc. due to its amazing VP of Marketing and Sales." Cedric said, praising his wife.
"I just happened to be at the right place, at the right time, and opportunity just fell on my lap." Adrianna giggled. The truth was that the Reyes Group had placed a silent ban on Island's Inc. and not because of the quality of their products, it was because the Hernandez family had been treating Cedric quite badly, of course the four princes and their families followed suit. They didn't announce the ban but everyone noticed that these big companies were making it difficult to work with them. With Elisia Malls suddenly working with Island's Inc. other companies took notice and realized that the silent ban was lifted. Those on the inside who knew why immediately approached Adrianna to work with Island's Inc.
"Oh Ced, before I forget we got invited to join Ray Laurence's party on Kashmere in a week." Adrianna told her husband remembering the invite they were given the day before.
"Alright, we'll go." Cedric told his wife. "Won't your relatives try to insist that you bring them?" Cedric asked remembering that the Lobo family was still in town and that the Hernandez's were not one to miss such a party.
"I won't tell them. It's not like I could bring them. The invite specifically said that it was just for me and my plus one." Adrianna said.
